The hotel definitely corresponds to the money spent. It is suitable for shopping - there are a lot of shops nearby, the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian market. And for self-guided sightseeing - everything is within walking distance. For lovers of quiet recreation, Izvestia sports near Gulhane Park. In the evening and early in the morning, it is almost empty, open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. I advise you to issue an Istanbul card. Then you can swim across the Bosphorus for the price of a tram ticket. The cost of travel with transfers will become much cheaper. Do not forget to visit the delicious cafe with low prices of the Balkans-Lokantasi it is very close, look at the maps. I am grateful for the good work of the very friendly staff. Special thanks to Timur and Onur, who speak Russian and can always come to the rescue.

The hotel is not bad, there is no transport on the street, a quiet place during the day.The Russian-speaking manager Timur and the girl (I did not remember the name) are always ready to help, very kind! One of the disadvantages is the old furniture. There is also a renovation in the neighboring hotel nearby - they make noise all night, it was impossible to sleep. But I hope it won't last long)

A small but cozy hotel. It is located near the most interesting places in Istanbul. The staff is responsive. The rooms are small, but nice and cozy. The breakfasts are standard for Istanbul, without much variety, but delicious. Only you need to take a room with a balcony, as there is a room without windows in the hotel. I don't really imagine how to live in a room without windows - air conditioning is good, of course, but sometimes I just want to open the window and ventilate.

I liked everything, except for one thing. The hotel is in a very convenient location. A minute walk to the tram, 15 minutes to the metro. Many attractions are within walking distance. We walked calmly to Taksim. The rooms are small, but this is not surprising. Breakfast for 3 stars is not bad, there are omelets, cheeses, sweets, eggs, bread. But it is unlikely that you will be able to overeat. We were settled quickly, evicted too (check-out at 11 o'clock). We took a room with a balcony. It's very noisy in the evening, people are having fun in the restaurants downstairs. The sound insulation is poor. We used to fall asleep to the noise, so it wasn't a problem for us. But if you are not used to it, then take earplugs, because up to 23 hours at least music and voices. After that, we always slept, so we don't know what time the festivities end. Now let's move on to the main point. On the last evening at 22:30 we were about to go to bed, but suddenly we felt a strong smell of burning. There were already thoughts of a fire in the hotel. We look out into the street, and there the hotel staff lit two bonfires for some reason. They came down and said that there was nothing to breathe in the room (all the smoke was flying straight to our room). It turned out that these bonfires are generally made by the owner of the hotel.... We did not understand the essence of this action. But because of the smoke and the smell, you could easily get poisoned. I'm glad that we haven't fallen asleep yet and went outside.

A pleasant stay in the historical center of Istanbul. When choosing a room, they did not see that it had no window at all. When checking in, they laughed for a long time, and then completely forgot about it. The hotel is clean, the service is decent. Of the advantages, only a very good location, everything is nearby. The hotel itself was very upset by the behavior of its employees and the conditions in general. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms ... a split shower head, flying shower doors, an oversized ring on the toilet bowl constantly moving out, soap was not put at all. When booking, we paid for a room with a balcony, upon arrival at night we were asked to spend the night in a room of a different price category, and in the morning move into our room. In the morning they said that there was no room and, citing a bunch of reasons, refused to relocate. Only after the requirement to provide a written refusal to provide a previously paid room, the room was miraculously found and we were given the keys. Among other things, terrible audibility, you can hear the neighbors, the corridor, the street ... something like that)
