The perfect place to explore Istanbul! We stayed at the Evsen Hotel for a few days and were absolutely delighted! To begin with, the location is fantastic — the main attractions (the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia) are literally 10 minutes away on foot. Gulhane Park tram stop nearby The rooms are very cozy, the bed is comfortable with an excellent mattress, there is everything you need, the air conditioner is working. Cleaning on request. The breakfasts are worthy of special mention — there is a choice for every taste! You can enjoy an authentic Turkish breakfast, or you can have a classic English breakfast or light croissants or toast — everything is fresh and very tasty. Every day begins with a gastronomic pleasure! But the most important thing is the staff. The guys are working hard! They are always smiling, ready to help with any question: they will tell you the best routes, where to eat delicious food, they will help with any question! You feel like not just a tourist, but a long-awaited guest. It was very nice to be congratulated on my birthday. 🥳 Many thanks to the entire Evsen team! The hotel is nice, very clean and cozy. The rooms are small, but for two, it's fine for 3-5 days. We had a room with a balcony. Water, unlimited tea, minibar for money. The breakfasts are good, except for coffee. It is located on a wonderful, quiet street, but a taxi does not always reach it, since it is pedestrian. But these are small things, there is a tram, metro, train station nearby. The sights are within walking distance. Cafes, of course, are very expensive, but we went for a walk and ate for a normal price.

We stayed at this hotel from 05/20/26 to 05/24/26, we really liked the hotel, it justifies its 3 stars. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they understand Russian, everyone will help, ask how you are, how to help. We helped with the transfer to the airport. The rooms were clean, there was a window with a small balcony. The sound insulation is not top notch, but tolerable. The hotel is located on an alley, and therefore there are no sounds from the street at all. The location of the hotel is very convenient, Sofia Cathedral, Blue Mosque, Basilica, Gulham Park and much more are within walking distance. A picturesque place. Anyway, the city is very picturesque and contrasting, we are delighted, we will definitely come back here again, and to this hotel too. Many thanks to the Evsen Hotel, and many thanks to the city of Istanbul.

A small standard room, very attentive people at the reception, the hotel was a little old, but we liked it. It is located in Sirkeci district, very convenient location. We had our first vacation in Istanbul at the end of October, although we have been to Turkey many times on beach holidays. We chose the hotel based on reviews and location and were very satisfied! The location is convenient, there are many attractions within walking distance. The hotel staff are all wonderful, friendly, helpful, friendly, and always ready to help. Everyone speaks Russian, which was not unimportant for us. I will be happy to return to this wonderful hotel and recommend it to everyone! Very good staff speak Russian, which is very good by the way. The breakfasts are simply stunning. The room was clean, but the fact that it was small was somehow uncomfortable, there were not enough windows and shelves at least to put cosmetics. As it was , everything was 9/10 normal .

The hotel has 6 floors, on the 6th floor there is a terrace where breakfast is held, I thought the view would be better. I booked an economy room without a window, it's better to pay extra and order with a window. The room was very small and very stuffy, so I always turned on the air conditioner. There was no kettle in the room, which is very bad. Regarding cleaning, it is not included in the price, you need to pay for it separately. This is one of the disadvantages. Pros: there are two Russian-speaking administrators, Timur, and the second administrator, the girl did not ask for the name. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosques, Gulhane Park and the tram stop. Tram T1 takes you to Galata Tower, Eminenyu Port, and Aksaray Metro Station. Havaist buses depart from Aksaray Metro Station to the new airport every 30 minutes) About breakfast: no porridge, boiled eggs, omelet, draniki, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, olives, olives, thick yogurt, butter, jam, cornflakes, from there was a large selection of sweets, there was even honey from honeycombs, tea bags, as well as Turkish tea brewed, lemonade, salads, two types of bread, there was even a vegetable stew, fruits:melon, orange, apples. We stayed at the Evsen Hotel for a week, the visit was timed to coincide with the birthday and the tulip festival in Istanbul. Having previously looked at the photo of the hotel, I did not recognize it on the spot.It turns out that reconstruction is underway there. Breakfast is served at the reception, not on the 6th floor. Accordingly, in the early days they served just a complex, truncated breakfast (pictured), there was not even a modest buffet, then they equipped a small table with bread products and breakfast cereals. There was no fruit. The mini bar in the room is paid. The last time we had it "fries" it was to compensate for the noise from construction work. The elevator is new, but it's not working yet. All on foot. It's not convenient, because we walked around the city a lot and it was hard to climb once again. These shortcomings were compensated by the friendly staff and, of course, the location of the hotel. Near the tram stop, Gulhane Park and Hagia Sophia, 7 minutes walk to Eminenyu Marina, 5 minutes direct from the hotel to the Egyptian Bazaar, 10 minutes to the Grand Bazaar. And the most pleasant bonus of the hotel's location is the Balkan Lokantasi restaurant, where we had lunch for 130-450 liras. The portions there are so large that they divided the dishes for two or took them for dinner (they give containers). This cafe is a 5-minute walk away. When the repair work is done there, everything will be fine, you can go.

My friend and I visited Turkey for the first time. We chose Istanbul for walking and we were very lucky with the hotel. The location is very convenient: within walking distance of all the main attractions, tram stop. The staff is polite, friendly, and communicate fluently in Russian and English. We are ready to tell you and help you how to get to all the iconic places, they will advise you where the best local cuisine is. The breakfasts at the hotel are simply wonderful: everything is beautifully served, the products are always fresh, and the food is delicious! We had a Turkish breakfast! Breakfast can be enjoyed on the small terrace at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need; air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle, shower gel, soap and shampoo! Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The service is excellent! We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip to Istanbul, as we haven't looked at everything yet)))

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and I am sure that I will stay there again on my way back to Russia) I think the most important and pleasant thing about this hotel is the staff!!) Ayten and Araz are very hospitable and friendly people!🥹 I had problems checking in due to the Russian travel aggregator Yandex. I couldn't check in for 5 hours and was very tired after a night flight, the staff immediately offered me tea, and they allowed me to leave my luggage with them. Later, my aggregator suggested that I change my hotel due to booking problems on the part of Yandex Travel. But I refused and stayed at this hotel. By paying for everything directly. Because I really liked it!! Especially the friendliness and understanding of Mrs. Ayten and Mr. Araz!! Also, I advise you to take breakfast here, it's super too! Beautiful serving, delicious, satisfying and very tasty Turkish coffee is prepared here!!) I chose the simplest room, without a window (it was on top), but it suited me because I only came here to spend the night. This room was small, I think it would have been cramped for two people, but it was fine for one. The room was clean, and so was the shower room. Also, it was very important for me that there was no smoking in the hotel and there was no unpleasant smell in the room!) smoking is prohibited in the rooms here) The only thing in the room was an uncomfortable and weak hairdryer) it's better to take your own) Mrs. Ayten and Mr. Araz immediately told me about all the services that I can use) and led me to the room) Also, because I was in Istanbul for the first time and alone, I was worried about the location of the hotel (is it safe there).
