Additional space on Yandex Disk
Storage space and payment
The number of connected employees and the amount of space might change throughout the month. To account for this change, the cost is calculated per second.
The payment for the actual connection time is charged monthly, together with the payment for the Yandex 360 for Business service plan.

Enable
- You can only enable one additional space per employee.
For example, if you purchase 1 TB of storage space, you can't add another 3 TB to get 4 TB of space in total. You can change the current amount of additional space.
- Additional space can't be shared and is only available to the employee for whom it is enabled.
To enable additional Yandex Disk space:
- In the company account, go to the Employees tab and select an employee.
- In the employee card, click .
- In the Manage additional space window, select the amount of additional space and click Enable.
Additional space will be enabled if you have enough funds on your balance.
If you don't have enough funds, top up your balance and try again.
Manage additional space
To increase or reduce the amount of additional space:
- In the company account, go to the Employees tab and select an employee.
- In the employee card, click .
- In the Manage additional space window, select the amount of additional space and click Confirm.
When you change the amount of space, the current space is disabled and the new space is enabled if you have enough funds on your balance.
Disable
- In the company account, go to the Employees tab and select an employee.
- In the employee card, click .
- In the Manage additional space window, select the current amount of additional space and click Disable.
Why additional space on Yandex Disk was disabled
- The employee was removed from the company.
