Online booking and appointments in the company profile
For certain business categories, you can add one of the following action buttons to the company profile: Make appointment online or Order delivery . There are two ways to do that:
- Connect your company to the Yandex online appointment service via the API.
- Enter into an agreement with a Yandex partner service that informs users that they can make an online appointment.
How to add an action button to your company profile
Connect the online appointments option via a Yandex partner service or the Yandex API.
Connect to a partner.
List of partnersEnable online appointments in the partner's personal account.
Go through moderation in the partner service.
The action button will appear in your company profile within ten days.
The Yandex online appointments widget will look the same regardless of the partner you are connected to. You can't customize the appearance of the action button.
