After removing the cover, it turned out that I made a mistake and signed up for the wrong service, and the master simply wouldn't have time for me to do everything she started. The question is why did I have to start if it was immediately clear that I had made a mistake and the master simply would not have time to do everything. And why the administrator did not resolve this situation. At least explaining that there was a mistake and did not offer me to make an appointment at another convenient time. Why did they let the master get to work if it was clear that she would not have time? As a result, the hasty manicure was done disgustingly. And as a result, a spoiled mood and impression. And I paid 45 rubles for this outrage.

I was left in an unpleasant shock after the visit. I signed up for a manicure and pedicure, the master immediately started the pedicure, asked what we were going to do. I want to note that I have been wearing black gel polish for more than ten years, and this is the first time such an outrage as yesterday has happened to me. The master, after listening to my request for black nails, decided not to tell me that they did not have black nail polish. She continued processing. She covered one nail with a black top and asked if one layer would be enough. And it wasn't enough. After that, she asked if we would remove the length of the nails on her hands, apparently she was hoping to quietly cover her hands with a black top, but since I did not plan to remove the length, the idea failed. At the same time, the master was unable to offer solutions to the problem, did not ask the administrator for help, she was silent, and I was left completely confused about what to do. Honestly, I had to make a coating that I don't like at all. If the master had initially warned me about the absence of black gel, I would have left immediately. But she did half the work, and then this fact was revealed. I also wanted to strengthen the nails with polygel, they are quite long, the master did not say that they do not use it in principle, she said that they strengthen the nails with ordinary gel. I clearly said that I wanted polygel at the strengthening stage, but the master remained silent. But when we got our hands on it, and I was already upset that I had visited this place, the master removed the old coating, and guess what? At that moment, I found out that they don't have a polygel, they don't use it here. I'm in a bad mood, and I don't like the coating I've been given. I am also unsure of his reliability, as I have already encountered some irresponsibility in this salon. When the master was finishing her manicure, she glanced at my face too often, perhaps she wanted to consider how unhappy I was, and wondered if I would announce what had happened. It made me uncomfortable. Thanks to VIP-master Anna for her silence. And I think I'll leave my feedback on the visit.

The masters speak loudly, laugh at the customers, ask the whole hall to hand over the scissors and express their displeasure. Also, during the course, it turned out that after a while the manicure began to peel off, I wrote that the issue was supposedly being resolved, but for a very long time, I would not go again, and I do not advise, at least because they have very long tongues and discussions towards clients in front of others, this is the most terrible thing I have ever met in the salons .

The master was late, I was sitting waiting, the receptionist did not even come up to offer coffee, tea or just water to show at least some concern for the client in order to smooth out the situation with the delay. 2. During the procedure, the master removed the old coating, all hands are obviously covered in dust, the master does not shake off the dust with a brush, does not say to go wash your hands, but simply begins to perform a manicure, to which I say and the dust does not need to be removed - the answer was simple: if you need to wash your hands. Is it OK for a master to work with dusty hands at all? I should have left at this point. 3. The lamps do not have only one very strong mode, I told the master that the nails bake very much, you need to change the mode - there is no such possibility, I constantly pulled out each nail - okay, this happens, but never in 9 years of continuous wearing of long-term coating there were no burns. I do not recommend this salon in order to avoid the consequences in the form of damaged nails.
