There are 2 swimming pools on site: freshwater and thermal. A doctor's consultation is required to visit the thermal pool. The sea is 50 meters from the hotel. The beach has small pebbles and sand. For a comfortable entry into the water, you need aquataps. The hotel provides umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach. Room cleaning is done every day, shampoos, shower gels and soaps are provided. We immediately encountered unpleasant impressions upon check-in - the redneck, impolite staff at the reception. We arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes after the end of lunch. I asked the reception staff if it was possible to reschedule the lunch I missed on the day of check-in for the day of check-out. To which she received the answer: "You can't, it's your problem." That's exactly what he said. Number: We booked a two-room family room. According to the photo on the website, it consists of two separate rooms, a room with a balcony. Each room has a TV and a refrigerator. In fact, they gave me something completely different from the photo on the website. Yes, there were two rooms, but one of them didn't have a balcony, and there wasn't even an opening window. I had to keep the door open all the time. There was only a TV and a refrigerator in one room. First room: the beds were initially shifted. They were disconnected upon request. The second room has a double bed. And then they also put an extra place - a flimsy cot and partially broken base rails. Towels (including beach towels) were originally in the room for 4 people, but since there are five of us, I immediately went to the reception and asked to add a fifth. But after the arrival of the child athletes, the tracks were stretched in the pool and the hours of its use were limited, providing an hour each in the morning and evening for the training of the children's group. There is a playground and a volleyball court. THE SURROUNDING AREA OF THE HOTEL: There is a long embankment outside the hotel. There is an opportunity to walk and sit on a bench. And so Ochamchira is a village. Apart from the embankment, we didn't see any places to go. There is a grocery store next to the hotel. I tell her we'll be gone before 12, but she doesn't take a step back. He stands and watches us finish packing. THE OVERALL IMPRESSION: I didn't like the hotel. The only advantage is the inexpensive price. I don't see any other reasons for visiting it: the sea in this area is bad (muddy), the room is disgusting (in any case, we got one), the service is low, the crowds are crowded. The only advantages were the pool and table tennis in the lobby, where the children played. Moreover, the youngest son found a company from other children - they played mafia, volleyball, and so on. He was having fun, you can't drag him into the room in the evening. And from the dining room, without really eating, he ran to his new friends. You can walk along the embankment and go on excursions - Sukhum, Chernihiv, Akarmara (ghost town) are relatively close, we visited these places. Taking into account the excursions, it is generally tolerable, but I don't want to go there again.

I stayed at the hotel in July 2026 with my friends . They recommended this hotel to me, so I decided to visit it. Minuses: These are, of course, elevators, which take a very long time to fully load the hotel. There are two of them , and for such a large number of vacationers it is very small . In my opinion, the territory is very sparse in terms of vegetation , there are no flowers, the grass is all withered , at least it was mowed down . Dogs on the beach are a different story, in the morning if you want to go to the sea early to swim, then it's just scary to go. Nobody does anything about it. I feel sorry for the dogs and the campers . Upon arrival, the beach was large , and three days before departure, it was divided in half , and part of the beach became paid for sun beds and umbrellas. The remaining part of the beach simply cannot accommodate all the vacationers of the hotel at full capacity, and a hotel with its own beach is declared. And on one half of the campers were lying nose to nose . On the plus side: the rooms are comfortable, though not large, and towels were cleaned and changed on demand without any problems. The rooms have everything you need!!! The sea is clear. Very close . The sea view from the rooms is great!!! It 's nice to fall asleep to the sound of the sea!!! Both pools are great and comfortable in a storm. The territory is being monitored in principle. The on-site cafe is good, the food is delicious. There is karaoke and entertainment programs. Shaded tables, a place to play ball. There are massage treatments, but we went purely to the sea. As for the food in the hotel's dining room, it's just very tasty and varied, the food can be said to be pp, and fruits and vegetables and salads. There is nothing extra natural in the room, the renovation is not the first freshness, the usual curtains, there is a refrigerator, there was no kettle. The linen is clean, the bed is generally comfortable. Towels were changed, daily cleaning, soap, shampoos, brushes/paste - everything was reported as needed. Nutrition: of course, I am outraged by the reviews of people who don't like everything and have no choice. Listen, go to Turkey for the same money! Not enough? Then people don't have to mess with their unrealized fantasies about a varied diet and write about the scarcity of the menu. And I also personally observed the situation when in the morning the girls prepare a distribution line for the start of breakfast (at 8:00 a.m.), and the hungriest come almost half an hour in advance (well, OK, let's assume to take the queue) and brazenly take a dressing down and go to collect food that is not even fully placed yet, but polite The staff's comments snap back and stand behind their backs with a displeased face. And if you want something more "luxurious", go to the Labra restaurant, it's very atmospheric and delicious. On the territory and entertainment: the elevator - I agree with the reviews- is a disaster. He lives his own life, often walked from the 7th floor and back. But for me personally, this is not a problem, on the contrary, it is an opportunity to lose a few calories. There is a huge lobby on the ground floor, and in the evenings, crowded companies from different cities gathered there, made tables and chairs, celebrated the New Year, and had fun. It was noisy, but no one bothered anyone, and the administrators didn't mind either. One of the animators was a very active girl, unfortunately I did not remember her name! In the morning, water aerobics in the pool, fun for kids in the afternoon, various quizzes, karaoke battles, etc. were held in the hotel cafe in the evening. Well done, there was a lot of energy in it, everything was fun and interesting. The pool is hot and cold outside. Spa Immersive: There have been several unpleasant situations, but these are rather questions for the hotel administration. Very often there was no hot water. When you go to phytovanna, you expect warmth, foam and relaxation, but in fact a massage with cold water, which makes the procedure a torment. The employees often worried about this, ran around with someone and swore, but nothing changed. However, the money for these procedures was returned without complaints. I liked all the other Physiotherapy procedures, the prices are more than affordable. In general, I liked the hotel, I went to spend a pleasant time on the south coast, I succeeded, and the hotel also made a good impression! We stayed at the hotel for 3 days/ 2 nights, we came for the weekend. The hotel has its own, rather large, guarded Parking! The room is small and very modest. Definitely, the 4-star hotel does not match! The room had a good mattress, which is important. But there are only 3 towels per person (moreover, one beach towel, one foot towel and one bath towel). That is, there is no towel for the face!!! We had the 13th floor with a sea view! There are only 2 elevators in the hotel, one of which is small, you wait a long time for the elevator from here, and sometimes it's just impossible to get in when it arrives! That's why we walked down several times! The dining room is on the 2nd floor. There are enough places. Breakfast/lunch and dinner buffet style. There's enough food, you won't leave hungry, but don't expect any frills either! There are 2 swimming pools on the territory - 1 with thermal water, 2 with simple water. Both are warm. It has its own equipped beach and a half-landscaped promenade where you can walk.

I'll start with the CONS: 1) When you book a room and write your preferences, you don't have to do this, they will still give you a room that will be empty by your arrival. They won't take any of your wishes into account. The best thing is that your issue will be resolved in a few days. 2) Be sure to check the operation of the air conditioner when moving in. We, the older people, have been living (existing) in room 104 for 4 days now, with the air conditioner not working in the heat, and on the fourth day we are being fed promises to relocate, because we need to pump friona, and this is not done quickly. They promised to resettle us today, but it turned out that others were resettled in room 102, intended for our resettlement. How can you believe the promises of a senior hotel manager if you have such a boorish attitude towards the elderly? We only have to survive three more days in this hotel, in a stuffy room. That's where the cons end. Let me clarify that we are not fussy and not brawlers, but it is important for us to have a working air conditioner in hot weather (in a room on the sunny side). PROS: Overall, the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the bed is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the food is great like at home (lots of meat-chicken, beef, pork, various side dishes-potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, rice, mashed potatoes, fruits, salads. You definitely won't be hungry. The beach is nearby (small pebbles), only when the hotel is fully loaded you may not have enough sun loungers and umbrellas. Swimming pools are a big plus. When the sea is rough, you can swim in the cool pool, and in the evening you get more pleasure in the warm thermal pool. The hotel has animation for children and adults. There is a tent between the hotel and the beach, where a Thai woman does Thai massage, you need to book in advance, the massage is very strong, this is not our classic one. This is our second time in Ochamchira, I like the quiet and peaceful town. There are many excursions to visit, we have been everywhere in Abkhazia for several years. This time we reached the city of Gali and tasted classic and fried khinkali at the Parus restaurant. In general, I recommend the Black Sea Pearl. There is enough food, but there are questions about salads and their unclear composition. Desserts are a tragedy, I managed to see them twice in a week. Instant coffee - only for breakfast, for dinner - only black tea. The staff's work has improved, no questions asked. Shampoos and gels are locally produced and of good quality in sufficient quantity. Hello. We arrived at this hotel ahead of check-in time and were immediately given the keys to our room on the 6th floor. The staff is friendly and helpful wherever you go. The spa complex is on top, you won't find such prices anywhere else. Physio procedures are cheap, the equipment is all new. Everything is clean. The water in the sea was about 16° - we swam in wetsuits and only on the 7th it became about 22°. The air temperature was very comfortable - there was no air conditioning, with an open balcony. At the same time, the sun is active, they even managed to burn out a little. When choosing a hotel, the presence of a SPA department played a big role - a wide range of treatments! My son and my husband underwent a massage course, and I visited a cosmetologist every day. I would like to mention Svetlana, a cosmetologist with magical hands!! I'm ready to visit her every year and more than once!!! I left there refreshed and rejuvenated. In general, the staff is very friendly - at the reception, in the dining room, maids, rescuers (especially Adgur - they will always tell you something interesting, tell you where to look :) - they will explain everything, help. Even just chatting is nice.

The therapeutic procedures that can be done at the hotel are a separate topic: everything is at the highest level, starting from physiotherapy, hot tubs and ending with manual massage (I give 100 points to massage therapists). A thermal pool with warm water, along with charming lifeguard Augur (sorry if I got my name wrong)- this is not something probable. If you want to get to a corner of "paradise" then you are here. Of course, there are disadvantages to this hotel, there are many flaws, but it is still developing, maybe they will listen to the reviews of vacationers and then everything will be fine. We need to work on the dining room. These queues for food are very stressful, the MENU in the dining room is NOT varied- dietary (we need to change the cook). Elevators are also something with something, I had to walk up to the 10th floor! In conclusion, I would like to add that the service staff are doing their job perfectly!

In general, the animation is sparse, even on days when it rains heavily all day, nothing new is offered, just outdoor (water aerobics, yoga, Pilates) classes, we moved to the conference hall. I thought the sea would still be warm and we'd have plenty to swim in. But the water was already cool. Although the locals said that last year they were still swimming at this time. However, 2 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel helped out. One with ordinary fresh water, it was heated to about 25-28 degrees and the famous thermal water pool (the temperature there is 35-40 degrees). It was very good to escape from the cool wind and bad weather there. There were some people who grumbled that they were cold. At the request of the workers, the staff increased the pressure and temperature of the water. And it didn't feel so comfortable anymore. It was hot. Well, in short, you won't please everyone. Someone is cold, and someone is hot. It's the same with nutrition. For some reason, black bread is not eaten in Abkhazia. We took ground coffee in drip bags with us. This is very convenient, because you pour boiling water from the shade. I think if the hotel sold such bags individually, people would be happy to buy. But there were also some guests for whom the choice of dishes was POOR! This is strange. Previously, reviews said that the cooler was only in the dining room. Apparently, the management reads the reviews carefully, and now there are coolers on every floor. It is very comfortable. It's true that our people are strange. We saw someone pouring water from a cooler into a 5-liter bottle!!!!!! Aww, people, WHY????? You are not alone, first of all. And secondly, after such operations, the entire floor was covered in water. Well, in general, we've seen a lot of strange people. I also really liked the treatment unit at the hotel. The doctor accepts you for free, listens to your medical history and recommends procedures. And you can choose what suits you. We took massage and physiotherapy. Masseuses and masseuses changed. There are two fat disadvantages that I really hope the hotel can fix: 1. to arrange the distribution of dishes in the dining room, that is, to spread the dishes so that people do not crowd with trays, but approach a specific dish with a plate, why should everyone stand in the same queue if, say, I only need an omelet and salad. Everything is barely warm, there is only one microwave for the entire dining room. All clothes are soaked with the smell of food after each visit. The layout was ill-conceived: we took a two-room suite - there are two bathrooms: in one it's super cramped, all the legs are knocked off against the sharp corners of the stall and the sink rests against your chest when you sit on the toilet, and in the other, with a large area, the toilet is pressed against the wall as much as possible and it's also uncomfortable to sit. What for?... Ergonomics? No, you haven't. Two elevators are very small for a 16-storey hotel. We ended up disabling one of them in one day. If the season and/or the hotel is fully loaded, that's it, collapse. Good neighborhood audibility.
