I had a rest from 26.05-4.06.26 . I deliberately took an economy room without a window. It will be stuffy in this room without air conditioning. These are all the downsides. Everything else is top notch. The friendliest staff who speaks Russian fluently. Great big breakfasts. The room is clean and tidy . They clean it every day. It's very cool for a hotel for this price. The hotel is just great. Very friendly and helpful staff, they help you solve any issue. Thank them very much for their professionalism. They speak several languages, including Russian. The location of the hotel is ideal, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, other mosques, Egyptian bazaar, marina, Galata district. 2 minutes to the tram stop, but the hotel itself is on a quiet street. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the main attractions are within walking distance. The breakfasts are varied, hearty and very tasty. We spent only three nights, it's very nice to be in the hotel: the room has everything you need, but we didn't expect five stars from three, everything is comfortable, just enough. On the first night, the bathroom door slammed shut and no one could get in, the staff was incredibly responsive, they moved into the next room for the night, they didn't have to carry their things, and in the morning, after sleeping well, they returned to their room. You can't think of a better location, everything you need to see is within walking distance, and what's not within walking distance is close to public transport, and it's convenient to get to all types of public transport.We felt comfortable coming in late to listen to cheerful people, music and all this urban vibe from the street. A 5-minute walk to the tram stop (Gulhane Park), Sirkeci Metro Station (Marmaray line), 7-10 minutes to Eminenyu Marina. The main attractions of the area (Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque), Gulhane Park are also within walking distance. Through it, you can also go down to the embankment of the Bosphorus. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet and cozy street with other hotels, restaurants and cafes. Noisy dancing was not heard here. 6 floors, there is an elevator. Disposable slippers are changed during cleaning. There is a mini bar, refrigerator and safe. Some rooms do not have enough lighting (few windows and the main light is not bright). On my birthday, the staff congratulated me and brought me a cake as a compliment. Very nice to meet you) The rooms are tired and require renovation. Even the standard rooms are a bit cramped for me. I like a lot of space. But for its price, location and staff, the hotel is excellent) We lived in two rooms of different categories) we were moved, because I didn't like the first room, it was very crowded)

We were a family company of 6 people in Istanbul in this hotel from 05/31-06..06.An excellent 3-star hotel,convenient location, where all the sights are within walking distance ,friendly and helpful staff ,reception (we immediately became friends with Russian-speaking Murat,Kenan and Marta,who served us well at breakfast and advised us where to go Go how to get there!The cream is excellent, lots of cheeses, omelets, eggs, salads, cereals, pastries, apples.oranges, tea, coffee!We lived in three local rooms on the 1st and 4th floors ,the elevator was working ,cleanliness ,comfort,beautiful lights ,very comfortable beds ,pillows,snow-white linen,towels 2 pcs,kettle,hairdryer,plumbing,excellent water pressure in the shower,shower gels and shampoos ,iron on the floor .Cleaning is optional!Everything was wonderful!We were lucky with the weather , we were comfortable ,we found an inexpensive dining room nearby, as it was too expensive to eat in a cafe, an exchange office nearby, the chic Gulhane Park is a 3-minute walk away , we walked there in the evenings,the tram is also nearby!In general, we are lucky in every way!We are unassuming ourselves, we live in Abkhazia and are engaged in the tourism business, therefore we know how difficult it is to work with people! Great hotel. We had a rest from 12/28 to 3.01. At first it was cold in the room, they asked us to turn on the batteries, and then the windows were opened, they were very hot. The staff is polite, some speak Russian. We took a room with a balcony, a view of the pedestrian street, it was quiet + blackout curtains. Absolutely everything is close to the hotel (pier, metro, trolleybus, pharmacies, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc.) The breakfasts are great, huge. I stayed in an economy room with breakfast from April 19th to April 22nd. The room had no window, so I had to sleep with the air conditioner, and it was stuffy in the room without it. This is the end of the cons of the hotel, but there are much more advantages (location, snow-white linen, elevator, delicious breakfasts, tea during the day for free). But the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff, very friendly young people, almost everyone speaks Russian. To be honest, I travel all the time, but I haven't seen such goodwill outside the Russian Federation for a long time. I would especially like to mention the administrator's girlfriend Ayten, she knows everything: how to get there more conveniently, how long it takes to inspect a particular object, and at what time it is better to go where. By the way, the hotel offers various excursions from different travel agencies, and they offer them, not impose them. And upon returning to the hotel in the evening, you will be greeted with a cup of fragrant Turkish tea and genuine interest in your day spent on an organized tour or on an independent program. The room has an electric kettle and tea-making utensils. The staff is Russian-speaking 24/7. Answers all questions, recommends how and where to go, where to eat, what to buy, thank you! We looked at the reviews from 10 months ago, including because of the variety of breakfasts in the photo in the reviews, we chose this hotel. The breakfasts that are available at the moment are much poorer, there is no meat at all, there were only soy sausages twice during the rest. The Evsen Hotel has an excellent location, close to Gulhane Park, Emenenu Port,Galata Bridge,tram.I lived alone in room 103 on the second floor,small and cozy,bed linen,towels,white,clean.The room has everything you need except a kettle, if that's important to someone, since this room is economy, not standard.but boiling water is given without refusal.The breakfasts are excellent, scrambled eggs with various additives,pumpkin cupcake dessert,tea,delicious coffee, local juicy oranges and tangerines made from fruits.I would also like to mention the work of the service staff, all of them, without exception, are friendly and responsive.And most importantly, they speak Russian well.

If you come for 3-5 days, it's fine. We are already a little tired on the 7th day) Breakfast includes a cheese plate of 7 types of cheese, with olives and olives, two slices of cucumber and two cherry tomatoes on a salad leaf. One of the main criteria for a good trip is comfortable accommodation. And Evsen is just great. We were greeted with delicious coffee. It's probably the most delicious here! The room was economy, without a window. I deliberately did not overpay for windows and some balconies. Because we left right after breakfast, and came in the dark, at 8-9 pm. The room is small but comfortable: wardrobe, dressing table, nice bathroom. The room was hot, so the air conditioner was on all the time. The breakfasts are beautiful, restaurant-level. Honestly, I didn't like Turkish cuisine in Istanbul. Therefore, the breakfast is simply beautiful. The taste is normal, but it includes proteins, fats, carbohydrates. Cupcake, fruit and 4 types of juice are a plus. There is a safe in the room! This is very cool. Documents, valuables and money can be stored in the room. You set the code yourself. In general, I heartily recommend it. It is located on a beautiful cozy street, not noisy. Right at the Gulkhane bus stop, following Sultanahmet. One minute walk from the bus stop.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. I liked everything. Rooms, breakfasts - everything matches the description and photos. Friendly staff, polite guys. The location is undoubtedly very convenient. All transport stops (tram, metro, Marmaray, ferry) are within easy reach and many attractions are within easy reach. The breakfasts were monotonous, but satisfying, enough for up to 16 hours of active festivities. I especially liked the honey in the honeycomb. There are shops, pharmacies, canteens, and a profitable exchanger in one of the shopping centers (Muteber Doviz is more profitable than anywhere else. Believe me, we have studied a lot), the tram that takes you to the main locations is 5-7 minutes on foot. The bus stop to the airport is 10 minutes away. If we go any further, we'll definitely come here. Everything was very convenient!! As a comment, in order for the hotel to develop and improve, it may be worthwhile to refresh and renovate the rooms a little.

We had a vacation with a friend in September 2026, I can say the hotel is just a fairy tale, but the staff make it so. You guys are just awesome. Breakfasts with such service and care will not replace any buffet. The pitch is fantastic. There was not a single moment that was ignored, and this is exactly what forms the impression of the hotel. I recommend it to everyone, if I go to Istanbul, then only to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for four days, in general we liked everything, it was pretty clean, hung a sign, they came and cleaned, delicious breakfasts, a tram stop is a minute and a half away, all the main attractions are within walking distance, very friendly staff, caring, they gave us tea every evening, they have very tasty desserts, we had a very early departure at 5 a.m. and we were offered to make sandwiches so that we would not fly away hungry! For those who like to sleep at night, the street is a little busy, but it's pretty quiet at night!

I am very glad that I chose this particular hotel. I've been looking for a place to stay for a long time. The staff is wonderful: smiling, always prompt and helpful, they speak Russian. The rooms are not very big, but this is normal for Istanbul. Cleaning as needed, everything is very clean. Breakfast is my special love. There was no buffet nearby. It lasts up to 15-16 hours, satisfying and very tasty! We will definitely come back here. Thanks a lot to all the staff! Special thanks for the birthday greetings and the surprise.
