I stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. Nice neat hotel in the center of the historical part of Istanbul. At 3 min. walking distance from both St. Sophia Cathedral and Topkapi Palace. Nearby in a couple of minutes there is a metro, tram, ferry pier, you can quickly get to any area of the city. The hotel itself is located on a narrow pedestrian street, so it is always quiet and peaceful. Practically on the border of Gulhane Park. In the mornings, I ran through the park facing Kennedy Street and along it along the Bosphorus before breakfast. Economy rooms without windows are a common situation for hotels in the historical part. I have traveled around Turkey from all sides, along the mountains, along the Lycian trail and along the Southern coast, and I was in Istanbul for the first time. And the lack of a window surprised me. I stayed there alone and, practically, only to sleep and plan the day - therefore, it suited me. There is everything for recreation and everything is working properly. Heat, hot water, air conditioning, TV, WiFi, luggage storage, elevator. Clean, tidy and cozy. I arrived at night - the receptionist kindly treated me to delicious coffee and checked in earlier as soon as the room was available. The friendly and courteous staff is available around the clock to help with any questions. Some employees speak Russian well. Of course, everyone speaks English. The staff is attentive to the preferences and requests of the guests.

We stayed at the hotel from April 16 to April 21, and we were very satisfied! The staff speaks Russian, everyone is very friendly and always ready to help, they suggested where the most profitable exchanger is. The room had no window, but it wasn't a problem for us, we left in the morning and returned late at night. The hotel itself is clean, modern, the beds are soft and comfortable. A la carte breakfasts (not a buffet), everything is delicious. The location is excellent, in Sultanahmet district, the main attractions, tram and ferry are only about 5 minutes away on foot. There is no noise. We had a late departure (at 19:00), and after checking out at 11:00, we left our suitcases in a separate room without any problems. At the end, we also gave you a small souvenir, very nice!

A cozy hotel with very hospitable staff, delicious breakfasts and coffee, convenient location from the main attractions. We lived in a room without a window for 4 days, we didn't even notice its absence, the room has a comfortable temperature, good ventilation. The room itself is clean, white pastel linen, towels, disposable slippers, kettle with glasses, gel, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, TV, bar and safe, Internet connection from the room was good but slow. The staff speaks excellent Russian, is very responsive and friendly.

We stayed with a friend at this hotel from the end of October to the 7th of November. Great hotel!!! This is an ideal place to stay in Istanbul. Excellent location- in the center, but at the same time not on Istiklal street, where there is a round-the-clock hangout. It's clean and cozy. Excellent staff! The breakfasts are delicious, but I would like a little variety - sometimes I would like fried eggs instead of omelets, oatmeal porridge instead of milk with cereal. But these are small things) overall, it was a great vacation. If we return to Istanbul, then only to this hotel! Thanks a lot to all the staff!😊

We were with a friend in January 2026. We were very satisfied. IMPORTANT: the Russian-speaking staff, all the guys and girls are polite, always ready to help and explain. The hotel does have heating, a clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. The rooms are not suites, but they match the price. Upon check-in, we had a room upgrade at no extra charge. The windows overlook the courtyard, but it's quiet and peaceful. Upon arrival, we were immediately offered coffee and tea (without payment), it was very pleasant, as it turned out, the guys will make you coffee and make tea at your request at any time. The breakfasts are decent, there are many types, there are always fruits and dessert. It is located in the very center, within walking distance from Sultanahmet Square, but on a quiet street, which was a big plus for us. There are metro and tram stops nearby. We were very satisfied. I recommend.

We stayed at the Evsen Hotel from April 20 to April 24, 2026. The hotel is small, with 25 rooms, some with a balcony, some without a window at all. We had a room with a balcony. It might be a little stuffy without a window, although there is air conditioning. The hotel is very conveniently located, the center, all the sights are within walking distance. The T1 tram line runs nearby, and it is very convenient to navigate it. But you can't hear the tram noise in the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. They immediately settled in, offered tea and coffee. The hotel's breakfasts are customized, with a choice of 10. They are very satisfying and delicious. The room is clean, although the room is very small, like all European 3* rooms. There is soap, gel, shampoo and, which is very important for a tourist, slippers. The staff is Russian-speaking, attentive and polite. A very attentive girl, Aitan, works at the reception. He will tell you everything and tell you how to get through and where to buy. I recommend the hotel!!!

The hotel is wonderful, and the price-quality ratio is just perfect. Companies of six people traveled, took three rooms, the rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable, there is always hot water in the shower, there is always a minibar with the most. Essential drinks. The breakfasts caused a special delight, not a modest buffet of sausages and cheeses, but a full breakfast both in a good restaurant, according to taste, visual and serving size. (if you plan to book, be sure to take breakfast, you won't regret it.). The hotel is conveniently located, you can get from the airport by metro, and then a little by tram. But the most important jewel of this hotel is the staff, all as selected, kind, smiling and very caring, you can make any request. And most importantly, they make delicious tea. (For reference, if someone needs a little bit of @lc@gol, that is Umut shop is not a bad store, as in Russia it sells until 22:00, when leaving the hotel, turn left through 2 streets, and then turn right down).

We stayed at this hotel from 27.03 to 01.04. I left the most positive impressions! The staff is as customer-oriented and friendly as possible. They quickly resolve issues related to accommodation and amenities. The rooms are comfortable and clean: everything is working properly. Many of the staff speak Russian. They will help you navigate the city: they will tell you where there are good cafes nearby for any level of prosperity, how to get to the sights, how to buy a card for public transport, call a taxi and stay in touch in WhatsApp chat (it was convenient to call a taxi through them, being in any part of Istanbul). The location of the hotel is excellent!-quiet street, everything is within walking distance. Breakfasts: delicious, large portions, varied. I would like to single out the girls at the reception: Aitan and Marta! Their participation and attention was very valuable!

In April 2026, I stayed at the Evsen Hotel. The hotel is located in the historical center of Istanbul, the location is very convenient. The hotel itself is small but cozy. The room was clean, with good white linens. There is everything you need: air conditioning, TV, safe, wardrobe, mini-bar, table, mirrors and several lighting options. The building has an elevator. I liked the attitude of the staff. Upon check-in, they were given water, and tea and coffee were served during the stay. The breakfasts were great, 10 out of 10 for me. The staff is Russian-speaking and helps with various issues: they can tell you about transportation, currency exchange, places to eat, as well as help with excursions and transfers. Special thanks to Murat, Ayten and Arslan for their help and good attitude. Positive impressions remained for the 3-star hotel

We stayed at the hotel in February, we really liked everything! Firstly, the location is very convenient. Sirkeci Train Station and Eminenyu Square are nearby, from where you can quickly get to any part of the city by tram, ferry or metro. Gulkhane Park and Sultanahmet Square are nearby. In general, the place is just a fairy tale. The hotel itself is very stylish, cozy and beautiful inside. We lived in room 101, a beautiful room with a view of the street (there is a French balcony). The hotel has a good air conditioning system - the air is always fresh. We advise you to take accommodation with breakfast - they are a la carte, everything is served fresh, there is a good variety. And of course I would like to mention the most caring staff. When we came home in the evenings after walking, we always sat in the lobby and drank tea. The hotel staff knows several languages, including Russian. I've been to other hotels in the center of Istanbul, and I can say with confidence that Evsen is the best one I've been to. I'll be back here for sure. I liked everything very much.

The rooms are generally renovated, the pastels and towels are clean and changed during cleaning. They cleaned well. Initially, the truth was settled in a tiny room with a terribly creaky bed. For the extra money, we were moved to a normal room. But I must say that the room with the photo (booking) I didn't see it. The breakfasts are good, you can choose from the menu. The location is excellent, close to attractions, transport, restaurants, and generally you are in the historical part. It should be noted that the staff is as friendly as possible and helps with everything. Especially the girl at the reception, very nice.

Excellent hotel, in the historical center. It is very convenient to get from the airport (bus/metro+tram). The staff speaks excellent Russian. The rooms are small, but what do you want from the historical center. Of course, you can refresh the renovation, but in general it is comfortable to stay in the room. Everything in the hotel corresponds to its not expensive price. If I need accommodation in Istanbul again, I will not hesitate to return to this hotel. Another caveat is that the breakfasts here are good.

My mother and I chose this one from the many hotels offered by the operator and did not regret it. Excellent location, excellent staff, hearty breakfasts and everything you need in the room. The ratio of price and quality. I didn't have enough small table, chair and shelf under the bathroom mirror in the room, but this was compensated by other advantages. Murat, Safyar, Marta, Ayten, thank you so much for your smiles, advice and willingness to help. It is impossible to single out just one person. Many thanks to everyone. Mehmet, although he does not speak Russian, is always friendly and does his job well. It should be understood that the hotel is not five stars and do not expect much from the rooms, but there is enough to spend the night. The breakfasts were good, I ate well and rode on through Istanbul. Close to all major attractions, metro, tram,Marmaray and pier. The Grand Bazaar is also nearby and it's as big as an octopus. The hotel is on a safe street. It's a bit noisy outside in the evenings, people are eating and relaxing. But after closing the window, they quietly fell asleep. We had a room with a window and it saved us from high humidity. There is a kettle and a small fridge in the room. You can drink water on the ground floor, but we bought a 5-liter bottle. I want to write a lot more, but the main thing is to thank the guys once again for their customer orientation and simple humanity. Prosperity to you❤️ .

Delicious breakfasts, hearty, beautiful serving. Choose from a menu of 10 options + tea, coffee, cookies, tangerines. There is a Wi-Fi and an elevator. The disadvantages are narrow corridors and tiny rooms. But we only spent the night in the rooms. The room has a bed, a tea table with a kettle, a refrigerator, a locker, and a safe. We stayed at this hotel in March 2026. The hotel was chosen based on its location in Sultanahmet — and it's really perfect. All the main attractions are within walking distance: Gulhane, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are just 5-10 minutes away. The tram stop is 3 minutes away, which is very convenient to go to Taksim or Galata Tower. There are many cafes, souvenir shops and a grocery store nearby. The staff is a special thanks. The administrators are very friendly, many speak Russian. Special thanks to Aitan. He will always help, tell you about the sights, tell you how to get there. Quiet hotel, very close to many attractions, Varied breakfasts. 8 different ones to choose from, Americano tea and coffee for free. A small veranda in front of the hotel. Luxury beds, showers, staff👍👍👍 There is a minibar, a laundry room. They will always help you arrange a tour quickly, book a shuttle to the airport. One organizer upset us by closing Yalova for repairs. The maitre d' offered several options very quickly, we chose an excursion to the Princes' Islands (it was almost 9 p.m.), and in the morning a transfer took us to the pier. Good Wi-Fi in the hotel, convenient elevator (we lived on the 5th floor and after 25,000 steps through old Istanbul, the elevator was very welcome). On the day of departure, we took advantage of the free luggage storage to the shuttle. There is a tram stop around the corner, 200 meters to the left and a whole street of cafes and restaurants. A little to the left and down and you are already on the shore of the Golden Horn at the Galatsky Bridge and the Blue Mosque.

The first time in Istanbul. We chose from 10 hotels in the low price category offered by the travel agency. We decided on this option based on the reviews. In general, we did not lose. Positive 1. Clean rooms, tea set, clean bed linen. 2. A limited but hearty breakfast. 3. Ideal location for those who are in Istanbul for the first time - all the main attractions are within walking distance. 4. Almost all the staff is Russian-speaking and very helpful. 5. Water in the mini-bar is free. Minuses 1. Photos from earlier reviews of another hotel in general, on the contrary - it apparently closed and has not been functioning for a year or more. The building they are currently housing is smaller and more modest. The reception hall is newly renovated, but the rooms and corridors require cosmetics. 2. There is a slight smell of sewage, as the entire sewer somehow communicates on the floor. 3. Weak sound insulation - noises from the hallway are strongly audible in the room. 4. Starter TV with a set-top box - from the channels for Russian TNT and TVRUS. Overall, price/quality. There is something to compare it with.

After 4 days at the hotel, I got very used to everything, despite the fact that I am very picky, I had nothing to touch. If there was something I didn't like, it wasn't the hotel's fault, it was the ignorance of the guests. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious, which is a big plus. The room was odorless, with clean linens, and a shower. Istanbul is a big city, I want to try a lot of new things, but I probably won't experiment with the hotel, and I'll come back here again. Great hotel. I stayed on June 19/20. There are 3 or 4 people among the staff who speak Russian, including at the reception. They are smiling and helpful. There was a very early flight in the morning, I had to leave the hotel at 6 a.m. - I asked them to make breakfast with me in a box; they do not have this option, but they offered me to arrange breakfast at this early time on the spot. At 5:30, the attendant downstairs brought me a dish with a breakfast set (cheese plate, vegetables, meat, etc.) and tea, so that I could refresh myself well before traveling. I would also like to mention Keenan's employee separately. He is a very pleasant person, friendly, ready to help, and it was a pleasure to chat. He made me a lovely cup of tea in the evening! Thanks! Good memories! Yes, and the location is just super - quiet street, but literally three to five minutes walk from Sirkeci station, metro, tram, Egyptian market, and in the other direction - St. Sophia and the very center.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of March 2026. The hotel is located on a quiet street very well - a 7-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, near the metro station, a 10-minute walk to the ferry berths!!The hotel is small, cozy, but already a little "tired", I would like to make repairs. But all these disadvantages are compensated by the excellent team of the hotel staff. You come to another country, and you are greeted by close relatives!!! Very friendly people, always ready to help, advise, and treat you to tea! As Russian-speaking tourists, Marta helped us a lot!!! Lovely, polite, friendly, she explained to us very well how to get to the right location, advised a great place for walking, was practically our guide! Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel! We recommend this hotel to those who do not like pathos and crowds of people, but rather like a cozy "homely" atmosphere!!!

August 31
I had a rest from August 25 to August 31. I liked everything, the hotel is very conveniently located, 10 minutes to Sultanahmet Square, near Gulkhane. The room is clean, the air conditioner is working, it's not stuffy. The hotel is cozy. The staff is polite, they speak Russian, offer tea/coffee. I am very grateful to them for the warm welcome. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious. I advise everyone to stop here!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and almost everyone speaks Russian. Service: excellent, the room is cleaned according to your request at least every day, the breakfasts are very tasty and hearty, Turkish or European to choose from. The location of the hotel is excellent, the street is not noisy, the proximity to the sights of Gulhane Park, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Galata Bridge, etc. There are many coffee shops nearby, for every taste. There is a grocery store nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, everything was very pleasant. The hotel has an excellent location, everything you need is nearby, it is convenient to get to the main attractions and the metro. I would like to mention the excellent breakfasts separately — everything was delicious, varied and fresh. The staff is very polite, attentive and helpful, the service is really good. Thank you so much to Araz, Arslan, Ayna, Marat and Mehmet for your work, kindness and responsiveness. !And I would like to thank Ayten separately - she is really the star of this hotel! When visiting Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
