This time we ordered lagmajo, chicken legs with potatoes and chicken kebab with a bottle of grape drink. The service was fast and courteous. The waiting time for chicken and potatoes was 15 minutes, which is acceptable, the rest of the dishes were brought within 5-7 minutes. I liked all the dishes, the portions are good. The best home cooking in the city at a super nice price. We came here to have dinner on a tip from a friend. There was a huge queue at the entrance, which caused even more intrigue. Despite the long wait for the hostesses due to the flow of people, we were seated at the table and immediately given a menu. A super cute girl quickly accepted the order and in less than 20 minutes it was already on our table. Lamajo is tastier than here, we have not eaten anywhere else! And khinkali — there were no such delicious dishes even in Georgia. But most of all we were surprised to see the bill: 2 Lamajos, 2 glasses of tan, 2 soups of spas and 5 hinkals — a total of 8000 drams together with a service fee of 10%; at a rate of 4 rubles — a fairy tale. There were no empty seats, but we were promised that we would take the first available table. The food arrived, and we had to eat in the beginning rain. We waited for about 20 minutes while new customers continued to be seated, but the promised table was not offered to us. In the end, they showed us a table, and our things were already being moved there, but it turned out that the waiters had promised the same table to other guests who had just arrived. We were with a baby and a child, so it would be quite reasonable to fulfill the promise made to us and put us under a canopy, instead of constantly planting new visitors. After our things had already started to be moved, we ended up without a place at all. Our food was just left on some random table in the restaurant, and no one else even tried to solve the situation. The situation was so poorly organized that we were very close to leaving without paying. In the end, the head waiter came up to us, but instead of apologizing, he blamed us for what had happened. It was just amazing. As a solution, we were offered to take the food home and finish dinner there — paying the full price, of course. The worst part was that we were told that we should be grateful to the restaurant for such a "decision." This is simply absurd. The restaurant's inability to organize its work and fulfill its promises to customers is not the fault of the visitors. The food was quite good, but the service was really terrible. Of course, we refused to pay for the dishes that we couldn't finish in the restaurant and that we didn't order to take away.
