I understand that the final responsibility for making a decision on the purchase of a gas engine lies with the buyer, but at the same time, I would like sellers of complex technical products, which according to the legislation cannot be returned later, to take a more expert approach to sales. When ordering, the manager did not even specify where we plan to install the speaker, whether we have a project to install it, etc. And these questions could help to avoid unnecessary expenses at the start. As a result, we have already encountered these issues when we started looking for an organization that will install the speaker. When the installer arrived at our facility a week after the purchase, he said that there were many nuances. Plus, as it turned out, our project was made for the installation of a gas boiler and it does not fit under the column. We were advised to hand over the pump if possible and, after making changes to the project, buy gas equipment. When I called the organization, the manager told me that replacement or return of the equipment is not possible according to the resolution of the Council of Ministers (I have no complaints here). But in the end, due to the fact that we initially did not receive all the information from the manager, we wasted our money on buying a speaker. As a result, the specialist of this organization sold us the column, we can not return it, he received his salary. At the same time, we have gained additional problems and experience. And next time we will contact the organization where the specialists will take a more detailed approach to the sale of such equipment, and not just sell, knowing that the customer will not be able to return the goods.
