In my opinion, this is not a hospitable hotel at all.. I accommodated two guests in two rooms. One had faulty plumbing, and the second was told that he had violated the rules of the hotel, about which there are no regulations. There was a smell of tobacco in the room upon arrival, but upon departure we were told that they had found Icos sticks in the trash.... Seriously? were they digging in my guests' trash? And the fact that my guest did not dare to throw away the sticks on the street and shook them out of the pack in the room ... became the reason to fine him.We are not conflicted and did not argue much, although there was a desire. They even issued a fine at the caspi terminal for 30% more (than the room fee per day). I paid 33,000 for the room per day, and the fine was set at 44,000. After my indignation, they calmly offered to pay 33,000. I consider this scheme low and unacceptable. This is the first time in 50 years of my life.In general, I am very disappointed, I will not check in myself and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, I was not a guest of the hotel itself, but I was in the hotel restaurant almost daily. Lunch and dinner, repeatedly, was on top! The service is at the highest level! I am from Russia, and I enjoyed trying dishes of national cuisine. 5 points out of 5 !!!

Do you want to know Almaty? Do as we do. The Comfort hotel in the city center has a convenient location, good service from young polite guys. I always ask my accountant to book a room in Comfort. I don't like super duper, I like specifics. I recommend everything to my friends and acquaintances.

I came to Almaty on vacation with my family. All precautions in connection with the coronavirus were observed, and we were warmly welcomed. The hotel had everything so that we could have a great time. There is a fitness center, dry cleaning, sauna and swimming pool, everything a person needs to relax. The price list on the website does not differ from the prices that were issued at the hotel.

It's a great hotel. I drove cautiously, read a couple of scary reviews. I lived in a standard room. Of the disadvantages, I can only highlight the interior and not very clean carpet in the room. Of the advantages - the bed and the bath are clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers, water, a conditioner. Cleaning every day. The hotel has breakfast (they are not very good for my taste), sauna, restaurant, laundry. There is also a computer with a printer for guests, it's free. This computer helped me out a lot a couple of times.❣️ The staff is super responsive and pleasant I recommend
