Price list for the services provided by Yandex
  1. These prices do not include the VAT of the United Arab Emirates (5%) unless stated otherwise.
  2. The minimum order value (unless agreed otherwise) is
    a. 500 USD
    b. 500 EUR
    c. 500 CHF
  3. CPM stands for cost per 1000 impressions.
  4. Any note that reads ‘one (1) day’ means that delivery of the advertising materials starts at 00:00 (GMT+3) and finishes within 24 hours or when the number of impressions of the advertisements reaches the limit set out in the corresponding order, whichever is the later.
  5. Any note that reads ‘X week(s)’ (“X” means the exact number of weeks) means that delivery of the advertising materials starts at 00:00 (GMT+3) on Monday and finishes at 24:00 (GMT+3) on corresponding Sunday or when the number of impressions of the advertisements reaches the limit set out in the corresponding order, whichever is the later. Only integer number of weeks is available for order.
  6. For the purposes of geotargeting, the term ‘Russian regions’ shall refer to constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as to the cities of the Russian Federation to which geotargeting setting is applicable. If Moscow is specified as the target region for display advertising, ads shall also be delivered in the Moscow Region. If St. Petersburg is specified as the target region for display advertising, ads shall also be delivered in the Leningrad Region.
  7. Services may include the placement of advertising, informational or other types of materials provided by the customer. The terms “advertising” (“ad”), “advertiser”, as well as other similar words are for conceptual use only, describe specific services, formats and(or) services solely for the convenience of the parties and do not define the essence and legal nature of the published materials.

    The content and type of each material shall be determined individually in relation to a specific service, format and(or) type of services provided by Yandex.

  8. While rendering the services of delivering media ads, the following settings can be applied (if that is explicitly stated in a specific clause of the Resolution):
    • Sociodemographic targeting: ‘gender’, ‘gender and age’, ‘gender, age, and income’.
    • Marital status, children, profession;
    • Behavioral signs;
    • Genres and topics of content — the materials are shown on the pages and videos of the available categories;
    • Behavioural retargeting:

      – Delivering advertising materials to users who have visited one of the advertiser’s sites specified when ordering the services (the target users are determined via a meter counter code of Metrica installed on the advertiser’s web sites, hereafter referred to as “the Yandex code”). This targeting can only be set if the number of unique visitors to the advertiser’s site for the past thirty (30) days before the intended campaign start date has been no less than twenty thousand (20 000).

      – Behavioural retargeting from the Yandex’s services — the ads will be delivered to users who have already visited some sections of the Yandex’s services: Market, Auto, Realty. The advertiser’s selection of sections is subject to an agreement with Yandex. This targeting can only be set if for the last thirty (30) days before the intended campaign start date the number of users who demonstrate target behaviour has been no less than twenty thousand (20 000).

    • Segments in “Audience”, “Metrica” service: A segment is generated by the advertiser on his own by means of the “Audience” service (https://audience.yandex.com), “Metrica” (https://metrika.yandex.com). Use of the settings is only available when the number of unique users per segment(s), which was added by the advertiser using the “Audience” services, is no less than twenty thousand (20 000) people. The other segments parameters (including the name of the segments (groups of segments)) and methods of they use are determined by the advertiser on his own in the Client web-interface.
    • Search retargeting:targeting users based on the search terms they used; this setting is provided on request. Yandex does not give any warranties regarding availability of this setting to be applied: the possibility to use the setting is determined by Yandex based on sufficiency of the number of target users needed to render the services comprehensively.
    • Audience interests: targeting a specific audience based on particular interests list; this setting is provided on an on demand basis. Yandex does not give any warranties regarding availability of this setting to be applied: the possibility to use the setting is determined by Yandex based on sufficiency of target users required for complete provision of the services.
    • Targeting by categories of users upon the advertiser’s request: Yandex does not give any warranties regarding availability of this setting to be applied: the possibility to use the setting is determined by Yandex based on sufficiency of target users required for complete provision of the services.
    • Targeting for cinema-goers: advertising materials are displayed to users who buy tickets on the Yandex services, look through the films’ schedule, demonstrate their interest in new movies.
    • Local geographic targeting: advertising materials are displayed to users whose geographical location within a city/region is specified by the advertiser.
    • Content themes: means a condition for display of advertising materials enabling display of advertising materials to users who, according to Yandex’s knowledge, visit web pages on the Internet with a certain content. The target group is determined by Yandex via analysis of user online behaviour associated with visiting webpages having similar content (female content (melodramas, dramas, female shows, etc.), male content (action movies, thrillers, sport, etc.), children’s content (animated cartoons, children’s songs, etc.), family content (comedies, family shows, etc.).
    • Settings applicable only to display advertising materials on mobile devices and(or) mobile applications (if applicable):

      – Mobile operators — advertising materials are displayed only on smartphones, phones and tablets of subscribers of certain mobile operators (provided that such devices can display advertising materials in the relevant format);

      – Operating systems — advertising materials are displayed only on smartphones, phones and tablets with certain operating system software; advertising materials are displayed provided that such devices can display advertising materials in the relevant format;

      – Mobile device manufactures — advertising materials are displayed only on smartphones, phones and tablets of certain brands (provided that such devices can display advertising materials in the relevant format);

      – Connection type — advertising materials are displayed only on smartphones, phones and tablets with a certain type of Internet connection (2G, 3G, WiFi, Ethernet);

      – The setting of banner display to potential users of the advertiser’s mobile applications is available. Such users shall be identified by Yandex automatically using the Crypta technology (https://yandex.com/company/technologies/crypta/) based on the analysis of their online behavior.

    • Custom audience targeting: means a condition for display of advertising materials enabling display of ads to users who, according to Yandex’s knowledge, belong to the target group of audience segments that are based on heuristic user behavior patterns and determined by the advertiser as target ones for a specific task. The target group is determined by Yandex via online behaviour analysis with Crypta technology.
    • Weather parameters targeting is automatically determined by Yandex Weather. Yandex does not give any warranties regarding availability of this setting to be applied: the possibility to use the setting is determined by Yandex based on sufficiency of target users required for complete provision of the services.
    • Temperature parameters targeting is automatically determined by Yandex Weather. Yandex does not give any warranties regarding availability of this setting to be applied: the possibility to use the setting is determined by Yandex based on sufficiency of target users required for complete provision of the services.
    • Devices and software targeting: advertising materials are displayed on the following types of devices as chosen by the advertiser:
      – Computers;
      – Smartphones;
      – Computers and tablets;
      – Smartphones and tablets;
      – Computers and smartphones;
      – Smartphones and Smart TV;
      – Computers, Smart TV and smartphones;
      – Tablets;
      – Smart TV;
      – Computers, smartphones and tablets;
      – Smartphones, tablets and Smart TV;
      – Computers, smartphones, tablets and Smart TV.
    • Music genres targetings:

      – Targeting genre “Pop”. The genre “Pop” includes pop, estrade, latin folk. The advertising materials will be delivered on Yandex Music and Yandex Radio services after songs of the relevant genre;

      – Targeting genre “Rock”. The genre “Rock” includes metal, punk, postrock, hardcore, ukrrock. The advertising materials will be delivered on Yandex Music and Yandex Radio services after songs of the relevant genre;

      – Targeting genre “Electro / Dance Music”. The genre “Electro / Dance Music” includes techno, disco, sport, dance, electronics, house, trance, dnb, dubstep, industrial, dub. The advertising materials will be delivered on Yandex Music and Yandex Radio services after songs of the relevant genre;

      – Targeting genre “Light Music”. The genre of “Light Music” includes jazz, lounge, relax, classical, blues, conjazz, tradjazz, country, meditation, reggae, romances. The advertising materials will be delivered on Yandex Music and Yandex Radio services after songs of the relevant genre;

      – Targeting genre “Chanson”. The genre “Chanson” includes chanson, bard music, Russian bard music. The advertising materials will be delivered on Yandex Music and Yandex Radio services after songs of the relevant genre;

      – Targeting the genre of “Rap”. The genre “Rap” includes Russian rap, rap, rnb. The advertising materials will be delivered on Yandex Music and Yandex Radio services after songs of the relevant genre.

    • Advertising networks targeting: advertising materials are displayed on a group of platforms being part of an advertising network:
      – Yandex Advertising Network;
      – Mobile applications of Yandex Advertising Network;
      – Yandex Mail;
      – Yandex Realty;
      – Yandex Jobs;
      – Yandex Market;
      – Yandex Weather;
      – Yandex Music;
      – Yandex TV;
      – Yandex Timetables;
      – Kinopoisk;
      – Auto.ru;
      – other Yandex services.
    • Segments of the data providers (DMP) — segments of partner data management platforms (Data Management Platforms) — specialized systems — suppliers of segmented data. The usage of segments of DMP, their types and content as well as other terms of their use shall be covered by direct agreement between advertiser and DMP. DMP makes available segments of data for the advertiser through the service Yandex.Audience (https://audience.yandex.com/). If the usage of segments is paid, all settlements are carried out directly between the advertiser and DMP.
    • The possibility of using a particular segment selected by an advertiser may be terminated by DMP in accordance with direct agreement between DMP and the advertiser.
    • Targeting by flight direction: advertising materials are displayed to users of Yandex.Flights whose flight direction matches the direction specified by the advertiser.
  9. If conditions of advertising material delivery do not explicitly specify that advertising materials will be delivered to mobile devices, these materials will not be necessarily delivered to placements adapted specifically for mobile services.
  10. If the procedure for advertising service cost calculation specifies that several rates shall apply, these rates shall apply one by one (i. e. multiplied by one another).
  11. Any suspended order for display advertising may be resumed only when the seasonal rate which was applied thereto for the purposes of service cost calculation is in effect.
  12. Any unspent sum for the placement of the advertising material which had stopped running one week or more before any changes in the seasonal rate is subject to refund to the advertiser upon its request, unless otherwise agreed between the advertiser and Yandex.
  13. In case the price for media advertising services hereunder is set in the currency other than USD, EUR, CHF, UZS, GBP (for ex., Russian rubles) the cost of services shall be converted into the respective currency stipulated in the services agreement at the exchange rate of the currency to the Russian ruble at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of invoice/order, unless for a specific product or service stipulated otherwise.

    In case the price for media advertising services hereunder is set in UZS, the cost of services shall be converted into the respective currency stipulated in the services agreement at the exchange rate of the currency to UZS fixed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of invoice/order, unless for a specific product or service stipulated otherwise.

    In case the price for media advertising services hereunder is set in AED, the cost of services shall be converted into the respective currency stipulated in the services agreement at the exchange rate of the currency to AED fixed by the Central Bank of the UAE on the date of invoice/order, unless for a specific product or service stipulated otherwise.

  14. The seasonal rate for all the Yandex services related to online placement of advertising materials (unless otherwise agreed in the Resolution and(or) in the Marketing Policy for 2025 of the Air Smart Advertising Solutions FZ-LLC) shall be as follows:

  15. If the conditions of advertising material placement do not explicitly specify otherwise, geotargeting shall apply to the whole territory of the Russian Federation.
  16. The services of media advertising placement shall be rendered in compliance with the terms and conditions set out in the document ‘Procedure for Placement of Materials on Yandex Internet Media Places’ published at: https://yandex.com/legal/media_procedure_ch/.
  17. The cost of advertising placement indicated on https://yandex.com/adv/ shall be approved by Yandex and the advertiser in each case individually.
  18. For the purposes of this document (where applicable), advertising materials in the “100% × X pixels” format will be understood as formats in which ad materials “X pixels” in size will occupy 100% of the width of the user’s screen. For the purposes of this point, “X pixels” stands for the banner height in pixels applicable for the relevant ad format.
  19. If the advertiser formats advertising materials in HTML5, such ads shall meet the requirements stated in “Technical requirements for HTML5 banners” published at: https://yandex.com/adv/requirements/html5.
  20. If the advertiser chooses “Auction” as a principle of media advertising placement, it will be able to use setting strategies to display its advertising materials published at: https://yandex.com/adv/materials/strategies
  21. Advertising materials shall meet the requirements stated in “General rules for advertisers creating advertising materials for the Yandex Afisha service” published at: https://yandex.com/adv/requirements/afishareq.
  22. When providing services related to the placement of media advertising, Yandex shall be entitled (but not obliged), at its own discretion, to grant to an advertiser a discount amounting to the cost of invalid (unfair or incorrect) impressions detected in accounting periods following the accounting period, in which such impressions took place. The above mentioned discount is not subject to repayment to the advertiser (inter alia, if the agreement is cancelled) and may be used by the advertiser only through placement of advertisements in the format of media advertising in the scope of the discount granted. The discount shall be granted to the advertiser having an agreement for the services that were not completed at the moment of discount granting, or (in the absence of such agreement) — to the advertiser, who has received the services under the agreement that had terminated just before the moment of discount granting. Such advertiser shall warrant and represent to Yandex that it will meet all requirements stipulated by Yandex for the services which includes ad placement in the scope of such discount. Provision of services in the scope of the discount granted shall be confirmed by Yandex statistics available to the advertiser in the Client web interface.
  23. Data (including de-identified data about users of Yandex services) received by the customer with relation to execution of the contract between Yandex and the customer, including those received from third parties (among others, Yandex partners in the process of verification of information about the placement of materials by the customer), must be used by the customer strictly for the purposes of execution the specified contracts and must not be transferred in any form by the customer to any third parties.

    In the event the customer violates its obligations and(or) restrictions specified in this clause Yandex has the right to claim and the customer is obliged to pay a forfeit in the amount of ten thousand (10 000) USD within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of corresponding request by Yandex.

  24. Yandex has the right from time to time to conduct experiments, in order to improve the quality of services provided, as well as to develop new offers and products for its customers. Within such experiments various parameters, including, inter alia, ads display positions, layout, impression may be performed based on other principles or algorithms, on new places, in other (modified) format, with variations to targeting, selection or ordering conditions, ad impression may be accompanied by additional information and reference materials from Yandex services or other additional information.

  3. Available settings:

    Geographical targeting.

  4. The display of banner and the determining of its shall be carried out according to the following rules:

    a. The auction takes place in real time while the user is loading the web page. As a result of the auction, the banner to be shown shall belong to the customer who offered the highest bid per 1000 impressions (CPM), taking into account the entry threshold (the minimum CPM indicated in Table 1 (Auction on the banner under the search bar)), and the settings provided for in clauses 1, 2, 3 above.

    b. The cost of displaying the media banner shall be determined by the principle of a “second price” auction: if the advertiser’s bid is the highest, advertising material will be displayed at a price sufficient to win (second highest bid + auction step), but not less than the entry threshold (minimum CPM specified in Table 1 (Auction on the banner under the search bar)).

    c. The maximum CPM rate is three thousand (3000) rubles (net of VAT).

    d. Auction step = ten (10) kopecks per one thousand (1000) impressions (net of VAT).

  1. Pins in Geoservices — a branded label of an organization, which includes a title and subtitle, on the map in Yandex Navigator, Yandex Maps programs. Pins will be shown to the user if the location of the customer’s organization is shown on the user’s screen. When the user clicks on a pin, a “Pin Card” will be shown.
  2. The Pin Card contains a banner, header, and the address of the organization displayed on the Yandex Maps service, a button with the customer’s location, and two additional optional buttons with the customer’s telephone number or a link provided by the customer:
    • with the customer’s location / route — when the button is clicked, a route is created to the organization using the coordinates of the organization from Yandex Maps.
    • with the customer’s telephone number — when the button is clicked, the user is recommended to make a call to the customer’s telephone number, if the user’s device supports this function.
    • with a link provided by the customer — when the link is clicked, it takes the user to the link provided by the customer (by agreement with Yandex). The user may be taken to a website, an application, a messenger, the App Store, or the Play Market.
  3. The CPM is determined by the following formula: CPM = 80*T*R, where

    T is the rate of targeting applied by the customer, determined according to Table A or Table B

    R is the rate of the space that the customer is placing materials, according to Table C.

  4. Geotargeting — Russia. It is possible to set up geotargeting on the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Republic of Belarus, it is possible to set up geotargeting on the regions of Russia (by agreement with Yandex).
  5. The targeting parameters shown in Table A and B can be set (settings may be changed by agreement with Yandex):

Media Advertising placement services under "Yandex.Direct" Service Offer (https://yandex.com/legal/oferta_direct_ch/)

  1. The prices are specified exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  2. The minimum order value is
    a. 15 USD per day (excl. VAT)
    b. 15 EUR per day (excl. VAT)
    c. 15 CHF per day (excl. VAT)
  3. Any note that reads “1 day” means that delivery of the advertising material starts at 00:00 and finishes in 24 hours or when the number of impressions of the advertising materials reaches the limit set out in the corresponding order, depending on which of the aforementioned events occurs later.
  4. Any note that reads “1 week” (“2 weeks”, “4 weeks”) means that the advertising material is delivered from 00:00 Monday until 24:00 the following Sunday (or 2 or 4 weeks later, respectively) or when the number of impressions of the advertising materials reaches the limit set out in the corresponding order, depending on which of the aforementioned events occurs later. Only full-week packages are available.
  5. While rendering the services of delivering media ads, the following settings can be applied (if that is explicitly stated in a specific clause/section):

    5.1. Service Segments “Audiences”. The segment is generated by the advertiser independently using the “Audiences” service (https://audience.yandex.com). The parameters (including the name of the segment/group segments) segment and ways of its use are determined by the advertiser independently using a Client Web Interface according to the segment creation rules of the “Audiences” Service.

    5.2. Sociodemographic targeting: “gender”, “gender and age”, “gender, age and income”.

    5.3. Audience interests (“Interests”) — a way of grouping data on the user behavior in Internet on a basis that a group of users is assumed to have certain similar interests (“thematic segments”), as well as the users are assumed to belong to certain age, gender or other groups (“sociodemographic segments”). Usage of audience segments, providing that Yandex has relevant data and technical capabilities, enables combining thematic and sociodemographic segments.

    5.4. Segments and targets of “Metrica” Service. A segment is generated by the advertiser independently using the “Metrica” Service (https://metrika.yandex.com).

    5.5. Phrase targeting — when this setting is applied, the advertising materials are displayed based on the key words specified by the advertiser in the Client Web Interface. If the advertiser uses this targeting, Yandex automatically selects ads to be displayed and displays them at the relevant advertising spaces based on the correspondence of the ads' themes with the user interests.

    5.6. Behavioral indicators — users' characteristics and preferences. Indicators are determined by user behavior on the internet by Crypta technology. Possible categories: “TV”, “Internet”, “Devices”, “Transport”.

    5.7. Marital status, children, profession: “marital status”, “children”, “profession”.

    5.8. Targeting by ad networks: placement of the advertising materials on a group of sites, included into ad networks:

    5.9 Outdoor site selection — ability to select the advertising surface in the direct interface. The selected surface uniquely determines the outdoor platform, where advertising materials will be potentially displayed. Yandex does not guarantee the display of ads on selected outdoor surfaces

    5.10 Website targeting-display of advertising materials is carried out on Mobile or Full version of the website the Main page.

  6. Yandex Media Network — the advertising platforms listed at: https://yandex.com/support/direct/general/yan.html.
  7. Unless expressly specified to the contrary in the advertising material placement terms, the advertising materials shall be displayed on desktops, mobile devices and in services adapted for mobile devices.
  8. The media advertising placement services are rendered subject to the terms and conditions stated in “Yandex.Direct” Service Offer (https://yandex.com/legal/oferta_direct_ch/) and, without limitation, Media Advertising Placement Rules (https://yandex.com/legal/direct_display_rules_media_ch/).
  9. In case the price for media advertising services under present terms and conditions is expressed in other than USD, EUR, CHF currency (rubles), this price shall be converted into the respective currency stipulated in the services agreement at the exchange rate of the currency to the Russian ruble, fixed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of invoice/order.
  10. For the purposes of this document (where applicable), advertising materials in the “100%×X pixels” format are understood as formats in which ad materials “X pixels” in size occupy 100% of the width of the user’s screen. For the purposes of this clause, “X pixels” stands for the banner height in pixels applicable for the relevant ad format.
  11. If the advertiser chooses “Auction” as a principle of media advertising placement, it will be able to use setting strategies to display its advertising materials publicly available in the Internet at: https://yandex.com/adv/materials/strategies.
  12. When providing services related to the placement of media advertising, Yandex may, at its own discretion, grant to an advertiser a discount amounting to the cost of invalid (improper or erroneous) impressions identified in accounting periods following the accounting period, in which such impressions were made. The said discount is not paid to the advertiser (inter alia, if the agreement is canceled) and may be used by the advertiser only through the placement of advertising materials in the format of media advertising for the amount of the discount granted. The discount shall be granted to the advertiser having an agreement for the services that were not completed at the time of granting, or (in the absence of such agreement) — to the advertiser, who benefited from the services under the agreement that had terminated before the discount was granted. The said advertiser shall guarantee to Yandex that all requirements stipulated Yandex for the services involving ad placement to the amount of such discount will be met. Services provided to the amount of the discount granted shall be confirmed by Yandex statistics available to the advertiser in the client web interface.
  13. An impression shall, unless otherwise specified, be considered to have been performed if the banner is located in the visible part of the user’s browser occupying more than 50% of the ad block continuously for at least 2 seconds.
  14. The seasonal rate for all the Yandex services related to placement of advertising materials on the Internet (applies only in cases where this is expressly provided for in this Order and/or in the Marketing policy of YANDEX LLC for 2020) shall be as follows:

  1. Display of advertising materials for the types of placement: “Banner”, “Video”, “In-banner” is carried out in accordance with the Advertising Networks Targeting. Yandex does not guarantee that advertising materials for the types of placement “Banner”, “Video”, “In-banner” will be shown on all media platforms of the Yandex Media Network. The possibility to display advertising materials also depends on the entry threshold set by the media platform.
  2. For the “Banner” type of placement you can choose the formats of banners.
  3. For the “Video” type of placement, it is possible to disable different types of ad inventory (Stream video (multi-roll), in-text videos, in-app videos, reward videos).
  4. For the purpose of providing the service for the “Banner” placement type, the advertiser must provide a banner of at least one format listed in Table 1 (Auction). Yandex does not guarantee display of advertising materials of all formats listed in Table 1 (Auction). Advertising materials must comply with the requirements set out in the document “Technical Requirements for HTML5 Banners in Yandex.Direct” posted at: https://yandex.ru/adv/requirements/html5#direct.
  5. For the purpose of providing services for the “Video” type of placement, the advertiser shall provide a video with a duration of 6 seconds to 60 seconds. Yandex does not guarantee display of advertising materials in all types of ad inventory listed in Table 1 (Auction). Ad creatives shall meet the requirements set forth in the “General Rules for Designing Ad Creatives for the Yandex Video Network.” The document can be found at https://yandex.ru/adv/requirements/videowebreq.
  6. Placement types shown in Table 1 (Auction) can be applied at the same time.
  7. Available settings:

    a. Social and age targeting;
    b. Geographical targeting;
    c. Audience interests
    d. Phrase targeting;
    e. Audiences service segments
    f. Segments and goals of the “Metrics” service;
    g. Limiting the frequency of displaying to one user;
    h. Behavioral signs;
    i. Marital status, children, occupation.

  8. For the “Banner” and “In-banner” types of placement, the settings specified in sub. a, c, e, f, h, i cl. 7 above can be applied at the same time, while the settings specified in sub. d cl. 7 above cannot be applied simultaneously with the settings specified in sub. a, c, e, f, h, i cl. 7 above. The settings specified in sub. b and g cl. 7 above can be applied simultaneously with other settings specified in cl. 7 above.
  9. For the “Video” type of placement, the settings specified in sub. a, c, e, f, h, i cl. 7 above may be applied simultaneously. The setting specified in sub. d cl. 7 above does not apply for the “Video” placement type. The settings specified in sub. b and g cl. 7 above can be applied simultaneously with other settings specified in cl. 7 above.
  10. The display of advertising materials and the determination of the cost of the display shall be carried out according to the following rules:

    a. The auction shall take place in real time. As a result of the auction, the advertiser’s advertising material will be shown, which was offered the highest bid per 1000 impressions (CPM), taking into account the entry threshold (the minimum CPM indicated in Table 1), taking into account the settings provided for in clauses 7-9 above.

    b. The cost of displaying advertising material is determined according to the principle of a second price auction: if the advertiser’s bid is the highest, advertising material is displayed at a price sufficient to win (second highest bid + auction step), but not less than the entry threshold (minimum CPM specified in Table 1 (Auction)).

    c. The maximum rate for CPM is 3000 rubles (excluding VAT).

    d. Auction step = 10 (ten) kopecks per thousand impressions (excluding VAT).

  11. The possible choice of visibility standard:

    “Yandex Standard” — An impression is considered completed only if the banner is in the visible area of the User’s browser on more than 50% of the ad block area continuously for at least 2 seconds.

    “MRC Standard” — An impression is considered completed only if the banner is in the visible area of the User’s browser on more than 50% of the ad block area continuously for at least 1 second.

Advertising services of Yandex.Classifieds the Order of Air Smart Advertising Solutions FZ-LLC dated December 31, 2023 with the following:

  1. The minimum cost of an order on the website Auto.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Auto.ru service”), rasp.yandex.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “rasp.yandex.ru service”) shall be 2 000$, unless otherwise indicated
  2. CPM means the cost per 1000 impressions.
  3. For the purposes of determining geotargeting, Russian Regions means constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as cities of the Russian Federation, for which geotargeting can be set up. If the geotargeting region for media advertising is set to Moscow, then the media advertising will also be shown in Moscow Oblast. If the geotargeting region for media advertising is set to St. Petersburg, then the media advertising will also be shown in Leningrad Oblast.
  4. When providing media advertising publisher services, the following settings may be applied (if explicitly stated in a specific clause or section in the Order):
    • Section targeting — advertising materials will be displayed on the pages for the subsections of light, commercial, and motor transport on the Auto.ru service.
    • Brand targeting — advertising materials will be shown on pages (brand and model page, advertisement page) on the Auto.ru service’s website that are connected with the vehicle brand set by the advertiser. The advertiser may set no more than 100 vehicle brands in the client web interface.
    • Demographic targeting — advertising materials will be shown if the user belongs to one of the groups in the following categories as specific “gender”, “age”, “income” (if applicable).
  5. If the conditions for publishing an advertisement in the description do not explicitly state that the advertising materials are to be shown on mobile devices, then the advertising materials may not be shown in advertising spaces/services that are adapted for mobile devices.
  6. If several rates are to be applied when calculating the cost of publishing advertising materials, then these rates will be applied sequentially (and therefore multiplied).
  7. If the publishing of a media advertisement has been suspended, then it may only be resumed when the seasonal rates originally applied to this suspended advertisement are in effect.
  8. The unspent amount for an order whose publishing ceased a week or more before the seasonal rate was change may be returned to the advertiser at their request, if no other agreement is reached between them and Yandex.

  10. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description of the conditions for publishing advertising materials, geotargeting will be set to cover the whole of Russia.
  11. Media advertising publishing services shall be provided under the conditions laid out in the document “Procedure for publishing materials on Yandex’s internet media platforms”, which is publicly available at https://yandex.ru/legal/media_procedure/.
  12. For the purposes of this document (where applicable), the advertising materials format “100% × X px” means an advertising materials format wherein advertising material is shown across the entire width of the screen, and has a size of “X px”. For the purposes of this clause, “X px” means the height of the banner in pixels relevant to the corresponding format of the advertising material.
  13. If the advertiser formats their advertising materials in HTML5, these advertising materials must correspond to the requirements laid out in the document “Banner HTML5”, which is publicly available at https://yandex.ru/support/adfox-sites/banners/specs/banner-html5.html
  14. When providing services connected with the publication of media advertising, the advertiser may be provided with a discount at Yandex’s discretion, which is worth the cost of invalid (unfair or erroneous) impressions identified during the reporting period after the reporting period where these impressions were made. The discount given cannot be paid out to the advertiser (including if the contract is terminated) and may only be used by the advertiser via the publishing advertising materials as media advertising worth the same as the discount provided. The discount shall be provided to an advertiser with whom an agreement was made under which services were not fully provided at the moment the discount was granted, or (if there is no such contract) to an advertiser to whom services were provided under an agreement which was terminated before the discount was granted. The advertiser shall provide a guarantee to Yandex that it will observe all requirements provided by Yandex relating to the services connected with the publication of advertising materials worth the same as the discount granted. The provision of services worth the same as the discount granted shall be confirmed by Yandex’s statistics, which are available to the advertiser in the client web interface.

I. Publishing media advertising on the Auto.ru service.

When publishing media advertising provided for in this section of the Order, the following general requirements and rates shall be applicable depending on the application of the corresponding setting:

Priority Placement on Yandex Business

1. Priority Placement on Yandex Business — a service provided by Yandex using software and associated withdisplaying a Customer’s Organization Card in a higher position as compared to other organization cards, as well as optional placement of the Customer’s Advertisement and other Materials in the Customer’s Organization Card.

Organization Card — a section in the Yandex Maps service that contains details about the organization, including the organization name, address, website, social network profiles, business hours, type of activity, and other details. The Customer’s Organization Card refers to the card for which the Customer purchases the Service.

Advertisement are the Customer’s advertising materials that may be placed in the Organization Card and are aimed at drawing attention to the goods (including works, services, intellectual property, events, means of individualization of the organization and/or goods, works, services) of the organization for which the Services are purchased, including:

  • the company logo
  • an image in the header of the Organization Card
  • information about a promo (announcement, graphic banner, description, disclaimer)
  • up to 10 product or service offers (product or service name, image, and price) in a scrollable feed

Target Client — a user who performs a Target Action.

Target Action — one of the following actions performed by a user:

a) Clicking the phone number specified in the Organization Card.
b) Getting directions to the address specified in the Organization Card.
c) Viewing entrances to the organization specified in the Organization Card.
d) Clicking the call-to-action button in the Organization Card.
e) Clicking the Share button in the Organization Card.
f) Adding the organization to Favorites.
g) Clicking the Order taxi button in the Organization Card.
h) Viewing the panorama in the Organization Card.

2. The minimum and maximum terms for the Priority Placement on Yandex Business service for one Organization Card linked to a single location (organization card) are as follows:

  • Minimum term: 90 days
  • Maximum term: 360 days

The Priority Placement on Yandex Business service can be purchased for the following periods: 90, 180, or 360 days.

3. Cost of the Priority Placement on Yandex Business service

The cost of the Service provided by Yandex as per the Terms and Conditions available at https://yandex.com/adv/prices is displayed in USD and is calculated automatically using ML technology based on Yandex statistics, depending on the organization category and its location, the Service period, the Target Client acquisition cost, and the potential number of Target Clients that Yandex forecasts. The total cost of services is specified in Electronic reports. The cost of the Priority Placement on Yandex Business service includes the cost of serving the Customer’s Organization Card in a higher position as compared to other organization cards and the cost of serving the Materials. The price does not depend on the number of Organization Card impressions in a higher position, or on whether Advertisements are placed in the Organization Card for which the Priority Placement on Yandex Business service is provided (that is, if the advertiser chooses not to place Advertisements in the Organization Card, the cost of the Services in relation to this Organization Card remains unchanged).

4. Discounts:

Discounts are provided to Customers purchasing the Service based on the total service duration being purchased (Table 1).

Branded Priority Placement on Yandex Business

1. Branded Priority Placement on Yandex Business (the Service) is a service provided by Yandex and related to serving a Customer’s Organization Card in a higher position as compared to other Organization Cards, the optional use of a branded POI (based on the Customer’s choice), and the placement of Advertisements and other materials in the Customer’s Organization Card.

Organization Card — a section in the Yandex Maps service that contains details about the organization, including the organization name, address, website, social network profiles, business hours, type of activity, and other details. The Customer’s Organization Card refers to the Organization Card for which the advertiser purchases the Service.

Advertisements are the Customer’s advertising materials that may be placed in the Organization Card and are aimed at drawing attention to the goods (including works, services, intellectual property, events, means of individualization of the organization and/or goods, works, services) of the organization for which the Services are purchased, including:

  • an image in the header of the Organization Card
  • promo details (announcement, graphic banner, description, disclaimer)
  • up to 10 product or service offers (product or service name, image, and price) in a scrollable feed
  • a text ad (ad title, description, link to a page with a detailed description)
  • a branded organization label — an image in vector format displayed on the map in Yandex Maps (clicking the branded label opens the Organization Card, which is available to Yandex Maps users)

Target Client — a user who has performed a Conversion Action.

Target Action — one of the following actions performed by a User:

a) Clicking the phone number specified in the Organization Card.
b) Getting directions to the address specified in the Organization Card.
c) Viewing entrances to the organization specified in the Organization Card.
d) Clicking the call-to-action button in the Organization Card.
e) Clicking the Share button in the Organization Card.
f) Adding the organization to Favorites.
g) Clicking the Order taxi button in the Organization Card.
h) Viewing the panorama in the Organization Card.

Branded POI — marks that are displayed in the Yandex Maps without searching through the organization’s Cards, when the user approaches objects placed in the Yandex Maps. Branded POI is provided only with an additional order by the Customer of this format.

2. Service pricing:

The cost of the Service provided by Yandex as per the Terms and Conditions available at https://yandex.com/adv/prices is specified in USD and is calculated automatically using ML technology based on Yandex statistics, depending on the organization category and its location, the Service period, the Target Clients acquisition cost, and the potential number of Target Clients that Yandex forecasts. The total cost of the services is specified in the Electronic reports.

The cost of the Service includes the cost of serving the advertiser’s Organization Card in a higher position as compared to other Organization Cards, as well as the cost of serving Advertisements. The price does not depend on the number of Organization Card impressions in a higher position, or on whether Advertisements are placed in the Organization Card for which the Branded Priority Placement on Yandex Business service is provided (that is, if the advertiser chooses not to place Advertisements in the Organization Card, the cost of the Services in relation to this Organization Card remains unchanged).

3. Discounts:

Discounts are provided to Customers purchasing the Service based on the total service duration being purchased (Table 1).
