Now I'm printing like a new one, but it costs three times cheaper. I liked that they warned me when the toner was about to run out, and refilled it right in front of me in ten minutes.

Review of printer repair I contacted the service center to diagnose the printer. Diagnostics were carried out for more than a week, after which they reported that the board had failed. As a result, my printer was kept for more than two weeks, but no work was done. It was possible to find out about the repair status only after numerous calls — there was no initiative on the part of the staff. Customer orientation is at zero level: no notifications, no polite communication, no results. If you value your time and expect high-quality service, I strongly do not recommend contacting this center.

Incredibly outraged! Everything that is written on the site is not true: no check-outs, printer substitution, quick repairs! My story: 3 weeks ago, a printer was brought by taxi. They said they would be looking for the part for more than 2 weeks. I left it, I'm waiting. But since the printer is needed for work (I am a teacher), I explained to them that I bear heavy losses, I go to print for a fee, I agreed to pick up the printer while they are looking for a part. I called back 2 weeks later. I called for three days, the young lady was absent on the phone, then asked the master a question, then waited for an answer from him. As a result, on the third day she reported: there was no diagnosis. The master is not sure whether to order the part. An ugly service has been performed, indifferent to the customer. No interest whatsoever.They didn't even apologize for spending almost a month. Although she sincerely complained that I was a teacher and the printer was almost a "breadwinner". It's been a long time since I've come across such a scam(!

On the print of the nozzle check, there were signs of ink mixing, this suggests that the master not only cleaned but completely ditched the head, moreover, he did not install the fixing cover for the printhead in place, I did not immediately notice it. I do not recommend contacting this service.
