As a result, it was decided that it was impractical to repair the water heater due to its age, cost of repair and difficult dismantling. The question arose when paying for diagnostics. The cost of 30 rubles is indicated on the company's website, the master announced 35 rubles. The spouse drew attention to this, after which the master specifically clarified the information with the manager / management. The answer was something like this: the site is informational in nature and is not a public offer. Technically, perhaps the company can explain the difference in this way. But the spouse left the application through this website and was guided by the cost of the service indicated there. He did not argue over 5 rubles, but paid 35 rubles with the words: "I think the company's reputation is not worth five rubles." There are no complaints about the master. The question is solely about the management and the approach to the client. In my opinion, if a specific price is indicated on the website, then either it is worth observing it, or warning the client in advance that the actual cost is different.

After the diagnosis, the master described what the problem was and said the hinges needed to be replaced. We made an advance payment of 60p for the hinges, the master ordered them. But after the repair, the problem did not disappear completely. It turned out that there is no wheel on one side of the door, so the door is not pressed tightly, but it cannot be repaired (there are no such parts anymore). Unfortunately, the master shared this information after he had carried out repairs and it was established that the problem had not been fixed. The master offered two options: 1 I accept the job, I pay in full (110p for the work, 60p for the hinges = 170p). 2 I refuse to repair, he removes new hinges and puts the old ones, but withholds 40 rubles for calling the master and diagnostics. Mikhail also did not engage in dialogue when I tried to ask questions about the malfunction. As a result, he asked where I studied and said that my questions were incorrect.
