The main reason for blocking a Yandex Tasks account is User Agreement violations.

The Yandex Tasks anti-fraud system makes sure the performers don't violate the platform rules. If you violate the rules, your account can be suspended or permanently blocked.

• Don't use the platform if you are under 18 years old.
• Don't provide fake data in your profile or at registration. Otherwise, you won't be able to confirm account ownership and withdraw money.
• Don't give access to your account to other people.
• Don't use multiple accounts.
• Don't skip the captcha and make sure you enter it correctly.
• Don't use scripts or bots to complete tasks automatically.
• Don't share task screenshots in personal messages or in social media. This would break the privacy.

User Agreement violation

If you've been blocked for a User Agreement violation, you'll get:

• An automatic notification about the blocking.
• A message about the blocking on the task list page, in your profile, and on the My money page.
• A message from an administrator with unblocking instructions (if possible) and a PIN.

To unblock your account:

1. Take a photo of yourself with this PIN to confirm your identity.

   • The PIN should be hand-written and clearly visible.

2. Follow the link from the instructions and fill out the feedback form. Upload your picture with the PIN to the form.

3. Wait for the reply. The review usually takes a few days.

If you've met all recommendations but your account is still blocked, contact support.
