What was your request about?

Requests to add a business can take 3-4 days to process. You can check the status in the Сonfirmation tab.

If more time than that has passed, contact us.

The business might already be in our database. Try searching Yandex Business for it by name, phone number, or website.

Have you found your company in the database?

Go through the verification procedure: get the code and confirm your rights to the company.

According to our rules, only businesses with an actual address where customers can visit are published to Yandex Maps.

For additional verification, please send us a video that shows:

  • The facade of your building with the address.
  • The sign with your company name.
  • The interior of your office.

The video must be shot without interruptions and submitted as a single file. If you can't submit a video, send us the rental agreement for the address listed in the company card.

If your company is a medical institution or a scrap metal collection point, it can only operate with a license per current legislation. In this case, please send us a scan of your license.

Requests to change company information can take 3-4 days to process. If more time than that has passed, contact us.

The changes you made might not comply with the rules.

Did you find a mistake?

Make changes that comply with the rules and resubmit the request.

Perhaps too little time has passed. Changes appear on the map in 2-3 days. Please wait a little longer.

Have the changes appeared on the map?

An automated operator will be trying to reach you at the number in the request within 24 hours. The request will then be passed on the call center. A call center operator will call you back within three days and tell you the code.

You can request the code again in the Yandex Business interface the day after the initial request and wait for the call from an automated operator.

Did you get the code?

Go to the Requests page and open the Confirmation tab. Click Enter code and enter the verification code.

You can only confirm your rights to a business using a phone number you have access to. If the number is incorrect, correct it.

  1. In the company profile in Yandex Maps, click Edit information → Incorrect information.
  2. Add or correct the phone number.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click Submit.

You request will be reviewed within three days.

Attention. To add a new number to your profile, publish it on your company's website or confirm the change to the operator who calls your old number.

As soon as the number appears in your profile, you can request the code to confirm your rights.

If the automated operator gave you an invalid code, contact us.

Photos deleted in your account will be removed from Yandex Maps within a day. Please wait.

  1. On the company page, go to the Photos and videos tab.
  2. Click and hold a photo and drag it to where you want it.

The “Verified” icon is given to businesses that meet the following requirements:

  • The business owner has confirmed their rights to the company.
  • The company profile on Yandex Business is at least 90% complete and has at least three photos.
  • The owner updates company information at least once a quarter.

You may not meet all the requirements for getting the icon.

Are all the requirements met?

Check your card's completion percentage, update your company information, and add photos. The information in the Yandex Business database will be updated within three days, and you'll be able to get the icon.

The business owner can entrust another person — a representative — to manage data in Yandex Business. To do so, go to Accesses, click Add, and enter the representative's username.

Company information will show up in your account if you confirm your rights to the company:

  1. Log in to Yandex Business using the username the company is linked to.
  2. On the Businesses page, go to the Confirmation tab. Click Confirm next to the company name.
  3. Get the verification code and enter it to confirm your rights. Learn more.

You may not have confirmed your rights to the company.

Contact the customer service department using the feedback form. Be sure to provide a link to your company in Yandex Business.

The company placemark could be outside the building.

  1. On the company page, go to the Data tab.
  2. In the Address block, specify a location for the placemark: zoom in on the map and make sure the placemark is located within the building.

Is the placemark within the building?

Move the placemark and click Edit current address. Once you make the changes, the information in Yandex Maps will be updated within three days.

If you just moved the placemark, please wait. Once you make the changes, the information in Yandex Maps will be updated within three days.

If more than three days have passed since you moved the placemark or it was positioned correctly from the start, contact the customer service department using the feedback form. Be sure to provide a link to your company in Yandex Business.

After moderation and updating Yandex Maps your edits may appear in Yandex Maps as a landmark.

Maybe the company on Yandex Map Editor doesn't link to the company in Yandex Business. How to link companies read in the 3.6.2. Rules of the places (companies) attribution section of the Yandex Map Editor Help.

If you can't link companies, check that the label is specified in contours of the desired building and placed roughly in the center of the house occupied by your company. Learn more in the 3.6.1.3. Rules of the places (companies) adding section of the Yandex Map Editor Help.

Data of linked companies updates within 1-2 weeks.

If it has been more than two weeks, but the label isn't displayed in Yandex Maps, contact the customer service department via the feedback form. Be sure to specify the link to your company in Yandex Business.

If you didn't find the information you need about chain placement on Yandex Business in the Chain management and Updating data via XML files sections, you can find it below or contact support.

To combine businesses into a chain, submit a request using the form below.

When the chain information is added to the Yandex Business database, a notification will be sent to the email address you entered. It usually takes about two days to add a new chain and link the branches.

For additional verification, please provide the rental agreements for each branch. That will help us make sure the company really exists so our users can visit it.

You can add a branch to a chain on the Businesses page.

  • To add your company from Yandex Business to a chain, click next to the name of the chain and select Add a branch to the chain. Select a company from the list and click Add to chain.

  • To create and add a new branch to a chain, click next to the name of the chain and select Create branch. In the Add branch pop-up window, enter the branch's address, phone number, business hours, and other information, and then click Add.

    The new branch is included in the chain after data is verified within 5 days. No additional verification is required.

  1. On the chain page, go to Branches. Under Branch management, choose Manual upload.

  2. Select a company and click Exclude from chain. The business remains in Yandex Maps and linked to your account but will no longer be part of the chain.

The block with the map in the search results is a rich response formed using data received from Yandex Maps. It displays the first option found in Yandex Maps. The block with the map may or may not appear in search results depending on complex algorithms that account for multiple factors. The block may eventually start displaying all chain branches for the query, but we can't guarantee that.

To change the general chain attributes, submit a request using the form below.

The company's placemark can't be completely removed from Yandex Maps since we decided to keep information about closed companies. That gives users access to both up-to-date and archived information about companies.

If a branch moved, go to its page in Yandex Business and change the address. That will initiate the relocation procedure.

You can set a geofilter for a chain in Yandex Business. That will create a separate chain that only includes branches located in a specific region. Different links are automatically created for the chains, and they're shown in the account as independent chains. The information in Yandex Maps is not duplicated.

Please make sure the region is set for the chains in your account (this may be a city or region listed under the chain name). If that is the case, you can click Hide from my account.

If you're not able to resolve the issue yourself, please send us the username of the account you use to manage your company information in Yandex Business.

Cards that make up a chain are standardized with chain information (name, phone number, business category, website) that is the same for all of them. If you want to edit chain information, contact us using the form in the “Edit chain information” section.

We try to be objective, so we don't remove reviews that reflect a user's subjective opinion while remaining consistent with the requirements. You can respond to the review in your account and find out why the user was dissatisfied. Learn more.

If the review is not published within a few days, it didn't pass moderation for one or more of the following reasons:

  • It doesn't comply with the rules.

  • It was rejected for violating the service's terms and conditions.

Reviews may disappear for the following reasons:

  • The user deleted their review from the profile.

  • The review was removed from publication after an additional check for compliance with our rules or any other rules established by Yandex.
