Managing Inbox messages

Read a message

To read an email, log in to your mailbox and tap the email you want to read. To open a message located in another folder, tap the folder name at the top of the screen and select the folder from the list.

Download attachments

To download an attached file, open the message and tap Download next to the attachment icon.

You can view images and documents directly in the browser without downloading them. To do this, tap View next to the attachment icon.

Delete a message

To delete one or more messages, do the following:

  1. Select the messages you want to delete.
  2. Tap the Delete button above the list of emails.

Forward email

To forward an original email, use the Forward button in the menu above the email. To send the original message as an attachment, enable this option below the main email field.

Move email

To move a message to another folder, do the following:

  1. Select one or several messages you would like to move.
  2. In the menu above the email list, tap More → Move to folder.
  3. Choose the destination folder from the list.
  4. Tap Apply.

Translate a message

You can translate messages using Yandex Translate or the full version of Yandex Mail.

Note. To switch to the full version of Yandex Mail, tap Full version in the lower-left corner of the page. To return to Yandex Mail for mobile, tap Light version at the bottom of the page.

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, tap .
  2. Tap Settings → Help and support → Feedback.
  3. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
