How to disable an exclusive address

  1. Open Yandex 360 for Business.
  2. Go to Email archive in the menu on the left.
  3. Click next to the header.
  4. Select Disable email archive.
  5. Confirm the action.
Note. After disabling the archive, the search list will be stored for another 30 days. This means that if you change your mind and decide to enable the archive, you won't have to configure the search parameters again.
