It feels like I called her at home and interrupted her from her work (even though she called me). For the first time, I didn't want to go to the salon because of the receptionist. Two stars just for the fact that she called back with apologies, asked to come. I came. The manicure was stained, but the master tried, she was very nice. It is clear that experience is needed. I specified the master's experience when recording, they said that all masters have experience from 2 to 10 years. It seems unlikely. There are no complaints about the master, she tried her best. But why frame her like that? They refused to give me the management's number, and they also refused to give them my number, citing the fact that they do not communicate with clients. I understand, but is it possible then to put another person who will solve conflict situations? On the day of the procedure, there was again an unpleasant feeling only because of the administrator. The man never smiled, it's strange, isn't it? The profile header says "premium salon".

If you want nude, then one on your feet, the other on your hands, the same varnish both there and there is impossible. During the manicure, they didn't even ask if I wanted a second coat of varnish, they limited themselves to one, and they painted two nails in a lamp at once.

This is not a client-oriented specialist at all. Girls, if this receptionist doesn't quite like your face, you won't be offered coffee, although you should be offered to everyone. When asked why they didn't offer, I got the answer - I forgot. Forget it for an hour and a half!!!! The mood is ruined. I did my manicure at Alexandra's mother's. I liked the master. I did my manicure well. The manicure chairs are not comfortable - they are low. It was not comfortable to sit. I left in a bad mood, I won't come here anymore.

And now about the disadvantages that completely negate these advantages.: - the "human" factor at the reception: The receptionist, Anastasia, who greets clients, makes an extremely unpleasant impression. A complete lack of customer orientation and friendliness, it feels like she's doing a favor by simply answering questions. Coffee or water will be brought to you only if you ask directly, and then without much enthusiasm. Familiar reminder calls are generally a separate kind of pleasure. Such a specialist in such an important position pushes clients away. - frequent postponement of procedures; more than once they called literally an hour or two before the visit with a request to come later or earlier because "the master is ill" or "the schedule has changed". This is very inconvenient and disrupts plans. - staff turnover and unpredictability: The main problem is the constant change of masters. Good specialists, whom you get used to and whom you recommend, do not stay here for long. Often you have to go to someone "who is free," and this is always a lottery in terms of work style and communication. The masters are often changed on the day of the appointment. You can make an appointment with a certain master in a few weeks, but you will have to do the procedure with another one, and they usually warn you about it on the spot, or at best when you call to remind you of the visit. Bottom line: The salon is supported by several skilled craftsmen, but the terrible organization, disrespectful attitude to customer time and an absolutely unfriendly administrator negate all their efforts. The feeling after the visit is stress and unwillingness to return.
