This is the last day at the hotel, we're going to check out now, we're having breakfast. I don't want to describe it for a long time: all the staff is friendly and understands you, if problems arise, they will be quickly fixed. With breakfast, they found an excellent solution: there is a 10-course menu and you need to choose one, but it is enough to have a hearty meal, the portions are large. The quality of the products is excellent. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. The rooms are decent, and the plumbing works well, the water pressure is strong. Of the cons, perhaps the only strong audibility through the doors, but that's if you find fault. The location is one of the best:The Bosphorus, ferries, metro, and attractions are just around the corner. I definitely recommend it.

We lived together with our daughter , we decided on choosing this hotel , because it is a convenient location for hiking with the main attractions , as well as transport accessibility. We were very pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff , the mood was already rising in the morning , the breakfasts were delicious , the rooms were clean and quiet , which is important to get enough sleep after an active day. The beds are comfortable. There is shampoo, gel, soap, a bunch of towels in the shower, it's better to take your own hair dryer, since there is a standard one in the wall, you can ask for an iron at the reception if necessary. I liked everything very much. Thank you for everything. I will advise anyone who wishes to visit this beautiful city of contrasts .

I sincerely recommend this hotel. We stayed here with my mother from 21.09 to 27.09, the staff is very nice and helpful, they will always come to the rescue, tell you what you need The staff speaks Russian, too, and it is convenient for all Russian-speaking tourists to explain themselves. We arrived in the evening, tired They showed us the room and it turned out to have one bed, and then I thought: "It's started"!, if you know what I mean :)) We returned to the reception and said that we had requested a room with two beds and a balcony - there is a balcony, but one bed. We were immediately offered a deluxe room without any additional charges, I specified 500 million times and was told that no additional charges would be required. The deluxe room is spacious enough, there is no balcony, but there are two windows. Bathroom with Jacuzzi (we didn't use the Jacuzzi, just took a shower and went to the city :) On the evening of arrival, we ordered food at the hotel, but we did not have any lira, and we did not have time to change it. I asked them to pay in lira tomorrow, and they said you can pay any day. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying, large - you will stay full. There is a choice, you need to choose from the electronic menu, the guys bring everything themselves, unlimited tea and coffee - they also bring There is also a cupcake in the morning, fruits (orange, watermelon, melon) The location of the hotel is top-notch: all attractions, shops, currency exchanges are within walking distance, the tram line is also super close In general, I was choosing between a chain hotel (Ramada) and this one, I was very worried. But I'll tell you what, I haven't regretted staying here a day. And I want to come back here: the guys are nice and wonderful, they try and they care, the location, the breakfasts - I recommend🩷

I stayed at this hotel from May 15 to May 19, 2026. The choice of the hotel was as follows: all the main attractions were within walking distance. Upon check-in, we were treated to tea/coffee (who likes what), and we were given a room on the 3rd floor (room 303). The room itself is small, with no windows-that's exactly how I booked it. The room is clean and comfortable:the bed is large, air conditioning, TV, mini bar (for a fee), shower with bath accessories - it was enough for me alone. Considering that she left in the morning and came in the evening. I'll highlight the breakfasts separately!!! These are large portions, the choice of the menu is very tasty and nutritious. I didn't have enough days to try everything. The staff is friendly and Russian-speaking, which is important. They helped with the choice of a restaurant, advice on where else to go and what to see, any issue was resolved quickly. I liked the hotel, I already advised my work colleague (he arrives at your place in early September). I will definitely return to Istanbul and it will definitely be Evsen. Good luck to you, thanks to the staff again, and see you soon.

We stayed at the Hotel Evsen from July 15th to 22nd. It is an ideal choice for those who want to live in the heart of historic Istanbul. The best thing about this hotel is its location and staff. The hotel is located in Sirkeci district, within walking distance of the main attractions.: It is only a 5-10-minute walk to St. Sophia and the Blue Mosque, while the Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace are very close. There is a tram stop and a port nearby, from where it is convenient to go to any part of the city, including the Asian side. The staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks Russian, which is a huge plus. They are always ready to help with any question: suggest a route, arrange a transfer or solve a problem. The breakfasts here are hearty and varied. You can choose a dish from the menu (there is a Turkish breakfast, an omelet, and granola) or use the buffet. The food is quick and delicious, and the staff always offers tea or coffee. The renovation at the hotel is not new, some elements are damaged (for example, chips on the bedside tables, in some places the wallpaper is a little torn), but in general the hotel is very clean, the bed linen is fresh, and the mattresses are comfortable. The rooms have everything you need: air conditioning, safe, mini-bar, kettle. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in the center, it is quiet at night. When booking, pay attention to the room category, as there are options without a window, but if you plan to spend the whole day on excursions, this will not be a big problem. We booked a room with a balcony and a window. The balcony is very small. In general, Hotel Evsen is an excellent budget option with a soul that is felt in the attitude of the staff towards the guests. We will definitely come back here again!

A very nice, cozy, small hotel. The breakfasts are not bad, I liked the granola with berries the most, we tried a few more, but we didn't like everything on these prefabricated plates. We ate well here, but the location is excellent, there are several tram stops, a ferry and the embankment nearby, we walked to Sultanahmet Square for 7-10 minutes on foot, very fast and convenient! Our room was small, without a window, which is a big disadvantage (but we chose it ourselves and realized our mistake). Of course, it's very difficult without natural light, but in 3 days, in general, we got used to it. Also, it was not very convenient that the room was always stuffy, because the electricity was powered by a card that had to be picked up, respectively, the air conditioner turned off when leaving the room. Then they came and couldn't set it up properly for a few minutes, but they had already adjusted during their stay here. If we come to Istanbul again, we would love to stay here, but we would choose a more comfortable room) The staff is very friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian, they can help with everything, they called several times if they didn't understand something, even at 12 at night, they always answered. Nearby there are cafes with Turkish fast food, mini stalls, souvenir shops, 5 minutes.a hill to the grocery store Migros. I liked that we were close to very busy streets (especially in the evenings), but the courtyard where the hotel is located is always very quiet and peaceful. The hotel, however, is quite budget-friendly, especially for its location, so you can definitely say that I recommend you to visit. Thanks to the staff for such a good stay!

In April 2026, I stayed at the Evsen Hotel. The hotel is located in the historical center of Istanbul, the location is very convenient. The hotel itself is small but cozy. The room was clean, with good white linens. There is everything you need: air conditioning, TV, safe, wardrobe, mini-bar, table, mirrors and several lighting options. The building has an elevator. I liked the attitude of the staff. Upon check-in, they were given water, and tea and coffee were served during the stay. The breakfasts were great, 10 out of 10 for me. The staff is Russian-speaking and helps with various issues: they can tell you about transportation, currency exchange, places to eat, as well as help with excursions and transfers. Special thanks to Murat, Ayten and Arslan for their help and good attitude. Positive impressions remained for the 3-star hotel

Location at the Gulhane Park bus stop. Transportation of any kind is as close as possible to tram, metro, ferry. The staff is a real treasure of this hotel. Everyone is very polite, ready to help, and Russian-speaking.The breakfasts are a masterpiece of delicious and beautiful, it was a pity for 3 days and did not have time to try the rest.We lived in room 602 large with a Jacuzzi. The bed, the pillows are comfortable, the linen is fresh and clean. At 4 a.m., my husband could hear the mullah, I hadn't heard it in all the days. Exchangers, cafes, any alcohol is sold, but the price tag is higher than 200 rubles beer, 1L-4tys balantais. I would return to the hotel again and of course Istanbul 😍😍😍

The hotel is located in the historical center of Istanbul, 5-10 minutes from the main attractions. Since the streets are narrow, there is a view of the neighboring hotels from the window, almost directly into the windows. The room is small but clean, there is a refrigerator with a mini bar, air conditioning, TV with Russian channels. There are many cafes nearby. The Marmaray Metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Very good breakfasts, you can choose any dish from the menu. Tea, coffee to choose from. The staff is very friendly to tourists from Russia. I definitely recommend this hotel. A wonderful hotel in the historical center of Istanbul. The hotel was clean, the entrance was stylish, we had a room with a French balcony. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, satisfying, they are prepared very quickly, everything is as shown in the photo on the menu. All staff work at a high level. They are very friendly, they will give you any information, everyone speaks excellent Russian, which is an undoubted plus for us, they will offer tea/coffee several times. In general, they are very nice people. The air conditioning in the room is working fine, there were no problems with the heat. Wi-Fi also works, there are no problems for normal use, if you plan to work and download files, you will have to wait for the download. Overall, the impression of the hotel is wonderful, I think that in terms of price/quality ratio, the Evsen hotel rating should definitely be higher. If someone I know asked me where to stay in Istanbul, this hotel would be my sincere recommendation!

We stayed at this hotel in August 2026. A great boutique hotel for its price. Delicious, hearty breakfasts. You can choose from 1 of 10 options for every taste. All the products are very fresh, the kitchen is clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They responded to any of our requests (and there were a lot of them). They always offer tea/coffee (free of charge), and they can provide ice for their drinks. You could also have a fresh watermelon or melon for breakfast (free of charge). You can also order lunch/dinner at the hotel (everything is delicious, prices are reasonable). The rooms are not bad, but fans of ultra all inclusive will not appreciate it. Cleaning and change of towels every day. This is exactly the case when excellent service can make up for minor shortcomings of the room! We would like to thank all the hotel staff for their sensitivity and attention to the guests!

After 4 days at the hotel, I got very used to everything, despite the fact that I am very picky, I had nothing to touch. If there was something I didn't like, it wasn't the hotel's fault, it was the ignorance of the guests. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious, which is a big plus. The room was odorless, with clean linens, and a shower. Istanbul is a big city, I want to try a lot of new things, but I probably won't experiment with the hotel, and I'll come back here again. P.S. the staff deserves special respect, I do not know how it happened, but everyone in the hotel, from the maids to the administration, is extremely polite and always wants to help. Thank you for helping me brighten up my vacation

All the attractions can be reached on foot, by tram or ferry. I would like to mention the courteous staff, delicious breakfasts (for me, there is always a problem in other countries what to eat, there is no such problem here), breakfasts are prepared from under the knife, good prices for lunches and dinners, there is always a choice of what to eat. A stunningly cozy hotel with Turkish hospitality, Russian-speaking staff and an ideal location. "We had a rest with my son at the Evsen3* hotel from July 21 to July 30. The location is the main jewel of this place (Fatih district).Everything is within walking distance: Gulhane tram stop, Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia, Egyptian Market and Eminenyu Pier (from where it is convenient to sail to the Princes Islands and ride along the Bosphorus). The transport interchange is perfect. The reception staff solves any issues (the entire staff is Russian-speaking), and their guide at the hotel is a real godsend, he will tell you everything, prompt you and help you choose the perfect tours without overpaying. I would like to mention the staff of the hotel, in particular: Gafur, Ayten,Araz, Mehmet, Arslan, Yunus, Rosa - you guys are the best!!! amazingly friendly and warm-hearted attitude throughout our stay. Breakfasts are a celebration of taste! From 7:30 to 10:30, the buffet is not boring, but a customized menu is served. You can try something new every day, plus coffee, tea, hot chocolate and lemonade for free. Be sure to take their pastries and fruits! Our room was small, but spotlessly clean. They are cleaned flexibly: at least every day, at least once every 3 days, as it suits you. The room has everything you need: air conditioning (very powerful), TV, safe, refrigerator-bar, kettle, dishes, slippers. There is a hairdryer, gel, shampoo and fluffy towels in the bathroom. Both the room and the entire hotel have excellent sound insulation. I definitely recommend it - 100%! A stunningly cozy hotel with an ideal location in the center of Istanbul. I liked the hotel for the very good attitude of the staff towards the guests, its geographical location in the historical part of the city and the cozy room (small but cozy). These are the guys who were always in sight and solved the issues. Naturally, thanks to all the hotel staff too (chefs, etc.)I rate the condition of the rooms as above average, air conditioning, shower, TV are all functioning, you can watch Russian channels (although you need to look for them)). Regarding the location of the hotel, there is a small nuance, people and establishments are open until late, be prepared that it will be a bit noisy, but we were so tired that we fell into bed and fell asleep immediately.

The room was gorgeous, the only drawback was that the view from the window was right into the wall of the neighboring hotel. Initially, we chose between evsen and arden. we stopped for the first and more days. I was afraid of the negative reviews, but still decided to take the risk and didn't regret it! We had a room with a French balcony. by itself, it is small, but there is enough space for everything you need. unless a huge suitcase in disassembled form doesn't really fit in: you'll have to jump over periodically. my size m fit perfectly) I was also worried about the food, because I had a negative experience in Dubai. here, when I checked in, I realized that there was no smell of a buffet. but the next day I saw a menu with 10 gorgeous and varied items! my favorite is croissant, I fell in love with avocado because of it! The staff at the hotel is not only great service professionals, but also incredibly pleasant and lovely people! They were happy to answer all questions and tried to help in various situations. There are a lot of attractions near evsen, as well as bus and tram stops + a marina. Ninety percent of the time, they got to all the right places on foot. We decided that if he comes again, we will definitely choose this hotel. we will exchange it for another one only if we move to the Asian part of the city.

We went to Istanbul for the first time, chose this hotel based on reviews and did not lose out. As many people note, the location is great, it takes 5-7 minutes on foot to Hagia Sophia, near Eminenyu pier, metro, T1 stop, there is probably no better location for getting around the main attractions. There is also a shop nearby called Şok, and we went there for small groceries, which is very convenient. We lived in a standard double room with a French balcony, the interior was "tired", but it was more than worthy to spend the night. Air conditioning, TV, shower — everything was working properly, there were no unpleasant odors and animals in the room. The staff is very helpful and helpful, they speak excellent Russian and will always help! It was very comfortable to be here, and a small gift at the end consolidated a pleasant impression. I would like to mention the breakfasts separately, they are very satisfying and quite diverse — we have tried only half of them in 5 days. In general, I recommend 👍🏻

We stayed in this hotel from 04.09. to 11.09.2026! A cozy little hotel with an ideal location in the center of old Istanbul. All the most famous sights are within walking distance! The rooms are small but very clean, cleaned every day (at your request). The room has everything you need: air conditioning, TV, safe, refrigerator-bar, kettle with dishes, hairdryer, gel, shampoo, towels in the bathroom! The breakfasts are amazing, 10 dishes to choose from, large portions and very tasty! Tea, coffee, juices, fruits without restrictions! BUT THE MAIN THING about this hotel is ITS STAFF!!!! We have been to Istanbul many times, but we have never met such a well-chosen team!!!! They are very attentive, friendly, and ready to help day and night! The team is young, all the guys speak good Russian and English! Special thanks to the administrators: AYTEN, AYNA, MEHMET ALI and garsons ARSLAN and MARAL! Thanks to the hotel management for the correct selection of staff! We definitely recommend it and we will definitely come back!)))

We returned from vacation and are still impressed! The Evsen Hotel is the case when you realize that the main thing in a vacation is the people and the atmosphere. The staff here is not just friendly, but really sincere. They always smile, are interested in how things are going, and are ready to help with any little thing. As for the domestic aspects, it's clean. The cleaning service on request is impeccable, snow-white bed linen and towels, the room is fresh, there is air conditioning. The food was simply gorgeous! The food is varied, very tasty, there is always a choice of meat, fresh vegetables and local sweets. He won't stay hungry for sure. The only caveat is that the rooms are small but compact. The area is small, but everything is thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable beds, good plumbing, everything is working properly. It's quite comfortable for two people, and if you only came to sleep and walk, it's generally ideal. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!"

I had a vacation from August 8 to August 15, 2026 (booked via Yandex). Excellent location, all necessary transportation and attractions nearby. The staff is professional, 5-star service, they solve any of your questions and problems, they speak Russian. Delicious breakfasts. Among the disadvantages: small rooms, a balcony is more formal. There were noisy renovation works nearby. The photos of the hotel from the website are relevant. Taking into account the quality of service and the extremely low price per day, I give 5 stars. I recommend.

We stayed at this hotel with a young man and were absolutely delighted! This is an ideal place for those who want to experience the atmosphere of Istanbul without unnecessary logistical difficulties. The main advantage is the location. The hotel is located in the very center, so all the key attractions could be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes: the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar - everything is literally nearby. The tram stop is also just around the corner, so it wasn't difficult to get to the farthest parts of the city. The hotel itself is very clean, bright and homely. Although the rooms are compact, they are thought out to the smallest detail, and perfect cleanliness is maintained daily. We got a new room on the 6th floor, with a Jacuzzi! The staff deserves special praise. Firstly, there are incredibly polite people working here who are always smiling and ready to help. And secondly, the presence of Russian-speaking staff was a real salvation: any issues were resolved instantly and as comfortably as possible, we did not feel the language barrier at all. I would like to mention the breakfasts separately: a large selection of hot dishes, fresh vegetables, fruits, delicious pastries and excellent Turkish coffee in the morning. Everything was fresh, high—quality and very satisfying - there was enough energy after such a meal for long walks around the city. I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers!

Excellent hotel, in the very center of Istanbul, very convenient location, close to tram T1,several metro lines and the main attractions. The staff is very friendly and courteous, everyone knows Russian and English. We had a room with a large window and breakfast, everything was super, the cleaning was of high quality, bed linen was changed every 2-3 days if you asked. The breakfasts are all very tasty.(choose a dish from the menu, hot drinks are brought, there are also lemonades, watermelon or melon and a cupcake that is freely available) We will definitely come back, thank you!!!

The staff is very polite and friendly — always ready to help and answer any questions. The hotel is conveniently located: Hagia Sophia is a 10-minute walk away, and the embankment is also there (there is a pier, you can take a ferry to the Asian side of the island). There is a tram stop nearby, and the metro is just a few minutes away. Good breakfasts, very tasty. On the downside, it could be noisy at night, which can be uncomfortable for people with light sleep. But tired, we fell asleep quickly.
