We have been to this place 3 times and each time it gets worse and worse. The staff's attitude was terrible, the menu arrived after 10 minutes, the lamajo arrived quickly, but everything else was carried for a very long time, and it was brought cold when they started to leave, and then only after a request. A lot of pepper was added to the food, because of this the normal taste was lost. They took raspberry wine, which could only be drunk up to half, followed by alcohol. It's impossible to sit in an institution, it blows my back a lot.

Keep in mind: I do not advise you to sit down in a new branch, it is better to choose the old one — the service there is much better. When you ask the waiters, they say, "I don't care, I can't do anything." I highly do not recommend a new branch. There are many employees who do not speak Armenian and do not understand what is written in the receipt. Because of this, they wait for Armenian-speaking waiters to clarify the order and only then take out the food. I tell them to bring a complaint book, the waiter tells me you want to write anyway, it doesn't matter anyway. And in general, you will come here even if our service is bad anyway. Addendum: They said that you should be grateful that we let you in, even though the salon was empty at the time. He says that the owner could have closed down altogether and not let him in. Then why are you working? Are you getting paid for our nerves?

We were with friends on 06/12/2025. We ordered a lamb rib butterfly. They carried it for 1 hour and 13 minutes. There are not enough waiters catastrophically, the tables are littered with empty dishes, there is no one to take them away. We ordered vodka, but it clearly tastes like something budget-friendly. They asked for toothpicks and waited 30 minutes!!! Everything is fine in the kitchen, but at least get up and carry the service yourself :)

We came to the cafe for lunch, there were 6 of us. We ordered a lot of food: salad, shish kebab, fried khinkali, dolma, tortillas with meat, and millet porridge (I don't remember the national names). Everything that was brought to us (salad, shish kebab and khinkali) was delicious. but! We waited more than an hour for the second part of the dishes that we ordered. The service is terrible because we have asked several times how much longer we have to wait, each time we were told that they could not say for sure at all. When they asked us to punch the check without what they hadn't prepared for us, they refused. We waited another 20 minutes. The food was never taken out, and I had to go to them again and ask them to finally pay off, because they waited for more than an hour, and the tables next to us on the street had long since changed guests and they immediately brought tortillas with meat without delay. As a result, we were billed without half the dishes, which we couldn't stand, but still the impression was not the most pleasant.

I used to come here a lot, take friends, make appointments. The food is delicious, no doubt, but today the institution has finally broken the bottom in terms of service and attitude to people. The two of them went in for a snack, took an elementary order: soup, kebab and 5 meat khinkali. We sat on an empty table for 40 minutes. I ask where the food is, and the waitress tells me that we ordered "just 7 minutes ago." That is, they simply forgot to drive it in, and then decided to blatantly lie to his face. Then it's even funnier: only one kebab is taken out, like one person is eating, and the other is sitting and watching. Next they bring khinkali, I take a bite - they are with cheese instead of meat. They took them back, after a pause, they silently return 4 pieces of meat with the words "eat these until they get cold," and the last fifth is delivered after another 10 minutes. At the same time, the table of noisy tourists nearby, who sat down half an hour later than us, was already devouring the full order. Apparently, you can just score on a small local order, a large check is more important. But the situation in the hall finished me off. The same gang was yelling at the whole place, laughing and cursing loudly. There are families with children and women sitting around, and the staff and the administrator don't give a damn, not a single attempt to make a remark and lay siege to this pub. In the final, they silently threw the full bill, without a single on-duty "sorry for the jambs." It's not about money, it's about attitude. When the staff lies to their eyes, the dishes are taken out like leftovers in parts, and the administrators do not care about the game and the mat in the hall - there is nothing more to do here. Alas, never set foot here again.
