How to pay for client ad placements

If your agency operates under an offer, you can use all standard payment methods.

For agencies working under contract with Yandex, only the bank transfer payment method is available.

The agency issues an invoice to the client's account, where the funds must be credited, and settles the payment from its bank account.

To generate an invoice:

  1. On the selected client's page, click Top up in the left-hand menu. The Top up button only appears when the client has at least one campaign set up.
  2. Specify the amount you wish to deposit to the account. Following this, a payment invoice is generated.
  3. Click Issue an invoice.

The invoice can be printed, downloaded in DOC/DOCX format, or sent via email. Note that you can only print the invoice on this page.

Funds will appear in the client's shared account within 1-2 days of payment.

Please ensure you include the invoice number in the Purpose of payment field of the payment order; otherwise, we won't be able to identify your payment.
