Good morning! We stayed at this hotel from April 14th to April 22nd! We really liked the hotel, quiet, clean, in the center of Sultanahmet district, within walking distance from all attractions. Nice city hotel. The rooms are tiny, and you can only smoke on the terrace below. The breakfasts are modest but delicious, and you can request free Turkish tea at the reception around the clock. The staff is very polite and diligent, many people know Russian. The only drawback is that there are restaurants nearby where noisy Russian tourists celebrate something late into the night every day, which is definitely not suitable for people who are used to sleeping in silence.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of September. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff: upon arrival, they gave me a room with a window (of course, it overlooked the wall of the neighboring hotel, but it was nice anyway), almost all Russian speakers, they try to help with any question, very responsive and friendly guys The breakfasts are incredibly tasty and satisfying, there is a large selection, we didn't even have time to try the whole menu. The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a tram stop in 3-5 minutes, the main attractions are within walking distance. At the same time, the street is very quiet, compared to the neighboring ones. The only drawbacks are the numbers. It was very cramped, it was difficult to place the suitcase, the noise insulation was so-so, the neighbors could be heard behind the wall. The room has a fridge, kettle, everything you need. Regular cleaning. I booked a room with a balcony, the photos were the same, in fact, it was completely different, the renovation was much worse, the room was very small, the bathroom was such that you could hardly turn around. The walls are thin, the neighbors are very audible. Nice hotel, we stayed there for 8 nights. Room cleaning on demand (they hung a card on a pen). A good breakfast, a small variety of dishes, but that's enough for me. The first day we were accommodated in a room with a poorly functioning air conditioner, and when we realized this, we were easily transferred to another one. Very convenient location of the hotel.

The only thing was that we booked a room with a balcony, but the first day the rooms with a balcony were occupied, we were accommodated in a three-bed room, but without a balcony. We were a little upset, but it turned out that the room with the balcony was worse. First of all, you can say no. You can't go out on it, and it's so small that only the air conditioner can fit on it. The windows of the room from the balcony overlook the street where the restaurants are, so it's very noisy there. In general, there is NO point in taking a room with a balcony. In general, the hotel left only positive emotions.

I can't recommend it. Unfortunately, the hotel management can't handle the word at all. Given that the building is old, you can at least arrange cleaning and carry out at least a small cosmetic repair. The floors are shaking, the walls are unpainted, the carpet is probably very old and no funds are allocated for cleaning it, the wallpaper comes off, the curbs just fall off, an unpleasant smell in the room, it's very dirty, there is mold and rust in the showers. Even with all this, you can bring a little comfort and do something to make the guests feel at least a little comfortable. Breakfast menu: scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs again, there is also a croissant or granola, orange, apple, tangerine and cupcake, you can take and pour juice from the vending machine. In general, those who love eggs will probably be very pleased. I would like to pay attention to the condition of the rooms and the dirt that can be cleaned, if desired. If you come with great indifference, then you can sleep. Just don't take a room with a balcony, please! The location is great, which is a plus.

A cozy little hotel. Great location. Sirkeci district. 5 minutes to the tram stop t1. 10 minutes to Galatsky Bridge and the embankment from where ferries depart to the city districts. Sultanahmet is 1 tram stop away or 15 minutes on foot. Friendly staff. Everyone speaks Russian. It is very pleasant when the morning begins with a smile from the staff and a delicious breakfast. You can choose 1 of 10 options (there are photos and menus in Russian), tea, coffee, some fruits. If desired, you can eat during the day for an additional fee (prices are the same as in the cafe nearby. The room is only 12 m, if it's important to anyone. But it is functional. All things are quietly placed. We could add a couple of hooks. It's all clear. The bed linen is excellent. When checking in, there are 2 bottles of water of 0.5 liters each. There is a kettle and cups, a couple of tea bags and sugar. The air conditioner was working well, and the water pressure was excellent. The shower cabin is large. Most importantly, the excellent hotel staff, responding instantly to any request. Thanks for the rest. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Briefly about these 3 stars Minuses: 1. A room with a 50x50 window, the room is stuffy 2. The air conditioner does not work from the word at all 3. A lovely miniature hotel for a very reasonable price. The staff is almost all Russian-speaking, very attentive and friendly. Murat and Azat met, told everything, explained everything, helped with local communication, ordered an evening tour of the Bosphorus. And the wonderful Marta, who worked at the breakfast bar. Incredibly kind and sweet. While my scanner wasn't working, she and her phone helped me read the menu using the QR code. I didn't have any napkins or toothpicks on the table. The hotel itself is three-star. 10 minutes walk to Sultanahmet Square. 2 minutes walk to the tram stop. And I had to use the tram often, since the sights of the city are located in different places and not nearby, besides Istanbul itself is one continuous descent and ascent. The location is great. The room is small enough, but it's not critical for us. It was clean, but I didn't have enough lighting. In the bathroom, the main light bulb was off, only a small one. There was no tea set, slippers, soap, shower gel, shampoo, or hair conditioner in the room. The minibar is paid. 2 bottles of water only upon check-in. There is a safe. The room is tired, the faucets in the bathroom are barely breathing at all. Where the sink fell off) was attached, used carefully. Cleaning is on demand, but we didn't ask for it. They left in the morning, and returned in the evening only to sleep. Breakfast without frills. Standard set: vegetables, eggs, cheese, rolls, desserts. We had enough, we usually have breakfast at home. There was a coffee machine. And by the way, there was honey in the honeycomb. I asked for a second blanket, and they brought it without any problems. You could take an umbrella at the reception. They also asked to call a taxi to the airport so that the cost would be fixed. They also helped with this. Overall a good hotel. I took off 1 star for bathroom faucets and an unlit lamp

Great hotel!!! We had a rest in an economy room, without a window, but it did not spoil the rest in any way. We had a rest together in this hotel 30.09-06.10.2026. We got a super small economy room, where the main area is occupied by a bed, opening the door, which you can immediately lie down on. Disadvantages of the room and the hotel: 1)The absence of a window, or rather it exists, but it opens into a shaft or a box where pipes are laid, respectively, there is no fresh air in the room at all. A window from another neighboring room opens into the same shaft. There is zero air exchange. If the air conditioner was turned off for at least 5 minutes, it was already possible to suffocate from the stuffiness, although the weather was not hot outside. 2) There is zero noise insulation, when you sleep, it feels like you are lying in the hallway, because you can hear everything that is happening in the neighboring rooms and beyond. Any flushing of the toilet and taking a shower by the neighbors could be heard so loudly, as if everything was happening in our room. The noise and stuffiness made it impossible to sleep soundly for a single night; 3) The elevator stopped on the floor and its doors did not close, music could be heard from it at any time of the day; 4) The shabby repair was not a problem for us, but we will mention this point. There were cracks on the walls, pieces of carpet on the floor with cracks between each other, the bathroom sink didn't drain well, there was a smell of sewage, the shower was more or less worn out, but it also looked worn out. The shower stall had a grate in the same shaft with pipes, where the windows in the room also went out. Advantages of the hotel: 1) The staff worked very well, created a pleasant atmosphere and spoke excellent Russian. It's a pity to underestimate the hotel, which employs such amazing people! 2) The breakfasts were varied and delicious, ordered according to the menu, the portions were large, there were also fruits (melon and oranges), juices, tea and coffee. 3) The location of the hotel is wonderful in the historical center of the city, the transport interchange is convenient, if desired, you can walk to Istiklal via the Galata Bridge
