Excellent hotel, we stayed for almost a week: pleasant, helpful staff, speak basic Russian. The room is small but cozy, the room has air conditioning and basic amenities; hot water without interruptions - there is gel, shampoo and hand soap (the rest must be taken), room cleaning on request. The location of the hotel is very convenient - on a quiet and cozy street, but the main attractions and transport are just around the corner. The overall impression was extremely pleasant, I definitely recommend it for a stopover in Istanbul!

I really want to give the hotel a three, but the staff pulls out a five (except for the room cleaning service, they have a two), so we'll settle on a four. The hotel is tired and very much, the location is of course very good. We arrived in the era of elevator repairs, but they helped us lift and lower our suitcases, our room was on the top floor. I was even very comfortable without an elevator. The breakfasts are good, not varied, but satisfying. You won't stay hungry. Well, we had a room with a kind of balcony, but the door didn't want to open, it was a little complicated with the lock)))) After cleaning, we didn't clean up in 4 days, we didn't change towels and bed linen, and if we somehow came to terms with it, but we didn't take out the trash even once in 4 days, it's certainly harsh. We were in Istanbul on September 7-12 and stayed at this hotel. For the declared 3 stars, the hotel is amazing! We lived in a double room with a balcony 1. Convenient location: near tram stop, park, Eminonu ferry station. It is convenient to get there both on foot and by tram. 2. The room was very cozy, clean and bright. The shower stall is very large, which was a plus for us, and, most importantly, it is airtight (yes, sometimes shower stalls can be poorly made and not airtight, which is why they allow water to flow even during a regular shower trip). 3. Several times they "called for cleaning." Everything is great, no complaints. 4. Excellent breakfasts!!! This is the first time I've seen such a breakfast concept, where you choose ready-made plates. It was all very tasty. The only thing I regret is that I didn't try all the options. 5. Very kind and excellent staff, knowledgeable in their work and respectful of the guests! Thank you for your work, your warmth and your morning smiles. 6. Although we had a room with a balcony, I didn't hear any noise from the street. Even if someone was making noise, it never made us uncomfortable. Definitely, the hotel is amazing and worth returning to!

Within walking distance of the main attractions, excellent transport interchange, and at the same time it is not noisy, the hotel is located in a quiet side street. The only thing is to choose rooms with windows facing the front of the building, as the noise from the production hoods of neighboring buildings is on the opposite side. I would like to highlight the courtesy and responsiveness of the staff! Attentive and friendly administrators Ayten, Mehmet and cutie Murat! Thanks to them, our stay was hassle-free, they will help us resolve any issue.
