The water heater is broken. The spouse left a request on the company's website, after which the manager contacted him, clarified the problem and the city. They said that the master would call back later. About an hour later, a master from another city called, and an hour later, a master from Minsk called. We agreed on a time with him, he arrived, carried out a diagnosis. There are no questions for the master himself – he explained everything normally. As a result, it was decided that it was impractical to repair the water heater due to its age, cost of repair and difficult dismantling. The question arose when paying for diagnostics. The cost of 30 rubles is indicated on the company's website, the master announced 35 rubles. The spouse drew attention to this, after which the master specifically clarified the information with the manager / management. The answer was something like this: the site is informational in nature and is not a public offer. Technically, perhaps the company can explain the difference in this way. But the spouse left the application through this website and was guided by the cost of the service indicated there. He did not argue over 5 rubles, but paid 35 rubles with the words: "I think the company's reputation is not worth five rubles." There are no complaints about the master. The question is solely about the management and the approach to the client. In my opinion, if a specific price is indicated on the website, then either it is worth observing it, or warning the client in advance that the actual cost is different.

Classroom workshop (Vera Khoruzhey Street, 16, floor 1 from the courtyard of an apartment building). On Saturday, 10/18/2025, after 3 p.m., employee Regina promptly accepted an order for the repair of an electronic unit of an Italian-made kitchen hood, explained everything in detail (I removed the electronic unit and brought it to the workshop myself, because I live nearby). The next day, on 10/19/2025 at around 13.00, contact me by mobile phone. the master, Vladimir Alekseevich, contacted and said that it was possible to pick up. In the workshop, he showed the work he had done (2 light bulbs were not lit, he restored the electronic board), explained the reasons for the breakdown in simple language and gave recommendations on how to care for the hood. All work, including diagnostics, amounted to 45 rubles. I am very satisfied with the work, because it was professionally and quickly repaired. Who cooked himself without lighting on top of the gas. If you turn on the stove, he will understand how convenient it is to have this backlight! Thank you very much!
