Upload a list

Restriction. You can create user accounts only if your company has a linked domain and you have enough funds on your balance to pay for your service plan including new employees.

If you want your employees to be able to use Yandex 360 for Business services, create accounts for them within the company.

Upload a CSV file with a list of employees:

  1. Go to the Employees page.
  2. Click Add employee.
  3. Download the CSV file template.
  4. Following the example, add employee data to the file.

    The first row in the file is the account field headers. Each following line must contain data for one account, delimited by a semicolon and in quotation marks. You can add up to 20,000 lines with employee data to the file.

    You must provide employee usernames on your domain where you want to migrate.

  5. Save the CSV file in UTF-8 encoding (in Microsoft Excel, click Save as → CSV-UTF8).
    Attention. If you save the file in a different encoding, it won't be recognized correctly.
  6. Click Select CSV file and select your file.
  7. Click Upload list. The added employees will appear in the Users list.

    If an error occurred while uploading, click when the upload is completed and view the logs.
