Ads for Forex dealers and brokers and information resources about Forex can be placed in Yandex Direct.

Ads in this category can't be placed as smart banners, display banners in a new Yandex Browser tab, dynamic ads, or in a product campaign.

Your text ads will automatically include a notice with the name of the company and the type of business. The exact text of the notice will depend on what information is included in your documents. You must add this notice to videos, image ads, banners in search results, and display campaign creatives yourself. More information about notices.

Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.

According to the law “On advertising” and Yandex placement policy, certain documents must be provided.

When to submit documents

You can send documents at any time after your ads have been sent for moderation. If ads are rejected because required documents are missing, they will be reviewed again after documents are submitted. If your ads pass moderation, they will be eligible for serving. If additional information is required, we will contact you.

Required documents
  • A copy of the license of a professional participant in the securities market to provide Forex dealer or broker services. The Forex dealer or broker's name and information on the ad's landing page must match the information in the license.

  • A copy of a certificate of membership in a self-regulating organization of Forex dealers — if Forex dealer services are being advertised.

If you have provided a broker's license, then the ad and landing pages must clearly show that broker services are being advertised.

If you advertise services in several categories (for example, Forex market services and securities management), you must provide documents for each of them. However, you don't need to provide more than one copy of a specific document.
