The Black Sea Pearl is a wonderful hotel for a relaxing family holiday. The rooms are clean, cozy, and the furniture is new. The food is delicious, there is enough food, you will definitely not stay hungry. The hotel staff is polite, it feels like they are trying very hard for the guests, cultured, neat, attentive. The territory is being developed, there is a lot of construction debris, but this is quite insignificant and does not interfere with vacationers. I ordered a ticket through a travel agency with a transfer from the airport. I got only positive impressions from my vacation at the Black Sea Pearl! From the negative, I will say the only thing-the road from the airport to the hotel is very, very long 6-7 hours on narrow roads and serpentines in a bus with numerous stops at hotels of other tourists ... I am very tired! Impressions from the hotel, from the hotel staff, from the locals living near the hotel are only positive. The main thing is that all the staff is at the development stage, the hotel is young, it has only been put into operation for a year, I really liked it, they strive to become better and provide excellent service corresponding to such hotels, let's see what happens next, with the development of tourism in Ochamchire. There was a very unpleasant incident early in the morning at 3 o'clock, when I was sleeping sweetly in my room, the fire alarm went off, everyone ran out into the corridor the elevator was not working, and I was on the 14th floor!!! It was something terrible, they went down the stairs to the 3rd floor (there are a lot of families with children and elderly couples), they said a false alarm, someone smoked in the room!! The hotel is great! If you come across an even room with a sea view, you are lucky! The view from the 10th floor is simply gorgeous and delightful... the hotel is suitable for a quiet holiday. The sea is the best, the cleanest, the most gentle and affectionate, with emerald-colored water 1 minute from the hotel... There is a spa...any whim, for your money! We wanted to go on a tour - no problem...Everything is here! Meals are served buffet style. The food is homemade, the food is delicious. We had a vacation with our family from November 7 to November 18, 2023. The transfer is of course long from the border, but the scenery along the way is excellent. The check-in was quick, the room was given at our request with a sea view. The view from the balcony is the SEA 200 meters from the hotel. The room is on the 10th floor. Two elevators worked without problems all the time. I just don't understand the positioning of the spa hotel, if the spa does not relate to the hotel (according to the medical staff of the spa, they only asked for a certificate for a child to school, there were no questions wherever they rested). Meals on solid 4 tried, special thanks to the head of production. SPA workers, having no time to enter their office, ran to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are two pools on the territory, one was painted with warm sea water, NO with fresh and cold. The second one from the thermal spring is warm, which is a big plus for the Hotel in the morning and evening to swim in the pool with mountain views. The territory and the hotel are still under construction, but we were not disturbed by noise, and we mostly came only closer to dinner. We went on excursions with a private guide. Temur, thank you very much, I have never seen Abkhazia like this before. Ochamchira is not Gagra and Pitsunda IS OCHAMCHIRA. A personal guide is not a bus from point A to point B. Come to Ochamchira to relax your body and soul.

The view from the window is just awesome!!! The sunset is gorgeous! 2 pools, hot and regular. In the rain, swimming in hot is just chic!! The rooms are clean and well maintained, the snowstorm is new, they were cleaned in my opinion every day or every other day. There is not enough table on the balcony to watch the sunset and drink wine)) But the breakfasts, lunches and dinners of the buffet type leave much to be desired. The distribution is not organized for inadequate and wild people, of whom there were a lot, like crows swooping in from all sides and snatching up all the desserts, 10 pieces per person, and then they don't finish, they leave on the table and with the rest of the food the same way. We had a rest in July 2024. Like it. A modern hotel by the sea. Sun beds, umbrellas are free, there was enough for everyone. Polite staff. The buffet. The food was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Ochamchire: We were looking for a sparsely populated resort with amenities, clean sea, fresh fruits, and were aware of the traces of wartime. Everything was fine in the end: the first line, sea view, excellent quality and a range of food in the dining room. But a week later, Biblio Globus lowered prices below the baseboard (almost 10 times cheaper than we bought in July), - a lot of people arrived "from the hungry land", everyone with children is a little less: the buffet is impoverished, and bark beetles even take away bread with gravy whole trays by numbers. On Halloween night, the hotel generally turned into a pioneer camp "Madhouse" - overage kids in quadrober war paint were banging on the doors in the middle of the night shouting "sweet or nasty! ". Thank you, at least they didn't put toothpaste on it! Today, all the sun loungers on the beach have been removed (if it's cheap, then the "season is closed"). But we didn't pay for the promotion, and now we just watch how people "walk" in full at our expense. Naturally, we have drawn our own conclusions about the "early booking" in the Biblio Globe. The balcony doors in the rooms are sagging- a gap of about 4 cm, in the evening there are insects in the light, the wind whistles like on an airplane)))) We asked the administrator a question - he said that he could not help in any way - leaving the door in the window position was the best option. The sea is very clean. There is not a single toilet and dumpster on the beach, the beach is not fenced, huge skinny, bald dogs greet vacationers with hope. The hotel is very large, there are not enough umbrellas and sun beds for everyone, our people do not lose heart - they get up early, run, choose a serviceable umbrella near the guard house, drag it to the sea. The freshwater pool is clean, good, there are toilets and showers and sun beds, the depth around the perimeter is 1.5 meters, but you can't hide from the sun, there are no umbrellas, from the word at ALL. There is also a pool with hot thermal water, the descent is good with wide ladders, the entire length of the pool, but all the ladders and the bottom are in green slime... The infrastructure is not developed. Vegetation is sparse. There is animation - a very positive lady exercises at sea in the morning, amuses children with activities during the day, and adults in the evening. I was impressed by karaoke in the evening on the street. And yes, if you are going to relax here, and you are heading from the airport toSochi to this place, stock up on water and food, the way is not close. With the transfer from Biblio-globus, it took 9 hours to get there and back....

Wishes: at least sometimes eggs are not made into an omelet, but boiled or fried. And put local fruits and berries - because medlar and oranges, for example, cost the same. Well, it's just completely out of the range of fiction - I would like a coffee machine). But overall, you guys are doing great! And I am very glad that my beloved eastern Abkhazia is developing.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. Wonderful staff, nice building after major renovation. The rooms have everything you need, regular cleaning, change of towels every four days. There are not enough two elevators for the entire building at a time when everyone is going to eat. Nice clean beach with cute dogs that we fed every day. Thanks to the staff of the canteen for turning a blind eye to the fact that people take out food for dogs. They are beautiful. The hotel is calm and pleasant at the same time fun, if in one word it is wonderful. The only drawback is a very long road from Sochi airport. We arrived in Sochi at 16:00 and we found ourselves in the hotel at 23:30 It's a hard, exhausting road. We are looking forward to the opening of the airport. An honest review of the "Black Sea Pearl" in Ochamchira: in short, there are many more disadvantages than advantages. We drove after reading the reviews of those who had already been to this hotel. A lot of people wrote about the insufficient number of elevators. Since my husband had spinal surgery, I asked for a room no higher than the 3rd floor upon check-in, which was refused. They suggested the 11th, 12th or 7th floor. As a result, with a bad back, they had to walk almost all the time to the sea and to the dining room. It is very rare when you can wait for the elevator. The 16-storey building has only 2 elevators. During the first 5 days of our arrival, one elevator broke down 3 times (this is what we saw). Once people got stuck in an elevator. It is impossible to ride even in a working elevator because of the stuffiness. The poor vacationers could barely stand those 15 minutes in a packed elevator with no ventilation. There are just emotionless receptionists at the reception. Upon check-in, they give you memorized information, and you don't need to contact them further. You won't get any help, and you won't get any clear answers. My daughter left her glasses on the beach (the beach is from the hotel, there are no outsiders), they returned for glasses in 20 minutes. We found out that the glasses were handed over to the reception. But the receptionist said there were no glasses. They offered to wait, maybe they haven't handed over the glasses yet. My daughter spent an hour on the ground floor waiting. And the glasses had been lying quietly at the reception of another girl all this time. They were found only after I asked to make an announcement through the animator of the hotel. Utter indifference. The only person who helped in the search was a lifeguard on the beach, who also looks after umbrellas and deck chairs. During the stay at the hotel, the fire alarm went off 2 times. Once in the evening, the second time early in the morning. In such situations, the elevator cannot be used. The building is 16 storeys high. People were coming down on foot. Even after it was found out that the alarm was false, no one gave a warning that the fire alarm had been canceled and vacationers could return to their rooms. There are tennis tables in the lobby, but playing tennis is not an option. During the 11 days of rest, the young people at the reception were allowed to play for only two days. The food in the dining room is monotonous and tasteless. Even in the sanatoriums of Belarus, where dietary food is prepared, it tastes better than what is served in this hotel. The soups are probably made from semi-finished products. Milk is diluted from dry milk, always with lumps of undissolved powder in jugs. Stewed cabbage was served several times for lunch under the guise of bigus and simply stewed cabbage. It tastes the same, the only difference is in the slicing of the cabbage itself. Absolutely no salted boiled vegetables. From food every day in the morning, afternoon and evening, buckwheat, rice, disgusting-looking overcooked pasta, boiled, stewed and sometimes fried chicken, meatballs, cucumbers, tomatoes. During the rest days, pork meat was only 2 times. There are not enough berries and fruits. I got watermelon 2 times, melon -1 time in 11 days of rest. No herbs, no seasonings. During all this time, tomatoes and boiled potatoes were sprinkled with dill once and twice. No southern sauces. The only thing that saved was the presence of soy sauce, vinegar and vegetable oil, mayonnaise was rare. Even when there was an Olivier-type salad on the menu, it was naturally not seasoned, but not everyone got mayonnaise, and even more so sour cream. Once there was a sour cream sauce with herbs, people just snatched it up in 2 minutes. Instant coffee only, tea bags, teapots and leaf tea are not available. By the way, coffee is only offered for breakfast. There are not enough tables. Salt and pepper shakers must be found, they are not provided to be on every table. There is a separate story with room cleaning and changing of linen and towels. We got a room with a leaky shower. In order not to stand in the water, one of the foot towels had to be placed where the water from the shower flows. The next day, the maid was asked to replace the towel, but was refused. It is not planned to change towels so often. For three days, the towel served as a doormat, naturally, after 3 days it could no longer hold water. As a result, on the fourth day they were given a towel to replace it. All the towels were changed on the sixth day, and the bed linen was changed on the eighth. Shampoo and shower gel are also at the discretion of the maid. They can put a set, or they can put half of it. One of the good points is the location of the hotel close to the sea. The presence of its own beach with small pebbles, umbrellas and sun beds, the presence of a spacious Parking lot, two swimming pools, one of which has thermal water. And in general, all the Abkhazians we met this week were smiling and friendly. About the hotel. The Black Sea pearl. It has been working since last year. Everything is new, beautiful, modern, clean. A lounge with soft, comfortable sofas. A bar, water in a cooler, a corner for drawing or board games with a table, chairs, pencils, paper. 2 beautiful mirrored elevators. It's not enough for a hotel of 16 floors. Our suite is on the 14th floor overlooking the surf. A fairy tale! Comfortable large beds. A cot was added to our baby. They put it next to my mother. Very convenient. The child is used to sleeping in a separate bed. 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms - shower cabin and Jacuzzi. The dryer was placed on the balcony. Air conditioners. I didn't have to use it - I was lucky with the weather. 25-27 degrees. The room is cool. The food is a buffet restaurant. Great homemade food. With a sufficient selection of dishes. Everyone was pleased - 3 adults, a teenager and a two-year-old child. The cleanliness in the dining room is amazing. Employees are almost invisible, and reading dishes are available, food is added and updated as if by itself. There is a cafe with a small menu on site. It is suitable for evening and daytime recreation by company and for individuals. And for children - French fries, sandwiches, ice cream. There are two pools - one with hot mineral water, the second is a regular one. We swam with the whole family in the evening. Spa treatments. In sufficient quantity and reasonable prices. We didn't use it. People praised it. The beach is clean 10 meters from the hotel porch! Sun beds, umbrellas in large quantities are free of charge. I didn't have to borrow. There are many of them. For the sake of this comfort, it was worth the long journey. These were the advantages. Now the cons. There are almost no shops and stalls with resort chips around the hotel and on the territory. Such as swimsuits, suntan products, souvenirs, fresh, ice cream, corn, beer, fish, barbecue. However, it is necessary to recall the outdoor cafe closest to the hotel. A wonderful barbecue. Thanks to the kebab maker. There is no assortment. Only 2 cafes were noticed. There was no food in one at all. Just beer. There is also no pharmacy within walking distance. There is only one changing booth on the beach. There is no toilet. And a shower to wash off the sea salt. There is no beach cafe. There is no ATM and no online payment. We were able to come to terms with these small shortcomings. And we just dream of visiting here again! We hope that everything will be fine by next season.
