We drove through Almaty with my husband, we decided to stay in this hotel. We settled in quickly, the staff was polite, everyone showed us where they were. The hotel is located near the center, very convenient. The room is clean, cozy, there are blackout curtains, towels,slippers, soap set,tea set,TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and even free Wi-Fi. We came to Almaty with my wife in the summer (we really love nature and the lively atmosphere, which abounds there). We booked comfort for 5 nights.
