I arrived an HOUR before closing time, and they told me, "They're already closed, since there are no clients by appointment and you had to make an appointment." my cat is not even two years old, she is very afraid of carrying, the street, and this is a huge stress for her. and here's the situation. To clarify, no one said in the call that there was any pre-appointment or that they were working until the client's last appointment. It's just a terrible service, no control and no customer orientation!!!

I've never been a cat person myself. I was asked to look after this "draper" for a year and a half. As a child, we had cats in our family, and I have a little idea: pour the food + tidy up the tray. I must say that this copy was noticeably different from the ones I had as a child. To put it simply, it is "not tame" at all. Not that he's wild, just a little anxious and with a temper. I think a psychologist would label this as an "avoidant type of attachment"))) And so, the peppercorn cat has claws, although it has claws, and it actively uses them. These spoiling claws, and this fur constantly flying off him like "frost from branches in the cold" began to strain me. It was not possible for me to solve these issues myself, since the cat does not allow direct contact for more than 10-15 seconds. And in general, he is afraid of water, loud noises or any manipulations with it like fire. I called Zoostyle using the first number I saw in the advertisement. He described the situation, and even suggested that they put the cat down for the duration of the procedures in order to be able to perform the above-mentioned ones. However, the receptionist politely and correctly convinced me that this was their profile and that they would find an approach to the animal. We were enrolled in an "Express molting complex for cats over 5kg" with specialist Anna Nazarova. Honestly, I didn't believe it was possible until the last moment. And I even remember, when I gave the cat away, I asked: "Just don't hit him, please." To which Anna just grinned and took the carrier. And he screamed and cried like a lost man all the way, tearing my soul apart, and then he fell silent with her as if by magic. I also asked to make a couple of videos during the procedures, as I had no idea what it would be like. At the appointed time, I came to pick up the cat. He sat quietly in the carrier, clean, smelly, combed and manicured like a cat. He just looked younger (and he's already 14 years old, just for a minute). I was shown a mountain of combed hair the size of a cat itself, and already at home I appreciated all the rest of the work. I want to say and say THANK YOU to the Zoostyle salon and personally to ANNA NAZAROVA. Everything is done with brilliance and at the height. I always admire and respect people who masterfully do their job, with love and from the bottom of my heart. And Anna Nazarova is just such a specialist. Owners of medium and large breeds of dogs: we do not recommend it. Unpleasant experience in the grooming salon – rudeness and lack of professionalism! We came to this place for the first time, but even before the haircut began, unflattering statements about the dog's name began... and you seem to be a groomer? This is the first thing that spoiled the impression. But the "best" was yet to come: the border collie was shorn like a poodle and licked like a dachshund. We received a sleek pet, which is unacceptable for its coat and care. At the same time, the employees were outraged that he "bites on the hair dryer," although I warned them in ADVANCE about this feature and clarified that he does NOT bite his hands! He has an absolutely healthy mind, is adequate and obedient. If the masters do not know how to carefully work with such nuances, why bother with grooming at all? Farther. Two months later, I needed a haircut again, I wanted to sign up (it's convenient – close to home). As soon as the receptionist found out that this was my pet (they called the phone number), she immediately said that the next appointment was only in a month and insisted in the maximum tone and dialogue that we did not come) It seems that they simply cannot cope with medium and large breeds, and instead of professionalism, they only use rudeness and excuses. Managers, indicate on the website or somewhere information that you are not interested in grooming large dogs, take only small breeds, or train employees to work in order to receive payment and good reviews for decent work.

Our experience with this grooming salon turned out to be extremely unpleasant, and we definitely won't repeat it. When we took the puppy away after the procedure, he was clearly not himself: sad, apathetic, refused to eat and almost did not get up. This wasn't his first grooming, so we immediately noticed that something was wrong with him. We immediately called the salon to find out if they had given him any sedatives or sleeping pills. We were told that it was not. The next day, the puppy's condition worsened: he had pain in the neck, he began to limp, constantly slept, and, coming to our arms, whined in pain. The veterinarian advised me to find out exactly what happened during the procedure and how he was treated. We asked the salon to provide the recordings from the cameras. We were told that the recordings can be viewed, but only in person, because they allegedly cannot be rewound and cannot be sent. Moreover, you need to set at least 4 hours for viewing. We are working people, and such a time interval was a serious challenge for us. A month has passed. When we asked to view the recordings again, we were rudely refused, citing high season and busy until October. As a result, we were unable to find out what happened to our pet. We don't want to jump to conclusions and make accusations, but after comparing all the facts, we have to conclude that we do not recommend this salon. Please think twice before entrusting the health and well-being of your furry friend to them.

After visiting the zoo for 2-3 weeks, the cat had scratches on his neck and paws, they thought food allergies-they began to treat, but a little later a characteristic spot was found on the head of the 4-year-old son, they scraped and revealed LICHEN. They took the cat to the same scraping, the diagnosis was confirmed! As a result, long-term treatment of the child and the animal, numerous visits to doctors and room treatment. I highly do not recommend this salon for animals! It's not that they don't process tools, they don't even wash the floors properly!
