Domain on nethouse.ru
To link a domain, you need to be its owner and verify it.
If you plan to use the domain to send and receive corporate mail, configure the DNS records for it. If you delegate your domain to Yandex DNS servers, the records are configured automatically, and you can manage them directly in Yandex 360 for Business.
Verify your domain
Configure DNS records
If you delegate your domain to Yandex servers, all records are configured automatically.
- If you don't want to delegate your domain to Yandex servers, configure the DNS records for your domain on nethouse.ru.
Delegating a domain means transferring domain management to the selected DNS server. You can delegate the domain to Yandex DNS servers, which will then store and manage service information about your domain.
If you delegate your domain:
The DNS records required for Yandex Mail (MX, SPF, and DKIM) are configured automatically.
You can manage DNS records directly in Yandex 360 for Business.
To delegate your domain to Yandex servers:
- Select your domain in thesection of your nethouse.ru account.
- Click Configure next to the Delegated field and select Edit DNS servers.
- Specify the following values for the primary and secondary DNS servers:
dns1.yandex.net.
dns2.yandex.net.
Go to the domain management page and make sure your domain status is Delegated.
If you want your domain address to redirect users to your website, make sure that the website address is linked to the domain name. To do this, check the domain A records in the DNS editor in Yandex 360 for Business.
An MX record points to the server that receives mail for your domain. If you want a Yandex server to process your mail, you have to create an MX record that points to this server.
To create an MX record manually:
- In the domain management section (Step 2 of the domain verification instructions), delete the existing MX records.
In the lower-right corner of the page, click Add DNS record and specify the following field values:
Name: Leave empty.
Note. If you want to use a subdomain in Yandex 360 for Business, for example, to send emails from addresses like[email protected]
(whereexample.org
is your domain), then enter the name of the subdomain in the Name field (in the example, it'ssubdomain
).- Value:
mx.yandex.net.
- Type: MX.
- TTL:

SPF records reduce the risk of an email from an address on your domain ending up in the recipient's spam folder. To configure an SPF record, create a TXT record with a list of servers that are used to send mail from your domain.
- In the domain management section (Step 2 of the domain verification instructions), delete the existing TXT records that contain
v=spf1
. In the lower-right corner of the page, click Add DNS record and specify the following field values:
Name: Leave empty.
Note. If you want to use a subdomain in Yandex 360 for Business, for example, to send emails from addresses like[email protected]
(whereexample.org
is your domain), then enter the name of the subdomain in the Name field (in the example, it'ssubdomain

.If you want to send email from non-Yandex servers as well, specify the additional servers in the following format:

With a DKIM signature, the email recipient can be sure a message actually came from the alleged sender. To set up a DKIM signature for emails sent from your domain, create a TXT record with a public signature key for your domain.
To configure a DKIM signature manually:
- Log in to the admin account for the company.
- Go to the Domains page.
Click Add DKIM next to the domain name you want to add a signature for.
If the required domain is not in the list, make sure it is connected and verified.
Under Configure DKIM signature, copy the public key value for your domain.
- In the domain management section (Step 2 of the domain verification instructions), add a DNS record with the following values:

- In the Add quickly section, select the created subzone, specify the type of the TXT record, and enter the public key value you received at Step 4 in the
txt data

Check the domain's DNS records and make sure they are updated and configured correctly.
