On September 25, the hotel is full, 2 elevators with a strange algorithm of stops can not cope, the buffet is short of cotton wool, and grandmothers from our Russia, as if from a hungry land, gain full stripes, make several visits, and even fold into handbags and jars. And why is it not attentive or just a friendly attitude??!! It's a wonderful hotel and the staff who are the face of the hotel is not the most pleasant in terms of professional level! But the next day I saw how these guys, flirting with girls during working hours, smiling sweetly- which is also not professional! At the check-out, they didn't even ask how the rest went, and you won't get any thanks from them. The hotel's clients (administrators) do not need any feedback. But I liked the cuisine and the restaurant by the pool! A huge plus for the hotel! Well done, the girls are all very kind, attentive, caring! The buffet breakfast is varied! Of the cons... you have to go to the beach through the parking lot with taxi drivers and fruit vendors and other things, besides them there are other local men who do not understand why they come there. Then all these men who have nothing to do freely enter the hotel territory, every evening several dozen local people of different ages enter the hotel territory, but mostly young people about 20 years old, security guards let everyone through unhindered, they fill the lobby, cafes and in the evening it is unsafe to enter the territory, because locals stick and create conflict situations. Everything is fine in the hotel, except for security. Therefore, there is no desire to get here again.

Cleaning- for all the time, our room was cleaned 1 time and then we have to run and ask, this is a real shame of the hotel. The linen was not changed, the same story as with cleaning. 5. Thermal pool, cool. But there is a natural thermal spring nearby, and after a natural one you won't want to go to the pool. +the pool is cleaned for 3 days . In my opinion, this is a conceptual levy from a tourist who is already carrying money, but no, we still need to make some money. 2. The rooms have old and already falling apart towels. 3. The hotel has its own bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, INSANELY DELICIOUS TURKISH ICE CREAM, chips and various snacks. The reception staff is very good and qualified. We had an early check-in and we gave only 1000 rubles, we didn't want to wait for 14:00. We had a 10th floor with mountain views and a huge balcony. It is on this floor that a wonderful maid works, thanks to her for a clean room, you can always ask and they will clean you if necessary or change the bed linen / towels. All doors are optimized with key cards and light, air conditioning and hood work from them, very convenient. Positive: a beautiful and new hotel, good furniture, responsive staff, two clean pools, the first coastline, on-site cafe, 3 meals a day and very tasty, homemade. I can list the advantages endlessly. Cons: And here is the most interesting thing, but the cons are our people… Who do not understand that you do not need to get into the elevator for 15 people, it breaks down because of this, if you press the elevator button 1000 times, it will not arrive faster. The buffet is one name , the food is all cheap and monotonous .There is no entertainment at all within a radius of 60 km.Inga sleeps sometimes. We lived on the 6th floor in a double Standard room. Everything is clean, well renovated, there are 2 elevators. The room has a hairdryer, air conditioning, clothes dryer, TV, refrigerator, bedside tables, double bed, wardrobe with hangers, table, glasses, chair, 2 stools, towels. Shower gels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper were brought daily. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed once. The food was served buffet style, very tasty, homemade, the choice of food was great. The pool from the source is wonderful, its visit must be coordinated with a therapist, there are contraindications. The embankment is beautiful, the sea is clean, there are few people, it is a paradise. A vacation for those who want peace and unity with nature. We were not very lucky with the weather, because it rained most of the rest. There are sun loungers and parasols on the beach. Cows, horses graze nearby and a lot of good homeless dogs walk around. The hotel has a representative of the Biblio Globus company, from whom you can buy excursions. There are shops nearby. In general, we really enjoyed the rest and want to come back again. I would like to note that the transfer from Sochi to the hotel takes a very long time. We hope that the airport in Sukhum (57 km from the Black Sea Pearl) will start operating from the new year, which will greatly facilitate and speed up the process of delivering vacationers to the hotel and back. We arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m., we were immediately sent to dinner. Meals are served buffet style. There is enough food. There are almost no desserts. There are few fruits. The rooms are all clean, bright, the beds and mattresses are new and comfortable. The hotel was renovated last year. The sea is nearby. The water is clean. There are sun beds and umbrellas. Free of charge ). There are also two pools, one with thermal water - it's very cool! We relaxed there every night before going to bed.) The hotel has guides from Biblio Globus who sell various excursions. We went from them to the Golden Ring of Abkhazia and Rafting on a mountain river. Everything was on the level! The guides who accompany you on the tour are professionals. Drivers too. Special thanks to the young guide Konstantin. He was very tactful, friendly, attentive to tourists all day, told a lot of interesting things on the way. There was one disadvantage in the hotel: they did not change the towel even at the request - they forgot. The service is a bit lame here. We were satisfied with the trip to Abkhazia. We knew where we were going and were ready for anything. There are a lot of locals in the hotel , they come for the weekend , they hang out drunk in noisy heaps . There are a lot of pensioners and a lot of families with kids . The hotel is worth the money if the price is adequate. We paid 70 thousand for 5 and 7 nights with meals , a 2-room deluxe room ( Biblio Globus - flight , transfer ) We took an individual transfer from the airport for 9500rubles . We got there in 3.5 hours (we lost 1 hour at the border) We drove back by transfer from Biblio Globus for 5 hours. PROS: delicious homemade food, but you need to have time to grab it, get it . There is an animation . Animator 1 is a woman of 50+ years old, but such a cool, smart girl! Exercise in the morning, then crafts and games with the children at lunch. In the evening, entertainment for children and adults for 2-3 hours. Music , dancing , games . They make a caster by the sea once a week with games and fireworks were on May 9th . We were given a room on the 4th floor with a sea view. Therefore, it is better to immediately ask for a lower floor if you plan to walk. The presence of a heated thermal pool is generally useful in the cooler season, the pool overlooking the sea is not heated. The sea is nearby, the food is excellent, everything is very tasty. The only thing for tea is only one type (charlotte or cake). The food was constantly replenished, so it doesn't matter what time you come to eat. Shampoo, gel and soap were reported daily, room cleaning is daily, towels are changed every 4 days. I am ready to rest here always now. The only huge disadvantage for me is the long road, until everyone is taken to all the hotels, our hotel is the last one. And I had to wait at the airport for a 1.5 hour transfer until 4 planes arrived with us on the way...

There is a person on the beach who is responsible for the sun beds, but he always goes somewhere, and you have to carry all the sun beds yourself, and they are not light. 3. Two adults checked into our room, they gave us one card from the room, I have no idea how to split up, they came up and asked for a second card, the reception said they didn't have any cards, I do not know how the hotel calculated the cards and the number of guests when fully loaded. 4. We were accommodated in a room with a view of the city, dogs were barking all night (there are a lot of them here), which are not being driven away from the hotel, and cars were making noise, it was impossible to sleep. 5. The rooms are a separate horror, they gave me a room with a mattress that was covered in pellets, small pillows, too, all with lumps, I don't say anything about the balcony, everything is in rust There are only three sockets for the entire room, on the wall where the TV is, and in the hallway at floor level, I don't understand how to charge the phone near the bed, in all normal, decent hotels, sockets are ALWAYS near the bed. The hotel is beautiful. The settlement is not like in Turkey through blackmail - quickly, as it should be according to the documents. We had a two-room suite 804 on the 8th floor. The windows looked out on different sides of the hotel. It was especially romantic to hear the sound of the sea at night from the hotel room. Everything in the room is new, as the construction of the hotel was completed only in 2023. The food is served three times a day according to the buffet system. The assortment is excellent. The only drawback is that since sweets were not taken out often, people rushed at them like wild and not everyone got it. I immediately remembered Turkey, where there were 5-7 sweets to choose from and there was no such wildness as here. It's nice to eat in the dining room-the Windows overlook the sea, you admire the beauty of Abkhazia. I used to run around the hotel in the mornings. Beautiful territory, 2 swimming pools: one with hydrogen sulfide-flint heated water, the other is said to be seawater. But we preferred to be at sea. From 9.00 it was possible to take umbrellas, rods and put them as convenient. In the first half, there were a lot of people on the beach by the sea. But by lunchtime, many were running away and it was even more comfortable. The animation was normal. Inga was doing exercises on the beach in the morning. Then she organized volleyball or something. In the evening there was karaoke, disco or some kind of game. In the evenings we walked along the shore along the paved road and reached the center of Ochamchara. They fed the hungry dogs. We admired the destroyed buildings (Abkhazia has been recovering for a long time since 1993). We even visited the bottom of the city of Ochamchara: there were Abkhazian dances, songs, even fireworks. From the excursions: we did not book excursions to the Biblio Globus, as they seemed expensive. We were lucky to get to know the Abkhazian Slavik, who took us for free to the Ochamchary market and for a small fee to Sukhumi (monkey house, botanical garden, temples) and to the Chernihiv mountain gorge. The weather pleased us, although the weather forecast showed heavy rains. The tan turned out to be beautiful. By the way, the sea is warm, it was a little worried. In the morning, you could go for a swim without any problems. But it was a pleasure for the children to jump on the waves. I was not very comfortable going into the sea, so I crawled into the sea from the place where I left my flip-flops and immediately sailed into the distance. Buoys are not accepted in Abkhazia.The children and I were completely delighted with the rest. We want to return to this fairy tale more than once!

There is a thermal pool on the territory, the water is as it should be, in different areas of different temperatures, there is not enough cold pool or at least a shower nearby. On the other side of the building there is a freshwater pool, it is also very clean, but you have to go there through the entire territory. The beach has its own, a lot of sun beds, umbrellas, the shore is small pebbles, very pleasant to the feet, minus there is no direct exit from the boarding house, you have to go around through the taxi drivers' parking lot and give a small circle, the beach is not equipped, there is no water for washing your feet. And everywhere there is a huge pack of dogs that run freely both on the beach and on the territory of the boarding house. The boarding house is new, so there are no beautiful trees and flowers yet. I put 4 only for the beach not equipped and dogs walking everywhere. I liked the rest very much, and the staff, and the services, and the food, and the rooms match their price.
