We had a vacation with my husband and child in July 2025, 12 days, the hotel is wonderful! Everything we needed was here. The room is Standard, all standards have a view of the sea, and the Economy has a view of the mountains. The room is clean, cleaning every other day, but on request, the maid could clean more often, kettle, iron on request without problems. Water was collected in the lobby of the floor or downstairs- it was always available. We had the 12th floor, and we often had to walk, and to be honest, it didn't bother us. We fell asleep at night to the sound of waves, the air conditioner was turned on only during the day, and it was quite fresh at night. There were power outages, but this situation in Abkhazia as a whole is not related to the hotel. In terms of food, it is enough to be full and, most importantly, everything is of high quality. There were no infections or gastrointestinal problems during the entire stay. When I wanted more variety, there is a cafe on the territory and next to the hotel, the menu and service are excellent. The sea is nearby, clean, warm. The thermal water pool is gorgeous, we went into it twice a day. The staff is polite and helpful, thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel. We flew here to the sea to restore, among other things, our emotional state in peace, to restore our physical strength, and we got everything we needed for ourselves, so we plan to come here again this year.

We had a rest from June 9 to June 19, 2026. I enjoyed my vacation. We had a room on the 5th floor with a sea view. The room is neat and tidy. We cleaned every day. The staff is friendly, which is the most important thing. The hotel is developing. During our stay, we made a railing for entering/exiting the pool with mineral water. I didn't get tired of the delicious Swedish three meals a day in 10 days. The weather was good, not too hot. The beach has small pebbles. The sea is not as blue as in Gagra, as Ochamchira is surrounded by mountain rivers. We swam in the sea. The hotel is conveniently located if you want to see the waterfalls of Abkhazia. We went on an excursion to waterfalls, to Sukhum, to the holy places of Eastern Abkhazia. Thanks to the staff for the rest.

Of the disadvantages, there are only 2 elevators, you have to wait, there are a lot of people, there is a long queue in the dining room during the season, so they did not share the main dishes, desserts, salads. everyone is standing in the same queue, even if you only need a salad. And I was not mistaken when I booked a tour here. Everything is planned just perfectly. A beach where everyone always had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Similarly, the pools always had free sun beds. The food is normal, meat-fish- chicken. Fruits watermelon- melon- oranges- plums- nectarines. Everything alternated.Milk porridges, soups, side dishes. Well, there is a separate category of citizens who are everywhere. Even if it's Egypt or Turkey. They climb, push, grab food. And the mountains are gathering it. Now about the elevators. If the campers had followed the rules, then there would have been no problem. There are two elevators, for 8 and 5 people. So no, people climb and climb until the elevator goes off balance. After staying at the hotel for 2 days, I just stood at the door and wouldn't let anyone else into the elevator.Even if they snapped at me in response. We stayed at the hotel from September 1 to September 14, 26, the room was on the 16th floor. We would have come back here again, we really liked everything. I'll add more about animation. I really liked the hotel! Room(double) it had a sea view, clean,comfortable beds were good , hairdryer , refrigerator, TV, towels, .Iron with ironing board on each floor.The room was cleaned daily, the staff was polite. The dining room is clean, the food is always fresh and delicious, varied. We were in early July, there were no empty rooms, but there was plenty of food. I really liked the therapeutic pool. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Black Sea Pearl Spa Hotel in Ochamchira and special thanks to the massage therapist Sait! The hotel left the most pleasant impressions. I was very pleased with the location — right on the first coastline, the sea is just a few steps away. The room was clean and cozy, with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The hotel has excellent infrastructure: two swimming pools (the thermal one with mineral magnesium-silicon water was especially impressive — this is a real godsend for health). The food is varied and delicious, no one was left hungry. But the main thing I would like to thank you for is the SPA center and its staff. I took a massage course with Sait's massage therapist. This is a professional in his field! Sait is very attentive and tactful, first he listened to all the wishes and problem areas. Magic hands — combines business with pleasure. After the session, incredible muscle relaxation is felt, tension in the back disappears and lightness appears throughout the body. I recommend that everyone who stays at this hotel definitely get to Sait's treatments — you won't regret it. We will definitely come back here again! The rest was a 100% success.

The hotel is located on the beach, perfect for families with children and the elderly. There is free secure parking. The rooms are bright and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, disposable accessories, iron on the floor. Three daily sanatorium meals: mostly "boiled and steamed", lots of vegetables, fruits every day (watermelons, melons, peaches, apricots, plums, apples). Just a little bit, but enough, I don't feel like eating at all. If someone gets bored of the restaurant menu, there is a cafe on site where all the dishes are fresh and very tasty at reasonable prices. The lobby of the hotel offers guided tours in any direction of Abkhazia. There is also a table tennis table and a pharmacy in the lobby. There are animation programs and a playground for children. An outdoor swimming pool is freely available. There is a thermal pool and a medical center. For an additional fee, the hotel offers various SPA and beauty treatments, massages. There is a shop on site. The beach is private with sun loungers and umbrellas. You can walk along the embankment, it is long, but quite deserted. One of the disadvantages is the dirty beach and the operation of elevators. For such a huge building, 2 elevators for 5-8 people is not enough, you have to wait a long time, sometimes it's easier to walk to the 15th floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly, the maid Marina was attentive, just wonderful, the hotel is quite suitable for a carefree holiday.

We stayed at the Chernomorskaya Zhemchuzhina Hotel from August 12 to August 23, 2026. We were provided with a standard double room on the 14th floor with a sea view. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, but I would like the staff to arrange them themselves and install umbrellas for the convenience of guests. I was pleased with the silicon thermal pool, which was a great addition to my vacation. We also went on excursions organized by Tengo's driver. In two days, he showed us all of eastern Abkhazia, giving us useful tips on places where you can try delicious barbecue and trout on coals, as well as places to stop. At the end of the rest, Tengo took us to Sukhum airport with a good discount. We recommend Tengo to all vacationers as a reliable driver and a pleasant person. Gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, the sea, dolphins, everything is in the palm of your hand, you can even sit on the balcony and enjoy the view with a glass of wine and the sun in a glass) The elevators are working, yes, there are few of them, but we have never waited for them for more than 5-7 minutes. You just don't have to go when everyone is going, for example, for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We actually went up the stairs several times, but only because our bellies were already full and we needed to shake it up somehow. The room is small, there is not enough big mirror, but we looked through the balcony door))), the room is nice, bright, the cot is uncomfortable, but we changed, even my husband slept on it. The bed is large, comfortable, the Wi-Fi catches beautifully, even on the beach it punches. Cleaning on demand, linen was changed for 6 days, everywhere we rested in Abkhazia. Manan's maid is a very pleasant and kind woman. People, leave a tip, even if it's 100 rubles, and the attitude will be different. She's very conscientious even without tips))) The food is delicious, like homemade, simple, without frills, but there is enough of everything, any meat is cooked very tasty, it just melts in your mouth. There are problems with the dishes, sometimes they are not enough, but they immediately bring another one, you just have to wait. The pastry is awesome, it's enough, especially if you don't have enough for 10 buns.... A pool with ordinary water is very convenient, especially when there are big waves on the sea. The thermal one is cool too. We went to the source from which it is recruited. The water is 120 degrees, the local eggs are boiled there, there are ordinary vans and you can just ask to fill them and sit.There is animation, but there is only one animator, she pulls everything herself, not bad, everything is simple, but from the heart. I especially enjoyed charging at 10 a.m. on the beach. It's a dream to play sports outdoors and then at sea. We spent the whole day going somewhere, we didn't even have time to sleep, we wanted to take more from the rest. The place is quiet, the sound of the surf at night is a thrill. But this buzz was broken by smokers on balconies who smoked even at night. I have to close the doors and turn on the kinder. And they burned garbage for several more nights, it's something with something. It's just poison, the stench is unimaginable. I woke up from the smell on the 16th floor. I didn't understand what kind of joke it was. After a few days, it stopped, apparently, they complained, but they still burned in the afternoon and evening, and not only in Ochamchira, everywhere. That's probably how they do it.... Otherwise, everything is fine. A wonderful, quiet place, not here for fans of hanging out. Here is the sea, the air, the sun, healthy food, sleep, treatments, wellness and reboot. Local men notice everyone, both old and small))) no one grabs your hand, so a decent refusal and no one will bother you) Young boys are shy, they look, but they don't fit. They didn't take their eyes off my daughter for 14 years, but they didn't approach her.... And she didn't leave our side))) The contingent of vacationers is different and it is not true that the hotel is for pensioners. Any age and social status, too. It shows. Both simple and not so simple. There are many young couples, couples with children, middle-aged and very old ones too. We didn't want to leave, we were so calm and happy. I really liked it, thanks to this place and the people who develop it. God forbid that prices don't skyrocket as long as everything is consistent with price and quality. We hope that we will return to court more than once. We drove from Rostov-on-Don by car, left Rostov at 10 p.m., and got there in 15 hours without traffic jams or problems. Everything is fast at the border . It took us 16 hours to get back. It's also easy. Thank you to the sea, thank you Ochamchira for the warm welcome. The hotel is not bad, but they did not consider the capacity and availability of elevators-there are only two of them for such a large hotel and this is their biggest problem. We had a rest in September 2025, which I want to say calmly, quietly, for a family holiday if you only need the sea. From entertainment, we rent subs and had a disco on the street a couple of times in the evenings. There is a cafe on site (for a fee) you can have a hot drink and sing karaoke there, the food is good, but there is no fish on the menu. The weather was mostly cloudy during our entire vacation, the locals say that those who like it hotter come in July or August, September is more rainy. There are rooms with sea and mountain views, those who do not want to listen to night storms and evening disco choose mountain views. The food in the dining room was good and varied (no one was left hungry)! The rooms are ordinary: a bed, a bedside table, a table, a chair, a closet, a mini fridge, a toilet, a shower, cleaning every 2 days, there is no kettle in the rooms, but there is a cooler with water on the floors, but the hot water always did not work. I had to look for water on other floors to drink tea and coffee on cool evenings. There were a lot of touts about excursions, we went with local guys, but it's up to you to choose! But there were other options and suggestions. Since Ochamchira is a remote village, be prepared for the fact that it takes an hour and a half to go on an excursion, and if you want to visit the New Athos caves, you need to buy tickets in advance, it's cool in the cave (you need warm clothes) and you need to walk in the tone of the guide from top to bottom who has sore knees and can't keep up the pace, then think. It's beautiful there, but you can't just walk around and enjoy the views. You have to constantly keep up with the flow and pace. There will be another 100 people on the tour with you, and you will see the largest stalactites at the end of the journey. During a week in a large hotel, I have never heard from anyone about the problems that are most feared on vacation. For comparison, in the next three days in Gagra, I heard without exaggeration about intestinal infection from everyone. 3. Coolers with cold/hot drinking water of good quality are freely available (even a quality document is available in the dining room with information about where the water is from, plus we checked it ourselves). The only thing that was not convenient for me personally was the time to replace the cooler - I woke up early and couldn't drink coffee from 7 to 8. But this is more for the credibility of the review - there must be disadvantages) 4. The food is good, varied, homely, with a southern flavor. There are a lot of stewed vegetables, soups, porridges, pilafs, meat, fish, salads, various compotes and all very tasty, pastries are super, lots of fruits - watermelons, melon, peaches, plums, apples, grapefruit. A separate super - bun with lemon zest and meatballs in white sauce is just the level of a very good restaurant. The on-site restaurant is also good and reasonably priced. 5. The thermal water pool is a thrill and wellness (just keep in mind that from 16 to 18 it is cleaned and re-cleaned monthly) 6. SPA and prices - everything is nice. Hello and thank you 🌹 Albine is a very sensitive and sincere professional. 7. And of course, the sea is a small city, the beach is small pebbles - clean and transparent. Sun beds, umbrellas - everything is there and you don't have to pay extra for anything. No petty bullying, which is the sin of some establishments. One of the traditional complaints is the elevator. It is clear that two elevators for 5 and 8 people cannot handle the flow during meals. But it wasn't critical for us - sometimes we walked, and when we were waiting and driving, we met and talked with people. After all, no one was late for work.) One of the wishes is to have bathrobes in the rooms and coffee not only for breakfast. Although you could buy bathrobes at the reception, and coffee at the bar. In general, you understand that there is practically nothing to complain about. Reality is cooler than expectation. Prosperity to the team!!!

We stayed at the hotel from July 26 to August 03, 2026. We took a two-room suite. The number is normal. If desired, the beds can be pulled apart, or you can leave a double bed. Basically, everything you need is there. But there weren't enough outlets - they asked for an extension cord for the SIPAP device, there was nowhere to plug in near the bed. My husband and I fell for a large bathtub and chose a room with it, and then realized that there was no door in this room, the children got the door in the room. By the way, there is a shower in the second room. And I would like a bedside table in the bathroom. The food is good and varied. Fruits and vegetables are all there. The hall is clean and tidy like clockwork: there is always food and tables are cleaned, regardless of the influx of visitors. Breakfast seemed monotonous to my husband, but it suited me. The pool is being cleaned. The beach is cleaned up. There are enough sun beds and umbrellas, but you need to take them and arrange them yourself. The staff is polite. Everyone has already written about the elevator. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. This is not enough for towels. We asked more often, we were not refused. There is a cafe at the green piano on site. They have great cocktails and delicious food. Animation: board games, water aerobics, water pistols, yoga, exercise, creativity, discos for children and adults, karaoke. Events are posted in the group and at the reception. There's a travel agency in the lobby. There is one on the beach too. Wellness and SPA center - affordable prices. I took the SPA program - I liked it and took the "healthy spine" massage. 🌺 Special thanks to massage therapist Natalia Gelever. Relaxing music was playing in the office, and the massage area was gracefully prepared: it was soft and comfortable for the face during the session. The movement is varied and moderately strong. Already during the massage, there was a lightness in the back. I swear, every touch is like God's grace. And Natalia did more than what was paid for: I fell down, pulled my side, and Natalia massaged the sore spot for me - relief came. Thank you, Natasha, I wish you good health and all the best. I wish the hotel to find an opportunity and build elevators outside the building. Add sockets near the beds. Equip a room for daily delivery and collection of beach towels. Instruct the staff on the beach to set up sun beds and umbrellas in the morning. Put a makeup cabinet in the bathroom. And of course, thank you for the rest! We liked your place! ❤️

This is a real salvation: the air conditioner is working, the phone is charging, and the room is not dark. For Abkhazia, this is not just a plus, but a necessity that overrides many things. Check-in and room: Check-in was quick. We took into account the wishes indicated at the time of booking. The room is standard, with a sea view. Clean, tidy, suitable for three adults close together. The third one needs a cot with a thin mattress, which will do for a light person. Balcony: dryer and two plastic stools. The air conditioner is working fine, the ventilation in the room is good. The shower is cramped, but it's not critical. From the household: three sockets — two by the TV, one in the hallway. It's not enough for three people with gadgets. A closet without shelves (not convenient for long stays), five hangers, no safe, no kettle, ironing board and boiler (no hot water) on the floor. There is a hair dryer. The TV is ordinary, there are about thirty channels. Elevators: The weak point of the hotel. Two cabins on sixteen floors. There are queues during rush hours. It's stuffy inside (I was scared, a lot of people are cramming in...THEY JUST GET PUSHED IN). We walked, it was faster and safer that way. Beach: The beach is small, small for such a large number of guests. There are sun beds and umbrellas, but they are not given out — vacationers drag themselves from the general pile. Rescuers do not interfere. Starting from August 3, there was no place by nine or ten in the morning - even if the deck chairs were left, there was nowhere to put them. The shore is pebbly, the entrance is shallow. We went to wild areas — without umbrellas and sun beds, but without crowds. The dining room and the people in line: The dining room is a separate reality. There are always queues: at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the meal. There are a lot of tables, but there are not enough of them. People occupy tables with things while standing in line, and those who have already taken food walk around with trays and cannot sit down. People come in, see the queue, and immediately get up without even looking at what's on the counter. They come up to the counter and start playing chamomile: "Will I? I won't? Want this? Don't want to?" Instead of making a choice while waiting. As a result, they stand for twenty minutes. If everyone looked at the menu before joining the queue, the process would go much faster. There are no conversations in the queue — everyone is fighting for their own. The guards are not allowed through, the queue is tight. By the fifth day, it started to make me laugh. People are storming the dining room — it's a real assault with a battle for food. Or conscious waiting queues. All that was missing were the handwritten numbers. They collect mountains, put them in bags — a woman threw chicken legs into a bag, along with a watermelon. It was even interesting to watch this from the outside, although visiting the cafeteria was stressful for me. Menu: For me, the menu is monotonous, it has hardly changed in twelve days. There were boiled eggs once. There are no fermented milk products. Cheese, butter, sausage and BREAD are of poor quality. My opinion on food is always subjective, but it was difficult for me to choose, although, looking at the amount of food that people took, apparently I'm spoiled)). I ate only the first thing at lunch (they cook well) Breakfast: Two porridges, a serving line with regular dishes, tea, instant coffee, jam. There is no sour cream or ketchup. Lunch and dinner: DRIED FRUIT COMPOTE AND WATER. There are no juices. Two soups, some meat, a couple of side dishes, four salads, vegetables, fruits — one or two types. When the hotel is fully loaded (since the beginning of August), if you arrive an hour after the start, some of the positions are already running out, although you have to pay tribute to the staff — they replenish everything quickly, work smoothly and conscientiously. On the seventh day, we stopped going to the cafeteria for lunch and dinner. On-site cafe: There is a cafe on site. The food is delicious. The service is good, the staff knows the ingredients of the dishes. At first, they took a "barbecue", but the dishes depend on the "condition" of the brazier (he may forget or fry the wrong thing), when paying, you can safely resolve all issues. Thermal pool: The main value of the hotel. The water is hot, with a greenish tinge and a peculiar smell. According to the conclusion, it is therapeutic, siliceous, sulfate-chloride, calcium-sodium. Personal experience: I logged in twice a day for fifteen minutes. After a few days, the skin with psoriasis was completely cleansed (but not for long, I am writing a review on 09/01/2026-the plaques return). The effect is fast and distinct. It's definitely worth coming here for. There are two pools — thermal and ordinary. They work until nine in the evening, but they don't forbid swimming after that either. Territory and infrastructure: The territory is compact, clean, well maintained. But there's nowhere much to walk — it's small. There is a volleyball court, a children's playground, and two table tennis tables in the lobby. There is a wellness center — procedures and prices are available on the website, everything corresponds to the stated. There is an embankment nearby with three cafes and souvenir shops. A grocery store is right behind the hotel, a pharmacy is ten minutes away, a market is fifteen or twenty. They bought buffalo cheese at the market — smoked and soft, very tasty. The city of Ochamchira is contrasting: renovated houses are adjacent to destroyed ones overgrown with greenery. The impression is as if it were in the last century. You have to be prepared for this. And if you figure it out right away, you'll save yourself a couple of days of annoyance. The hotel is not for everyone. If you need the usual service, varied food and an organized beach — not here. If there are problems with the skin or joints, the thermal water works. During peak hours, rest is exhausting, during off—peak times it is tolerable and even comfortable if you know where to look for your own. Abkhazia is a country of contrasts. With ruined houses, delicious cheese, the sea and people who are trying to live. Someone — as before, someone — wants a new story. Recreation here is not passive consumption. If you're happy on your own, you can't take that away. There's a lot here, but you don't have to be the center of a universe where everyone owes you. You need to find your own supports. For me, they were: thermal water, cafes on the territory, wild beaches, walks around the city and buffalo cheese at the market. Apart from the bathroom, there is no mirror anywhere in the rooms. 3. There are not enough sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. Even if you borrowed in the morning and then went away for a massage, for example, your sunbeds will be given to other rescuers. Towels were searched all over the beach. Our questions about what to do were simply answered rudely by both the rescue service and the rescuers. They said that 700 of you have arrived, but we have planned for 300. Thousands of stray dogs are not allowed to pass everywhere, pigs and horses are running everywhere. Hugging my wife on the street is not allowed, I was told that it was not accepted. They sell the liquid with their hands and call it wine, the men do not follow the words, they behave rudely. There are a lot of local loafers hanging around the hotel, offering guided tours. The sea is nice and warm, it was dirty and stormy for a few days. Local drivers are a separate conversation, solid Schumachers who fly around the city for all the money, respecting neither tourists nor fellow villagers. I don't think the boys have grown up yet. Very beautiful nature. If I go back to Abkhazia, I definitely won't go to Ochamchira. Dear residents of the city, if you want tourists, you need to do something about it. I really liked this hotel.We had Varied meals, clean sea, good rooms, and delicious kebabs on the Embankment from the chef Gia for 12 days from July 6. We recommend everyone to try it. A very spiritual place where everyone will find something to do, a volleyball court, karaoke and a disco, spiritual gatherings at the sea or in a beautiful cafe nearby, or have fun in the pool. The rooms are cleaned every day, and towels are also changed frequently. The food is varied, you will never stay hungry. Even in February, when there was almost no tourist flow (the hotel was empty), there was still enough food, fruits and vegetables are always available. The rooms are cozy and clean. Heating. A huge plus of this hotel is its own thermal pool! Warm and comfortable. But!!! Please note that every month from the 16th to the 18th it is drained and cleaned. In February, we just got to these dates and were left without a pool. There is nothing else in this city. If you just need to breathe the sea, sleep and eat, then you are here. Peace and quiet. The hotel also has spa treatments, but they are not cheap (prices are similar to those in spa salons in Russia).

We checked in at 14:00, but with problems. The elevator has a family room, they said it was ours. But this number is a mockery, most likely. Because the elevators can't handle the load. You can stand around them for 10-15 minutes, there are many swearing, shouting, and crowds all the time. There is also a travel agent's desk near the door of this room, and an additional crowd. They gave me an adjoining room on the 3rd floor-312,313. There is no balcony in one room and there is no full-fledged window, some nonsense. There were no bath towels when checking in, so I had to go downstairs several times and ask. If you are settled above the 3rd floor, then get ready to walk or constantly queue for the elevator. The food is meager, but delicious. It is better to arrive 30 minutes before the end, you will not stand in line for 20 minutes. The pool is good, there are not enough umbrellas. Therapeutic-dirty tiles. The beach is decent, the first line. There are a lot of locals on the territory, not everyone behaves decently. There is children's animation, pool games for children and adults. In the evening there is a disco and mafia games. Table tennis. There is a nurse, it helped a lot. There is a shop nearby where everything can be found. It would be better to adjust the operation of the elevator, change towels daily, make a room on the 1st floor and without a balcony / window an economy, allow only hotel guests to enter the territory, make an additional counter with dishes in the dining room, read the wishes of guests when booking, keep the therapeutic pool clean, do not carry out construction work in a quiet hour and in evening/night time.

There is a heated swimming pool and a hot spring pool next to the hotel. And, of course, the most important thing is the sea! The sea is clear. The hotel is located on the first coastline, and the beach is pebbly. Sun beds and umbrellas are provided free of charge. They rent bicycles and a SUP board for one or two hours. September 2025, we stayed for a few days in the Black Sea Pearl. The standard room is on the 9th floor with a magnificent direct sea view. The room is clean, the linen is white, there is a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV with lots of Russian channels. There is cold and hot water in the cooler and an iron with ironing board on the floor. A good buffet, there is always something to choose from, plenty of meat dishes, porridges, soups, traditional side dishes (pasta, buckwheat, rice, potatoes), vegetable stews, fresh vegetables and fruits. Everything is quite high-quality and delicious. There is a Wi-Fi connection. The staff is responsive, it is clear that they are trying to do their job well. Parking for cars is free, guarded, it's great. Nice thermal pool, but it was cool. In my opinion, the hotel has two problems that can be easily eliminated if the administration pays attention - the lack of mugs in the dining room (a direct problem, people are waiting in line until they bring the washed batch) and elevators!!! Two elevators categorically cannot cope with the number of people due to incorrect settings. But overall, I give you a high rating. It is good for Abkhazia, suitable for a relaxing holiday. There are many places nearby that are worth visiting - hot springs, waterfalls, caves, ancient temples, abandoned settlements. Thanks to this place. P.S. I am a travel agent, but on vacation I try not to talk about it in order to feel the attitude of the hotel staff as an ordinary tourist.

My wife and I searched for this magical oasis for a long time and finally found it in the depths of Abkhazia. I am writing a review on 07/16/26, at the moment we are resting here now. We arrived by car to drive around Abkhazia, but then we realized that it was not needed because there is everything you need to relax here (on the territory of the hotel). Animators and evening discos work here almost every day for children. The staff is friendly, they will listen, help, advise, I have not heard a single rude word from the local population in these walls. And now about the bad news: yes, no matter how sad it sounds, these are tourists! I share my impressions of the dining room: the food is simply "a sea", and it is diverse, and there has never been a case of anyone leaving the dining room hungry, but there are hungry individuals who fill beach bags with food with the words: "everything is paid for" and carry it to the beach. I can't figure out what it is.????

I liked the consultant at the Adgur thermal pool, he always told me interesting stories. The hotel has 2 freshwater and thermal pools, both pools are warm because the freshwater is heated from May 1 to October 31. Our room was comfortable for 3, it is very spacious, one double bed and one single bed, and each room has a clothes dryer. Every day they took out the trash, brought shampoos, shower gels and soap. Towels are provided in the room. We were after a storm and the beach was covered in branches, which was not very pleasant. There were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The animations are cool, they took place every day, and I have a separate respect. Overall, I really enjoyed my vacation, but the city needs to develop.
