There are often no napkins. The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is close. The sauna is only for one hour, either for men or for women, for husband and wife only for a fee!!! I'm happy with everything. The reservation from the Russian website was successful, I was placed, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, everything is there. The street is quiet, sleeping with the window open was very comfortable, especially after a busy road, flight and business events. We stayed for 7 days, and on the very first breakfast in the restaurant, a cockroach was spotted on the table where the guests were eating. Okay, we've accepted that cockroaches are acceptable in public catering, but I was disappointed that they were crawling right on the table. We didn't go to breakfast anymore. On the third day of our stay, a horror occurred! Bedbugs in the bed! It was a shock and a new phobia in the piggy bank. Of course, we were assured that this was the case at first and were moved to another room, where there was already a cockroach in bed on the same day. We were moved to another room again. Bedbugs and cockroaches were not seen in the last issue. Fortunately, we had only one night left, we were waiting for the documents. We received the documents and left for the airport without going to bed at night. Thank you for the staff's attentiveness and willingness to resolve issues, however, there are many questions for the hotel management. If you are used to bedbugs and cockroaches, then you can stay here.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Almaty. We booked a room there, arrived and were already waiting for us there. This is a big plus since we were traveling with the children. Everything is very clean, beautiful, cleaned and prepared for the arrival of guests at any time. There are many restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. The whole city is just in the palm of your hand as this hotel is located in the very center. Also a nice bonus is the provided meals and a buffet. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. I didn't like the restaurant, I slept through breakfast the first day (there were no questions about it, a good classic breakfast, like everywhere else) and decided to have breakfast on the veranda in the lobby, ordered a club sandwich, ham and cheese on the menu, salad, and fried meat was brought in burnt bread (suspicion that fried yesterday, because it was very hard and cold))) ) and tomatoes. In principle, it is edible , but there is no pleasure. It didn't spoil the rest, the desire is in the city. If not for that, then 5 stars is 100%. Since I work out regularly in the gym, I needed it here too. Of course, there is not much choice of simulators here, but there is a necessary minimum. My muscles continued to work on vacation.
