I used to buy new cartridges all the time, the money was wasted. I took the old ones to the gas station — they were done neatly, without spots and stripes on the sheets. Now I'm printing like a new one, but it costs three times cheaper. I liked that they warned me when the toner was about to run out, and refilled it right in front of me in ten minutes.

Review of printer repair I contacted the service center to diagnose the printer. Diagnostics were carried out for more than a week, after which they reported that the board had failed. As a result, my printer was kept for more than two weeks, but no work was done. It was possible to find out about the repair status only after numerous calls — there was no initiative on the part of the staff. Customer orientation is at zero level: no notifications, no polite communication, no results. If you value your time and expect high-quality service, I strongly do not recommend contacting this center.

The printer stopped seeing the ink cartridge and returned an error. I gave it away for repair, it was fixed in a day, and the entire ink supply system was cleaned. Now it works quietly and smoothly. I liked that the price was announced before the start of work and nothing was imposed from above.
