We were passing through Almaty, booked a junior suite, and were satisfied with the room. Personally, I liked the fact that there is a section of zones (for work and recreation), as I had to work a little. I used the dry cleaning service-they did everything quickly and efficiently (by the way, I had to pay a little extra for the speed). In general, everything is cultural and friendly, I bet 5!

They let us down, we booked a Suite with a very large bed and a folding sofa,with a scandal we were placed in another room, like a suite with a non-folding sofa and a bed for 2 of them....referring to the fact that in our booked room, some kind of person does not want to leave,(they booked 2 weeks before arrival!)we with bags and 2 children have to huddle in a room, for our money a suite. we dealt with this for 2 days, we were cleaned in 4 days-1 time.Dirty, hair, you can't interrogate water.The cleaning lady told me to go and buy a boor, the administrator is a boor!It's not a hassle, the cots were interrogated, at least they slept.This is the luxury!Deception

I don't understand where stardom comes from. There is no question of any 4 stars. If 4 * is the presence of slippers and a well-worn bathrobe, then probably yes, 4 *. In all other respects, and three with a stretch. The rooms are small. The bed is springy and uncomfortable. Since one turns in his sleep, the other jumps from these movements. After 4 nights, you will have to treat your back. Reading in bed is uncomfortable. Because you rest your head against the picture told just so that it sticks into your head. The chair is broken in the middle of the table. Traumatic. A closet without shelves. It is unclear where to put things. The breakfast assortment seems to be enough. But everything is of low quality . Sausage is the cheapest. Black bananas are cut. Shame, they're worth a penny. So they put black bananas on the table for guests instead of a trash can. A plate of fruits is sliced apples, black bananas and oranges, also sliced, which after a while become unsightly. The only thing I would note as a plus is the fragrance in the hallway and lobby of the hotel. It smells fresh. I have found more advantages in this department for myself.

The service is poor, we don't have toilet paper in our room, for example. The rooms have no ventilation, only a window. The plumbing in the shower is dead, - I got burned several times by adjusting the temperature and pressure.. The tilt of the watering can is not adjustable. Everything is made of plastic, the parts have come apart at the seams. There is a lime coating on the windows. I found someone else's hair on the bed. The cape on the bed is old, synthetic with rolls, the impression is low. There is static electricity in the bed, apparently a synthetic blanket. The staff does not go to the meeting, they asked for two bottles of water, listened for five minutes about the rules. As a result, they gave me water, but my nerves were frayed. The room is relatively clean, but there are smells, such as tobacco. The safe is strange, with some hieroglyphs. The siren started three times, and an employee came with a key. I couldn't use the safe. The hotel is located in the center, and it is not immediately clear what this means. Firstly, the environment is bad, smog accumulates on the streets, and due to the peculiarities of the city, smog does not erode, or it erodes slowly. The second, killer moment is traffic jams. The route, which took 20 minutes on the booking service map, took us almost an hour and a half. Our plans for transfers and moving around the city were thrown out. Traffic jams make any movement very difficult. So far we have lived only a day, a reservation for a week
