We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was chosen superior, it is larger than the usual ones, the price was not much higher. The location of the hotel is great, all the main attractions are nearby. We were in Istanbul for the first time and we were advised to choose this area for our stay. There was no noise coming from the window at all, although the windows faced the road. We lived on the 4th floor. We booked with breakfast. The breakfasts are monotonous, but very tasty. They are certainly not for the sophisticated tourist and lover of 5-star hotels. But he completely satisfied us. All the staff is very good-natured. Special thanks to Inge for the tour to the roof.

I really liked the hotel, everything is clean, the breakfasts are delicious, we checked in on time, the sights are nearby, the location is very good! Special thanks to the manager Inge and the guy from the reception Serdar! They are Russian-speaking, which helps a lot, friendly, they suggested where there are good shops, locations for photos and walks! Just great, and the bonus of the hotel is a beautiful roof terrace! But it's not easy to get in, the entrance is closed. But Inga will be happy to guide you, help you take beautiful photos and feed the seagulls. Recommend 💯

We had a rest with friends in early September, a lovely cozy small hotel with a great location, slept soundly, white linen, cleaned well, delicious breakfasts, everything you need in the room (everything for a shower, slippers, water, kettle and everything for coffee and tea), safe, all plumbing and appliances worked perfectly, cats the hotel has beautiful and fat people, all the staff that we met are super friendly, they will tell us everything, they speak Russian, they have a special respect for Inge, a wonderful person, took us on a tour, lifted us to the roof, told us a lot of interesting things, asked if we were satisfied with everything, if we needed anything, we had a great weekend, I recommend it .

The staff is friendly! The hotel is cool and clean! Inga showed us a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus on the roof of the hotel! Just a super kind and open person! Thank you very much! It was a very vivid impression! The breakfasts are delicious, fresh, and satisfying! Unfortunately, there is no breakfast on the roof. The location of the hotel is very comfortable! They offer tea, water, sweets! We definitely recommend it!

The staff is friendly, many speak Russian. Daily cleaning, drinking water is replenished, there is a small refrigerator. The room is medium in size. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there are quite a lot to choose from. Fatih district is the epicenter of Turkish attractions. Crowds on the street, lots of touts, markets, restaurants. There is a pier with city ferries nearby. The booking indicates the need to take a covid test. This test is not necessary when checking in.

A good hotel, an ideal location - a few minutes and you're on Sultanahmet Square. The three of us had a rest with the girls, the room was very small, we saw it, of course, from the photos and read the reviews, but in life it seemed to be even smaller. The only negative, probably, that I can single out - the room was very dark, the lighting was weak, it was a bit hard to make up in the morning. Breakfast is a small buffet, but the choice is good, the breakfast is hearty and balanced. The room is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly. At the check-out, we left our suitcases for half a day (the flight was overnight), without extra charges, everything is fine. Although some "tour operators" have convinced us that it will be paid, so don't worry. Overall, I really liked everything, so I recommend it!☺️

The hotel has 5 floors and an elevator. For an additional fee of 25 euros, we were allowed to check in before 12.00, which was very convenient, since we arrived in Istanbul at 6.15.Excellent hotel, very convenient location, a 5-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, German Fountain, and a 5-minute walk from the hotel there is a high-speed tram stop, from which it is convenient to get to other popular tourist areas of the city. Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception. All the staff is very friendly, the food is good, you will not stay hungry. An airport/hotel transfer can be ordered at your request. The rooms are clean. I recommend.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days, and we had the most pleasant impressions. Positive: ▪ Service: the staff is very attentive and helpful. Inga and Atacan speak excellent Russian. Special thanks to them for their help with any questions. ▪ Cleanliness: the rooms are cleaned thoroughly and daily. ▪ Amenities: the bathroom always has a full set of accessories (gel, shampoo, soap, hair dryer), towels are changed every day. Drinking water is also replenished daily. ▪ Meals: the breakfasts are delicious. Leisure: the room has a TV with several Russian channels. I definitely recommend it!

The location is 5+,the T1 bus stop is nearby, the Blue Mosque is 5 minutes away, the breakfasts are very meager and on the third day I didn't even want to go to breakfast anymore, the rooms are small, already tired, the bedding is old, the room cleaning is good, the air conditioner cools perfectly, but it's noisy!I won't come back a second time, but the location is great, even Hagia Sophia was visible from our window on the 5th floor!

A great small and cozy hotel. Excellent staff. Delicious breakfasts, not big, but you can always find something to your liking. Excellent transport accessibility, 10-15 minutes to the shuttle to the airport (IST), 5 minutes to the metro or tram. Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Camii are just around the corner.

Wonderful hotel! We spent 4 nights there and are ready to come back again. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff – they are very helpful and helpful guys, always friendly, they know Russian. When we checked in, we had a room upgrade, we lived on the 5th floor. The rooms are really small, but this did not bother us, the quadrature was known at the time of booking. Modern renovation, refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee sets, shower gels, shampoos, sets with cotton swabs and discs in the bathroom. Every day, all stocks were replenished and cleaned very efficiently. The breakfasts are delicious, and the coffee from the coffee machine is pleasant, which is rare in Turkey. But those who need variety at breakfast probably won't like it, the food hasn't changed much in 4 days. And of course, the location is just incredibly convenient – many tourist spots are easily accessible on foot. Of the cons: so-so sound insulation, in the evenings we heard what was happening in the neighboring rooms, around 6 a.m. I woke up to the sounds of the mosque, but at the end of the trip I got used to it)

Briefly. The first floor was flooded. We were put in rancid rooms. They did not respond to the comments. There is black mold on the ceiling. The wallpaper is peeling off. Dampness. In the morning, when breakfast is being prepared, all the smells in the room. The rooms are not cleaned. The air conditioner is not working. The lights are blinking. The sewer drain is noisy outside the window. One of the advantages is very close to Hagia Sophia Cathedral and friendly staff. Photos are provided. I don't recommend it.

The stay at this hotel has exceeded all expectations! The territory is well maintained, the food is varied and very tasty. But the main impression is the attitude of the staff. I want to say a big thank you to Inga! He is a true professional with a big soul. She always smiled, helped solve any issues and created an atmosphere of real hospitality. Thanks to Inga and the whole team, we felt not just tourists, but welcome guests. We will definitely come back here again!

A small pleasant hotel next to Sultanahmet Square, where the iconic sights of Istanbul are located. Room (standard) It's just small enough to take a shower and spend the night just right for two. I was particularly pleased with the bathroom: the plumbing is in good condition, the water pressure is excellent, the hot water is really hot, taking a shower is a pleasure. Towels were changed every day, trash was also taken out, and water, tea, coffee, and shampoos were replenished. Breakfast does not consist of 1000 dishes, but everything is edible.

A small and cozy hotel in a super location. Close to attractions and tram stops. There is a market nearby where you can buy water in the room for a teapot. (17 lira liter), but there is welcome water in the room, as well as in all of Turkey - fashionable cups. There is a small buffet for breakfast, but you can find something to eat :) You won't stay hungry. (photos from the breakfasts were attached.) They didn't find any bathrobes in the room, but they didn't ask about them. The rooms are really small, but they are quite free for rest/sleep. Nice guys at the reception, and they know Russian. Thanks! And if possible, we will come back again!)

The convenient location of the hotel, a great quiet area, polite and mostly Russian-speaking staff, always friendly, ready to help and answer all questions. Classic breakfasts for a small city hotel. One of the disadvantages: not thorough dusting on the headboard of the bed, which catches the eye. Otherwise, that's enough👌🏻

My friends and I stayed at the NO 12 Hotels in Sultanahmet district in Istanbul and were very satisfied. The hotel is perfectly located — all the main attractions are nearby, which is very convenient for walks and excursions. The breakfasts are small, but there is always plenty to choose from, you definitely won't stay hungry. The rooms are clean, cleaning is carried out daily, towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed about once every three days. It is pleasant and creates a comfortable living atmosphere. I would like to mention the staff separately: Russian-speaking staff work at the reception, very polite and helpful guys. We especially thank Inga — she is always ready to help, she will tell you which excursions to choose, what to see and how to get there more conveniently. It was also nice that good Russian music was playing at breakfast — it adds comfort. In general, the staff is very friendly, smiling and always ready to help. We recommend this hotel with confidence!

A good hotel, located in the center of Sultanahmet, 5 minutes to the T1 tram, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are also here, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to the Marmari metro station and the Egyptian Bazaar, 15 minutes further to the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are well cleaned and your wishes are taken into account. Special thanks to the maid Inga, a very positive person, ready to help at any moment and for any occasion. Inga and another young man at the reception are Russian speakers. The breakfast is hearty, there is everything: eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits, cheese and sausage cuts, sausages, herbs, olives, pastries for tea and coffee. In general, the guys are all well done, they work with their hearts. You'll want to come back to them)

The hotel is in a very convenient location, the rooms are well renovated and clean, overlooking the street, but there is no noise. The elevator is working, if that's important to you. The service is also excellent, special thanks to Inga, who will help with any question and speaks excellent Russian. I also liked the breakfasts, the buffet is quite plentiful, and the coffee is delicious. There are excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a grocery store and currency exchanges, the main attractions of the old town are just a stone's throw away. You can always take a taxi near the hotel or walk about 5-7 minutes to the metro. If you want to enjoy the pleasant chaos of the old town, choose this hotel and you won't regret it.

A great hotel for exploring the historical center! We stayed for 4 nights. The main advantage is the fantastic location. All major attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque) are within walking distance. The view from the rooftop terrace is simply breathtaking — be sure to have breakfast there! The staff was friendly, helped with the map and advice. The room was clean and small, but it was enough for us. The Wi-Fi was working well. A small disadvantage is that there is no elevator, but this did not become a problem for us. I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of old Istanbul!

Friendly staff, they speak Russian, they will help with any question, I would especially like to mention Inga - she gives positive feedback in the morning! Delicious breakfasts- everything is fresh, the choice is good. Daily room cleaning, towel change, replenishment of shower sets: gel, shampoo; tea/coffee. A small chamber hotel. The rooms are not big. If you are planning with a child, do not take a standard room - 16 m2 ... take a bigger one. There are only 2 double beds in single rooms. Clean and tidy. The breakfasts are normal. They asked for a second blanket, and they gave it without delay. Very good location. The T1 tram stop is 3 minutes away. The square with the main attractions is 5 minutes away. The metro is 2 tram stops away. The only thing is that in winter, breakfast is served on the 1st floor - the room is very small ... You have to wait. The staff is attentive, so everything is great!

Excellent budget hotel in the historical center of Istanbul. The rooms are small but comfortable, there is everything you need (towels, slippers, soap, shower gel and shampoo, cotton swabs). The air conditioning system works well, it warms and cools the room well. There are many mirrors in the room, which is very convenient. The only thing missing was the extra hooks for outerwear on the wall by the front door, as the closet with hangers is small enough, especially for two people. The staff is very polite, especially the receptionist Inga, is very attentive to the guests.

A hotel for Russians. 90% are Russians. The staff speaks Russian well, and you can clarify this or that information. Convenient location, within walking distance of the main attractions and transport. The overnight room is normal, a little tired, but everything you need is there. A small hotel in the historical center of Kabul. Within walking distance of historical sites, tram stop. If you turn diagonally to the right after leaving the hotel (literally 30-35 meters), there is a good supermarket in the basement. The room is clean, the foundation is normal. The breakfasts are simple and identical, without frills. But you won't stay hungry. The staff speaks Russian, they are friendly and welcoming. Everyday issues are resolved quickly. Of the cons. On New Year's holidays, the hot water was slightly warm in the mornings "during the rush hour of guests waking up" for half an hour (from 9 to 9-30 approximately).
