They called this afternoon to find out how and at what time they can come to cut the claws of the kitty. They said you can at any time. I arrived an HOUR before closing time, and they told me, "They're already closed, since there are no clients by appointment and you had to make an appointment." my cat is not even two years old, she is very afraid of carrying, the street, and this is a huge stress for her. and here's the situation. To clarify, no one said in the call that there was any pre-appointment or that they were working until the client's last appointment. It's just a terrible service, no control and no customer orientation!!!

Today we went to an express molt with Filya the cat. I really liked it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They did their job PERFECTLY. Our Fillet is 9 years old, this is his first time visiting a groomer. We were very worried about him and how he would behave during and after the complex. But it turned out they were worried in vain))) Everything went smoothly and stress-free. We are VERY pleased with the result. Thank you so much. The prices are reasonable. The attitude is super. We will contact you again.😘😍😻

We came from Paris and found this salon for our first grooming of a one-year-old beagle Martin. Kindness, professionalism and love for animals. I will definitely bring Martan here on my next visit to Minsk. By the way, I also brought my mother's cat, he's very characteristic, but the girls did it! I recommend it to everyone!
