If you have an organization in Yandex Business, in Yandex Metrica you can track:
  • Statistics on calls made by users who saw your ad in Yandex Direct. For more information, see Statistics on calls from Yandex Direct.
  • How users interact with your business in Yandex services. For example, they might click “Call” or set a route to your office.

How Yandex Metrica collects data about Yandex events

Yandex services send information about user interactions with your organization to Yandex Metrica. To collect this information, Yandex Metrica uses an auto-generated tag. It is linked to your organization in Yandex Business.

Note. If it is a network organization and branches are added to Yandex Business, a single tag is created for them and statistics are collected for all branches.

Access to statistics in Yandex Metrica

The organization's owner and their representatives in Yandex Business have guest access to view statistics. Tag editing access is not available.

To grant tag access to another user, give them representative access to the organization in Yandex Business. Access to the tag in Yandex Metrica appears within a day.

You can view statistics:

  1. On the My tags page, select a tag like <Name of your organization> - <Address of the organization, if specified in Yandex Business>.
  2. Open the report Standard reports → Contents → Target events on Yandex. Learn more about the report.
Note. Auto-generated tags do not register user behavior. Therefore, they should not be used for viewing metrics associated with it: page depth, bounce rate, time on the site, and so on.

Tracked events and goals

Services and events they transmit information about are listed below. We are continually expanding the list of services. Events are counted from the full and mobile versions of sites, as well as in mobile apps.

Questions and answers

Can I delete an auto-generated tag from the list?

If you delete a tag from the list, you will lose access to the statistics it collected. To restore access, you will need to contact support. This is why we do not recommend deleting a tag.

Can I install an auto-generated tag on my site?

We do not recommend placing these tags on a site, since you will not have access to edit it. This means statistics will be collected incorrectly.

Why does a tag have a red status?

For these tags, the status isn't relevant. It has to do with the specifics of installing tags on Yandex services. You can ignore the tag status.

Can I change the name of a tag?

No. Tag names are generated automatically.

What is the “Clicked Call” goal in the tag settings?

With this goal, Yandex Metrica tracks clicks on the phone number in the organization's card, as well as taps on the icon in the mobile version of all services that transmit data to the organization's tag.

How do I correct goals in the tag settings?

You can't change the goals of an auto-generated tag.
