We stayed at the Malibu Hotel, Gagra, Abkhazia from May 14 to May 22, 2026. One of the disadvantages is that there are no safes in the rooms. Everything else is just +++++!!! The wonderful girl at the reception is Albina. She checked us into the room ahead of time at no extra charge, told us the rules of accommodation. Fruit was brought to our room, for which we are very grateful! At our request, the TV was set up. According to the hotel: large comfortable rooms, bathrobes, slippers, 6 towels, cosmetics, tea, sugar, coffee, electric kettle, cups, glasses. We didn't mess around in the room and didn't require cleaning every day, as well as a change of linen after 3 days. The maids were pleasant, they worked like bees all day, and all the supplies were replenished. The lights were never turned off. Hot and cold water around the clock! The pool is clean and warm. A lobby bar with a very pleasant young man who spent the whole day handing out delicious treats to everyone - ice cream, lemonade, fruit, sponge cake, cookies, yogurt. Local chacha and beer for the men. The restaurant is on the 6th floor, the food is not bad, but there was not much variety. We weren't very lucky with the weather, it was sunny for only 3 days, cloudy the rest of the time, cool for the middle of May. I saved the warm pool, we swam every day. We haven't been on a tour, as we visit Abkhazia every six months and have already seen everything. In general, I can rate my vacation at a solid 4, and the hotel at 5! I wish all the staff well and prosperity! 🎀👍🎁🪻🎉🥰👋

We had a rest at the Malibu Hotel at the end of June Positive; *A large, beautiful room, we had a view of the mountains, you can't hear the music from the cafe in the room, the air conditioning is working fine, there is a safe, bathrobe, slippers, hygiene products * cozy balcony * Proximity to the sea * Wide beach with sun beds and umbrellas * the food is not very varied, but nutritious and there is no heartburn * the pool, the water in it is warm , there are enough sun beds Minuses; * beach towels and water for an additional fee * I would like to arrange the location of the Swedish line in the restaurant in a different way so that there is no queue of people standing behind each other with trays, thereby creating the atmosphere of the restaurant -dining room) as well as a beautiful room with a view of the sea * the wine is only red and very sweet Finally; We liked the rest, but the "all inclusive" needs to be improved or the price reduced, then the price-quality will match

The hotel is very beautiful, cozy and aesthetic: the rooms are clean, comfortable, bright and relatively new. Each room feels comfortable, and the interior is perfect for beautiful photos. I was particularly impressed by the views: on one side there is a beautiful view of the mountains, and on the other — a magnificent view of the sea. The pool area is very stylish, the sun beds are beautiful and aesthetic — you can take great photos there. I would like to mention the staff separately. The reception staff is incredible: kind, helpful, attentive, competent and always ready to help. Thanks to them, staying at the hotel was even more enjoyable. Many thanks to all the staff for their friendly attitude and high level of service. I really liked the function of the mini-bar: I didn't have to go out at night to buy something to eat. It is also convenient that you can have a snack in the lobby bar between lunch and dinner. The sea is very close, and everything you need — shops, entertainment centers and a market — is located within walking distance. I really liked Gagra itself: it has an incredible atmosphere and, in my opinion, the most beautiful sunsets. The Malibu Hotel left only positive impressions. I definitely want to come back here next year!❤️❤️❤️
