Email archive

To prevent violations of trade secrets and company policies, the company admin can view employee emails and forward them, if necessary.

Emails and attachments are available in the archive even if the employee has deleted them or has been blocked.

Archive limitations:
  • Your company must use the Optimal or Advanced service plan. If you switch to the Basic plan, the archive will be disabled.
  • A phone number must be linked to your account: you'll need it to confirm actions with the archive.
  • You can only search mailboxes hosted on your company's domain.
  • Emails that were deleted before the archive was enabled are not available in search. For example, if the archive was enabled on March 12, you won't be able to find the email deleted on January 5.
  • If an employee was permanently removed from the company, their emails are not available for search and viewing.

How to enable

Get access to the emails of your employees.

Search in archive

Configure the search parameters and run the search.

View search results

View the found emails and forward them to the interested parties.

Repeat search

Run the search again with the new dates.

Event log

View the history of admins' actions with the archive.

How to disable

Disable access to employee emails when you no longer need it.

Attention. Under clause 3.7 of the offer, after enabling access, the admin is obliged to notify all users and, if necessary, obtain their written consent (unless it was obtained earlier).
