Installing the app

Attention. The app is supported on smartphones and tablets with Android version 6 and later.
  • Download it from the official store.

  • Install it from the Yandex app catalog.

    On the app page, enter your mobile phone number and tap Get. You will receive an SMS message from Yandex with a link for downloading the app.

If you are experiencing a problem with the Yandex.Disk app, please report the error using the feedback form in the app:

  1. Tap the profile picture in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Help and support → Report an error.
  3. Select the relevant issue.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
Note. Please report problems related to the mobile app from the app itself and not Help pages. This will ensure your message reaches the right specialists and is answered sooner. Additionally, when submitting from the app, our specialists get technical information that helps them sort out the problem.
