Offline

To access files without an internet connection, add them to theOffline section. Files will be downloaded to your mobile device. If you change files on another device, they will be automatically updated under Offline once you are reconnected to the internet.

The app can upload files to Offline over just Wi-Fi or any network (Wi-Fi, mobile internet). Select the option in the settings.

Add files to the Offline section
Select the files and tap at the top of the screen. Files added to Offline are marked with the icon.
Viewing Offline files
Go to Files and in the upper row, select Offline.
Deleting files from the Offline section
Select the files and tap at the top of the screen.

To delete all files from the Offline section:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Clear the Offline section.
  3. Confirm the action.
Note. When you clear the Offline section, files are deleted only from your mobile device. They remain on the Yandex.Disk servers.

If you are experiencing a problem with the Yandex.Disk app, please report the error using the feedback form in the app:

  1. Tap the profile picture in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Help and support → Report an error.
  3. Select the relevant issue.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
Note. Please report problems related to the mobile app from the app itself and not Help pages. This will ensure your message reaches the right specialists and is answered sooner. Additionally, when submitting from the app, our specialists get technical information that helps them sort out the problem.
