A girl and I came in and asked them to put us on the veranda. Everything was busy - we waited 5-10 minutes - it was fine. After waiting, they were taken to a courtyard full of trash. It's too crowded to approach the table. When we sat down, there was a dirty beer glass and utensils from a previous customer on the table. There were crumpled napkins under the table. It's just awful! They asked me to transfer them to the veranda. The manager immediately put us down, but we decided to leave anyway. We were either sitting under the air conditioner, or under the sprayers - it was dripping on us. Very unpleasant. Plus all the chairs were wet. The staff outside is not friendly ☹️ I really wanted to try Armenian dishes, but unfortunately I had to leave because of such an attitude and such trifles ( We hope that you will take our wishes into account and when we return next time, we will enjoy visiting your restaurant, have a delicious meal and write a positive 5-star review.

I didn't like the place at all. The service is terrible! The waitress didn't write down our order, but memorized it by ticking off her fingers. Our order was delivered, except for lagmajo. We ate everything, but lagmajo was still missing, we found out from our waitress, it turns out our order was accidentally given to another table. Perfectly! She assured us to wait 5 minutes and lagmajo would be ready. We received the order and ate it. But to get the bill, I also had to run after her. The bill was paid and they left quickly, because they were already late. Later, after reviewing the bill, we saw that we were counted 2 lagmajos. This is, of course, amazing! This kind of service is no good! Moreover, the bill included 10% for the service, which is not there! And yet, the baklava was terrible, dry, with candied sugar lumps. I don't recommend this place at all!

On July 6, 2025, I came across this cafe by chance! I walked from the cascade past the opera! It's a very colorful place, there are a lot of people, but everything is very tasty! I've been there 2 times, ordered lahmajo and Ajarian khachapuri to take away. Lahmajo was quite large, about 35-40 cm in diameter. 💰 Cost: 1100 drams. It is served wrapped in paper, in a special package, with a slice of lemon. The order was accepted quickly, I waited about 7 minutes. I was there around 10-11 a.m. At that moment, the saturation of the cabin was below average. The dough layer was well fried, and the bread tasted good with a uniform degree of roasting. The filling was distinguished by a harmonious combination of spices. It was plentiful, evenly distributed over the dough, and tasted like real meat. This is probably the first place in Yerevan where I really liked the filling recipe. Adjarian khachapuri of small size with 1 egg, about 150-200 g, 1300 others. I waited about 17. The dough is standard, evenly baked, the cheese is elastic, slightly salted. An egg, cooked evenly, with a weak yolk. Overall impression: khachapuri is a standard preparation without any unique taste. I liked the outdoor area located on the street: it offers a view of the Northern Avenue. 😕 ❌ ️Of the disadvantages I encountered, I would mention the fact that the interior door of the cabin was constantly open, which was why there were flies in the cabin. Many people may also be deterred by the fact that it is crowded and quite noisy in the afternoon.

Lyulya kebab chicken and beef (rating 3 out of 10) I do not know how it was possible to spoil the meat, a dry piece of minced meat, a little ketchup sauce and herbs, taste 0, dry pita bread! If there is no dolma in Armenia, then this is already a problem! Summer at home (rating 1 out of 10) no taste, stuffed eggplant, stuffed pepper and the usual tasteless cabbage rolls)! The waiter's attitude to the order is terrible! We placed an order, waited for the dish for 1.5 hours, first we called the waiter an hour later when we had already eaten, then we asked where our last dish was in his words, it would be like 2 minutes, 30 seconds passed, 15 minutes came, as a result we waited for another 40 minutes. In my opinion, the place is overrated. We tried to get here on Saturday evening, there was a waiting queue for 40 minutes. We arrived on Monday, at about 18:30, and we found a place. Of all the dishes ordered, lahmajo turned out to be the most "gray". Turkish lahmajun in Alanya, tasted many times in different places, was much tastier. In principle, it's delicious, but it's not worth the hype that's been created around it. You can visit once, but not during rush hours.

The cuisine did not surprise us (although we are from Sochi, where traditionally good Caucasian cuisine is difficult to surprise us and we have quite high requirements). The prices are high - at the level of neighboring catering establishments. What I liked; simple traditional "rustic" dishes: matzoni, cheese. I didn't like it: rusty Soviet forks: in my opinion, this is no longer "vintage", but outright unsanitary. The staff - young people - practically do not understand Russian.
