Managing account access

For team collaboration in Yandex Metrica Pro, you can grant account access to employees. The access allows users to view statistics and manage tags within the Yandex Metrica Pro package.

Upon activating the Pro package, the following users receive data editing rights in the account:
  • Organization owner: this is the login you selected when activating the package. You cannot remove the organization owner or restrict their access to the account.
  • The owner of the partner agency through which you activated Yandex Metrica Pro.
There are several types of access:
  • Edit: The user can manage tags in Yandex Metrica Pro, as well as access to the account page.
  • Read: The user can view summarized statistics for organization's tags, the list of organization's employees, and transfers.
Note. Access rights to the account do not affect access to tags added in Yandex Metrica Pro.

How to grant access to the account page

  1. Go to Yandex Metrica.
  2. Go to the PRO account page.
  3. Open the Employees page.
  4. Click Manage access.
  5. In the Access to the organization window:
    • List employee logins to grant access to, separating them by commas. For this, employees must be registered with Yandex and have a Yandex ID.
    • Select the type of access:
      • Edit.
      • Read.
      • Edit.
      • Read.
  6. Click Save.

How to revoke access to the account

  1. Go to Yandex Metrica.
  2. Go to the PRO account page.
  3. Open the Employees page.
  4. Click Manage access.
  5. In the Access to the organization window:
    • List employee logins to grant access to, separating them by commas. For this, employees must be registered with Yandex and have a Yandex ID.
    • Click Revoke access.
  6. Click Save.
