With a promo code, you can get a discount on Yandex 360 for Business service plans. You can use a promo code when you activate a service plan for the first time or upgrade your plan.

How to get a promo code

You can receive a promo code as a gift from another user, Yandex, or Yandex partner for participating in a competition, as part of promotion, or as a thank you for help you provided.

Rules for using promo codes

  • If the promo code is one-time use only, you can only apply it to one company.
  • The promo code activation period, discounted plan activation period, and the discount validity period are specified in the promotion terms and conditions.
  • The promo code must be activated within the time specified in the promotion terms and conditions.
  • The discounted plan must be activated within the time specified in the promotion terms and conditions. Please note that depending on your bank's processing time, the funds may not be credited to your account immediately. If they are delayed, a non-discounted plan will be activated.
  • Promo codes don't apply if you enabled a postpaid plan.

How to activate a promo code

You can activate a promo code in the company account or via a direct link:
  1. Read the terms of the promotion that the promo code was issued for and find the promo code activation period. Gift codes must be activated within the specified period of time.
  2. Choose an activation method:
    In your company account
    1. Log in to Yandex and log in to your company account.
    2. Enter the promo code in one of the following ways:
      1. Go to the Service plan and payment tab and click Learn more about service plans for businesses. In the upper-right corner of the Service plans section, click Enter promo code.
      2. When you switch to another plan, click I have a promo code in the confirmation window.
    Via a link

    If you have a link with a promo code, click on it and select the company to which you want to apply it, or create a new company.

  3. Check to which company you are applying the promo code. The company name is displayed in the upper-left corner of the page.
  4. Enter the code and click Activate.
  5. Make sure that the promo code is activated. Go to the Service plan and payment tab. You will see the Promo code entered message in the upper-right corner of the page.
Important. After activating the promo code, make sure to activate a discounted plan within the time specified in the promotion terms and conditions.

How to activate a discounted plan

If the company already has a service pan, a promo code can only be used to switch to another plan. For example, if you use the “Basic” service plan, you can use a promo code to get a discount on the “Optimal” or “Advanced” plan.

  1. Read the terms of the promotion that the promo code was issued for and find the discounted plan activation period. The plan must be activated within the specified time.
  2. After activating the promo code, go to the Service plan and payment tab and click Upgrade. On the Service plans page, select a plan and click Activate.

What will happen when the promo code expires?

You will be charged the full plan price. If you were charged a different amount before activating the promo code, you won't be able to restore the old price.

How will the promo code work if I'm already using one of the Yandex 360 for Business plans?

If you're already using a Yandex 360 for Business service plan, you can only use a promo code to get a discount on a new plan. For example, if you use the “Basic” service plan, you can use a promo code to get a discount on the “Optimal” or “Advanced” plan. If you continue to use the “Basic” plan, you will continue to be charged the full price.

Is the discount applied only once or multiple times?

If you activate a promo code and pay for a plan, the discount will apply to future autopayments for this plan, but only within the time period specified in the promotion terms and conditions. If you disable the plan, the discount expires.

If I activate several promo codes, which one will apply?

The promo code for the biggest discount will apply. If a current promotion offers a bigger discount than the promo code that you entered, you will see the lowest discounted price.

What will happen to the promo code and discount if I disable the plan?

If you disable the plan while the promo code is still active, it will remain active. That means that you will be able to reactivate the plan with a discount. But remember that the discount will only be valid within the time period specified in the promotion terms and conditions.

Troubleshooting

If you can't activate a promo code, read the promotion terms and make sure it is still valid.
