The sales consultant, without looking up from the phone, could not offer anything because he did not have information about the availability of boilers, and the store's website could not open, explaining this by updating its content, he could not explain anything to questions about specific models (according to the characteristics of the product), offered to choose the model on the store's page and read everything. In May, I made an online order for a boiler, without waiting for an answer, I went to the store to clarify the fate of the order, the same as when I first contacted, the seller said that he could not explain anything about the order, because the specified model was not available, but he could make a reservation and inform about its receipt (deliveries are carried out every month). I've been waiting for 2 months... There is no result. Sorry for the time spent. I bought the boiler at another store. I will never contact Teplodvor again and I will not recommend it..

On Thursday, they called back and said that the security group was not available, but there was another more expensive model, which we agreed to. On Friday, after spending more than two hours on the road, I arrived in Minsk and this "miracle company" called and said that the security team was not available and could possibly be delivered on Monday. (although the website states that "in stock") But waiting in Minsk until Monday is not an option and I had to agree only to the valve. Delivery was promised from 14 to 18. As a result, they did not bring anything and did not even call back. It was not possible to get through to them, since no one answered phone calls from 17 o'clock except for the answering machine, the call was dropped by the delivery service numbers after a couple of rings. I do not recommend anyone to contact this kind of company.
