Correct errors on a route

You can report inaccuracies you find on routes. Your edit will appear in Yandex Maps after it passes moderation. You can check its status in the Reviews and edits section.

Report an error while moving along a route

You can report inaccuracies while riding public transport or moving along a walking, scooter, or bicycle route.

To correct an inaccuracy on a route:

  1. Tap  in the lower-left corner.
  2. Move the map so that the placemark points at the location.
  3. Tap + Comment and describe the inaccuracy on the route. Attach photos.
  4. Tap Submit.

Report an inaccuracy while creating a route

You can report inaccuracies when plotting a route on public transport or a car. To do this:

  1. Plot a route on public transport or a car.

  2. On the route selection screen, tap:

    • Details → Edit information for public transport routes.
    •  → Report an issue for car routes.

  3. Select one of the following:

    • Route inaccessible by transport to indicate a section that cannot be accessed by public transport.
    • Add item to map to indicate a place that's missing.
    • Better route available to draw a more convenient and faster route.
    • Other to add a comment about the route.
  4. Enter the information about the inaccuracy and tap Submit.
