To start collecting user requests, use a request form.

How to set up a request form

You can set up a request form in the Request form → Settings section.

Select the appropriate button text.

If necessary, you can set up notifications. There are three types of notifications available:

  • SMS.
  • Telegram.
  • Email.

Choose the most convenient method, enter the data, and click Save.

You can also grant another user access to requests. Users who have access to the company card will automatically have access to requests.

To stop collecting requests, disable the Enable request form option.

How to add a request form

You can add a request form in two ways:

  • Copy it in the Request form → Settings section.
  • Connect it to the Action button by selecting the Request form option in the Action field when creating it.

    How to add a request form to a chain
    1. Select the Submit a request button text.
    2. In the Link field, add a link to the request form for the appropriate branch. You can copy the link in the Request form → Settings section.

    You need to set up the action button separately for each branch so requests end up in the appropriate branch cards.

    All representatives who have access to the chain will also have access to requests in all its branches.

Requests

To track received requests, go to Request form → Requests.

The following information is shown for each request: its number, its creation date and time, and the contact details of the user who submitted it (first and last name, email, and phone number).

You can't edit received requests.
