Yandex Direct offers dedicated pages and advanced functionality for agency representatives:

My clients

The page lists data about your clients: username, full name, contacts, and a list of advertising campaigns. How to add information about a new client.

The chief representative and representatives can view data for all agency clients, while client service representatives can only view data for their assigned clients.

Administering

This page includes the main settings:

  • Agency representative's settings: Various customization options, such as notification preferences and contact information that can be shared with the client.

  • All campaigns of all my subclients: A list of all the campaigns of the representative's clients.

  • Statistics for agency clients: Summarized campaign indicators for each client.

  • Copy campaign: Duplicating campaigns within a single client's account.

  • Transfer funds: A feature that enables the movement of funds between agency clients.

  • Agency representatives: Information about all agency representatives; only chief representatives have access to it. Learn more about the representative system.

  • Assign clients to agency representatives: A section for assigning clients to their respective agency representatives. Learn more about assigning clients to representatives.
